Here are some before and after pictures of my car. The collision center did an awesome job fixing my passenger door and fender, you can t even tell anything happen to it. The staff were amazing, called me twice a week with updates on my car. Really satisfied with my car and experience.

I can t explain how disappointed and disgusted I feel I gave them my car without the check engine lights on that s crazy the whole team was weird from the start. Lisa was a total liar. They put old parts on my car the was never broken as u see in the first picture below that s the first day of the accident. The hood is uneven my car is in worse condition then when it was damaged they broken now they can t return calls

After an initial appointment in October, they scheduled me to come in in December. I showed up for that appointment and no parts had been ordered for a SIMPLE plastic skirt. Then they scheduled ANOTHER appointment for February 14th to which they tell me it won't be done that day and Deanne Cooper the manager, proceeded to tel me that with my attitude it will now take MANY DAYS to do. I'm in the the customer service business for a major business jet company. If i would have said that to a customer, I'd be looking fir a new job the next day. This place is the WORST in customer satisfaction and should be avoided at ALL COSTS. Never do business with this establishment. I can't give zero stars or I would've.

I brought my 2021 Toyota RAV4 in for an windshield replacement. Was greeted by Joselyn at the front desk who was sweet and accommodating. She took her time to explain to me the entire process to make sure everything was taken care of. I was greeted with the enterprise rental which came straight to the collision center to bring me my rental. Work was done promptly and I had my car back within two days of bringing it in. The one thing I loved was the fact that my car came back to me sparkling clean!! Thank you Joselyn for being so sweet and answering all my questions!Service: Auto glass replacement

I am leaving this review for potential customers, only so you are aware and prepared. I had my car in this shop for a little over three weeks for some body repairs. The staff in the office is very kind and helpful when you are there. The only downfall that I found is that they claim that they give "update" calls every Tuesday and Thursday. I didn't recieve a weekly update call once from the shop. Due to the nature of my situation, I had to call in often to get an update to know and understand the status of my vehicle. Because I was responsible to return my rental car at the time the car was repaired, it was imperitive that I recieve updates as to when the car was scheduled to be repaired so I could make plans accordingly. Thankfully, they answer the phone everytime you call- which was comforting and helpful, but in my experience you have to be proactive in following up with the shop, or your car will be repaired or additional damage may be found (as it was in my case), and you would never know. I overall recommend taking your car here, and I will again if I ever find myself in this situtation, but my only recommendation would be that you prepare yourself to not recieve updates, and be responsible enought to call and ask about your vehicle.Thanks for all of your help!Service: Body & Trim

The ladies were quite professional in guiding me through an unfamiliar process for repairs that weren't caused by me. I was kept informed as to progress of repairs. I will highly recommend CP Collision Center for anyone who needs repairs for vehicle body repairs.

Came in last year around early February for a bumper repair. Didn't see my car again til late March just to see the bumper lazily slapped on with damaged retainers on the side. Came in recently to get the retainers replaced for them to tell me they'd have to scrap the whole bumper. Wasn't gonna waste another month without a car for them to do it wrong again. What should have been a quick fix was handled poorly and inefficiently. Would recommend avoiding this company at all costs.Service: Body & Trim

Very pleased. Referred here by the insurance company of the driver who dinged my car. This place is busy but doesn't feel overwhelmed. They saw me right away, got me the estimate in a few minutes, arranged drop-off later that week. They have night drop-off which helped a lot. We got calls and texts to make sure they were doing the work correctly and as requested, keeping us posted on the process. Final product looked great, paperwork was easy, no surprises. I think it's what you want in a collision repair center. I recommend.

I was connected to Chatham Parkway Collision Center through USAA. Although we had to wait 1.5 week for the part, the team was able to get my vehicle done quickly! Dianne kept me updated through calls, text, and email the whole time! She told me that since we were moving soon, that she would make sure they did everything they could to make sure that my needs were met and they did! I am beyond grateful for their excellent customer service and workmanship!The vehicle looks good as new and they even made sure she was clean!Thanks so much!

I've brought my Lexus here twice, both times with excellent repairs. The second time was after being rear ended. Chatham Parkway Collision Center (Deanne) found hidden internal damage before my car was returned to me. Thanks to the very good documentation, coordination with the Lexus service center, and constant support, the responsible driver's insurance company eventually settled with me despite an initial attempt to avoid liability. The car had to be totalled, but the outcome would have been far worse for me if not for the professionalism of the staff of the collision center from the manager to the receptionist. Everyone is extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Deanne Gallo was very impressive from the very start. She checked the damage over and gave me thorough description of the repairs that would be required. After a few minutes entering the job requirements on the computer she had a detailed quote for the work, told me when the parts would arrive, and arranged for my appointment to drop of the car for repairs. I received 2 pro active calls during the week the car was in the shop to let me know how the job was progressing. I arranged to pick up my car when it was ready and asked that it be pulled up front by 8:15 am. When I arrived, the car wash had just been refreshed moments before and my car was sitting by the door ready to go. I met with Deanne for 5 minutes to review the repairs and sign the paperwork and I was on my way. Deanne and her crew provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.David Saba

This place has an authentic employee name Cord Whitaker. I came in with an accident, my insurance company was denying many things, but MR Cord took matters into his hand and I never had to make calls or even worry if it will be fixed properly. After few weeks of Mr Cord going back and forth with my insurance company for me, my car was fixed with all the necessary work that was not seen by the auto insurance adjucator. Then the cherry on top for me was when the car needed alignment done which was outside of the insurance claim, Mr. Cord took the matter again upon his own and Paid from his pocket offcourse he took my permission, but did not ask for me to pay upfront until I come receive the car. He also took matter upon himself for rental too which is my insurance companies responsibility yet this man was all In one. It is a rare case where you find true hard working person anywhere but when you do, you know you are in good hands. I highly recommend MR. Cord Whitaker for your troubles, and if you are not satisfied, then something is wrong with you. Sorry for being blunt. I received great customer service from Deanne and Kelly in the office. I appreciate everything they did to make sure my car was taken care of and how they made the whole process run smoothly. The body work is perfect. The guys in the shop did a wonderful job. Thanks everyone!

This place is amazing! They had my car for about a week and it was done instantly. I hit a dear and ended up with damage to the front driver side of my bumper. I called them to get information, they instantly emailed me authorization forms for my insurance and 3 days later my car was complete! I was even more relieved when i found out it was mainly a Toyota collision center!

The customer service and the work was very mediocre and upon leaving the shop my tire went flat the body shop assumed no responsibility. They didn t connect my fog lights so I had to return the next day. This is not a company you want to do business with just unprofessional. Where is the owner it s definitely time to clean house at this facility.

Chatham Parkway Toyota has the worst customer service I have experienced in a car dealership. DON'T EVER GO HERE! After calling for 2 weeks to ask questions regarding my service contract with no calls back. I immediately called back after I was hung up on today, only to get attitude because I POLITELY asked to please speak to some that could help me since I could not get a return phone call. HORRIBLE!When I purchased the car it was just as bad. We completed the paperwork and left with the new car... Was then called back to re-sign some documents. They told our financing didn't go through and needed to have a co-signer and we would have a higher payment than agreed. We went along just because we were desperate and didn't know any better. Stay away from this dealership!

I went to them at the recommendation of Chatham Parkway Subaru because I messed up a couple of spots of the clear coat trying to remove sap. To my surprise, they were able to buff it out in no time and then didn't even invoice me and said to have a great weekend. I will definitely be back for any paint and body needs. Thanks guys, you have earned a customer for life!!

I don't know where to begin, I am ecstatic my car is repaired after all the agony my mom and I endured with this extremely incompetent Collison center. They refuse to take ownership and/or accountability of their actions. It took them 3 weeks to fix minor repairs on my stolen car and they only completed it because my mom and I had to, literally, force their hands. I would never recommend this place. John (not sure what his title is, but he needs to be reprimanded) and Ron, Manger are the absolute worse. They have not heard the last of me. I plan on purchasing another vehicle this year and it won't be from Chatham Parkway. BTW: I have had my Toyota for 10 years....Please take heed----do not use this place. They cannot handle the work load, unfinished cars are surrounding the outside and work space of their facility.

Never take your car here! They do very bad work. Had them fix the same fender and front door area twice and it was worse each time. They also say they will fix certain things and then dont. Work always takes longer than they say it will. They didnt want to warranty their own work and tried to say I must have hit something that knocked the fender loose. Then agreed to fix it but then left a dent in the fender and I dont know what it is but the car was filthy when I picked it up.

Dee is super. We live 4 hrs away and the car is being repaired and painted after an accident on I-95. Dee has been there for us, keeping us informed, up to date, and answering my questions on different options. They did an excellent job on our car. They have had to do work on our car before and they always do a great job. Even if you don't have a Toyota go to them and see what a great job they will do on your vehicle. You won't regret it.

I will never know if this shop is any good. The estimator (Kelly Williams) won't return my calls; the manager (Jason Brannen) won't return my calls. My body repairs will be performed elsewhere as I am not wasting any more time with this outfit.This review has one star because you must have some stars in order to post a review. This body shop deserves zero stars.In my opinion it;s better to go elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.

Great ExperienceCar repair shops, (frequently the result of an accident) can be a tense, stressful location. Not at Chatham Parkway. The ladies that run things are friendly, polite, and helpful. And, the repairs were well done, on time, and on budget.Thanks for making my repairs as easy as possible.

Worse place I have ever dealt with. 12 weeks later I have a Moldy, Mildew Stinking, Rusted 3 Yr old Toyota. Anyone want to buy it? She's a Giver....... 2 minutes after getting in this sweet ride she'll give you a headache, itchy skin and disorientation. That's what you should expect after 12 weeks of repairs, frustrating bodyshop advisors giving BS answers and $5600 right?Long Story Short..... Car damaged in flooding inside and out. Wasn't enough damage to total it out per my insurance company, that's another story. This company took so long to get started with my car they started paying for my rental car which was great but they really used that against me. When I called to inquire what was going on with my car and some sort of time line I was told several times, cannot give you a timeline but we are paying for your rental, so I should be happy and we will let you know.Well sure its nice but don't lie, blow me off and treat me like crap because of it. I did follow up and check in to see what was going on with my car as anyone else would. I was nice, patient, understanding and cooperative until 10 weeks in when they started blowing me off, lying and getting hateful.This company had my car for 6 weeks before they did anything with the wet, moldy carpet. They only replaced the front half of the carpet, I have no idea why, when it all got wet. The dealership let this car sit for 10 weeks before they put an ozone machine in it. They gave the car back to me after 12 weeks and it Stinks! They told us hey we have a warranty for their work but when they were told there is a problem with the mold/mildew in the car. We were told NOPE no problem that's the chemicals used and we did everything we were paid to do and we are not doing anything else.Funny the insurance company is willing to pay for someone else to take over and finish the job the incompetent collision center employees couldn't do. I'm really ticked off by the way they handled my vehicle. I cannot believe this company expects me to put my family in this unsafe car. Who in their right mind would place the ones they love in something that could actually make them sick.You may have better luck with this company but I wouldn't bet on it. I have been told to go to Statesboro Toyota, 45 minute drive will be worth every minute.COMPANIES NEED TO REALIZE CUSTOMERS COME FIRST.HAPPY CUSTOMERS ARE REPEAT CUSTOMERS.CUSTOMERS GIVING YOU MONEY TO FIX THEIR CARS IS HOW THEY MAKE MONEY AND EMPLOYEES COLLECT A PAYCHECK.COMPANIES NEED CUSTOMERS TO STAY IN BUSINESS.APPARENTLY THIS COMPANY DOES NOT UNDERSTAND ANY OF THESE FACTS.

Deanne Gallo has been a Godsend to me. I work at the port here in Savannah and unfortunately have had many accidents with my car. Each time I went there she took control and handled everything I needed from setting up my rental car to working with the adjusters an the companies I work for. No headahes for me!!! She is a very valuable asset to your team! Smart, courteous, and efficient!!

Definitely not happy what s so ever. I don t even know where to begin, the day my vehicle was picked up it was spotless from the inside the day I needed to pick up my vehicle would get switched up multiple times and finally this week after a month and 2 weeks of them having my vehicle and it was finally ready I tried contacting them literally all day to confirm to make sure it was ready because no one wants to drive two hours just to show up or get a call and be told their vehicle wasn t ready I called at 10:30 am Diean answered and asked if she could call me back because she was assisting somone and I said sure that s fine. Waited two hours and no call back I then called and a gentleman answered asked if he could take a message because she had stepped away from the desk I said sure left a message and informed him that I needed to speak to her and I had called earlier we then hung up. No returned call another two hours pass so I continued to call no one answered any of my calls nor responded to voicemails at this point I m continuing to call over and over no answer I got a text from their system saying my vehicle was ready at 3:35and to expect a call to confirm pick up but guess what still no call. Nor was anyone answering or returning my call now please understand how frustrated I was at this point it was like as soon as the insurance paid them and my vehicle was ready they didn t even bother to care my rental was due the same day aswell so since no one was answering or returning my calls I drove up to Savannah Georgia to only be told they cannot give me my vehicle because the shop closes at 5:30 but my pick up online said pick up at 5 I ll attach screenshots aswell since no one bothered to email me back. I get a call the next day was left a voicemail by a women named Giana so I returned the call back and finally Diean answers I spoke to her about my concerns about my rental that they ended up covering but honestly it sounded like if they where doing me a favor by covering it for the next two days but if they would have bothered to answer my calls this situation would have never happend it s saturday I just picked up my vehicle and honestly i wouldn t recommend them to anyone my vehicle was left filthy inside nothing but dirt and dust everywhere my vehicle is also scratched up from the inside on the doors trash from snacks that was eaten mind you my vehicle was clean the day they picked it up. Honestly very unsatisfied with the customer service.
