Honestly nice people at the counter but I came there 3 separate times trying to get a part pulled after I already called and they told me they had someone I ve even thought I could pull it myself and couldn t. whatever but they told me again today I have someone that can pull it get over here so went there, waited over an hour for some guy with his pants hanging off his backside where you can see his underwear and crocs on. okay whatever I want the part he s like hey it s about to rain so just show me the parts and I ll get them off later and call you when it s done so we start walking to to look. This dude starts talking to other people working on another car as soon as we get out the door and asking to borrow tools from them and goes over to talk with them well I dont know any of them so I just stood there and I m not lying when I tell you this guy forgot I existed and he just stood there talking to them lighting a cig and all. now I had been standing there on the side observing this for a while and not once did buddy tell me hey give me a second or even look my direction to see if I was even where he left me. So I left. Just LEFT. And I was extremely angry so I did t say anything to the people up front but I did call about 10 mins after leaving and basically telling them what I had experienced and the woman on the phone said she was just a worker and she wasn t part of the family and please let her manager talk to me before I leave this review cause I talked her I was going to leave a review of my experience. She said they weren t proud of not having part pullers on hand and when I asked her why not just take it off the website she just muttered something along the lines of she s not the boss. So After I basically told her what did I neeed to talk to someone for and that I would just order the part offline she said something really quick and hung up on my face. This place is a complete joke 3 weeks trying to get a part and I ve been there 3 times and made 10 phone calls to make sure of things before I go and it s always excuses. Never again try to get anything from them or even recommend to anyone else. I have like 6 hours worth of drive time and waiting invested in over a 3 week period with these people. This review is the last second they will get of my time that s a promise

Great prices and great customer service! Sketch area of town and a sketchy people walking around outside of this place. It's $2 per person to go in, not so bad.

Called and was told they car several cars in stock that matched 2 of my cars, drove 3 hours, paid for admission and not a single one of either model in stock! Get it together and do better

Great inventory and lots of it. Angela truly went above and beyond to help us determine the condition of a door before we drove 2.5 hours there to grab it. You wouldn't get that excellent customer service most places.

Wasn t busy at all. I went looking for a front bumper cover in a Toyota Camry. They didn t have my part but my main problem was that it didn t have idle numbers on a specific spot. They spray paint it on the first car. I feel like there can be a better and easily visible solution to this issue.

Jan was very friendly and accommodating, she politely insisted that she help me by taking a second look in the computer system for my part, even trying to search it a few different ways to insure I got what I needed. I had just been to LKQ and received horrible service so Jan's polite attitude and willingness to interact and do a good job was very refreshing. She deserves to be rewarded.

This place use to be my go to for many years for pull it parts. But their yard has gone down the gutter. The customer service at the door has become more like security. They are extremely unhelpful with anything. They become angry when ask questions. They will decline you buying parts after you have already pulled them. And they no longer mark whether a vehicle was running or not when put in the yard. Not to mention that half the vehicles they give you to check for your part are no longer in the yard. It has gotten very hood. Everything is just a disorganized mess.

Theivs!!Worst pull apart yard on the east cost. Took my money, than gave the go ahead ti return them, only issuing store credit. Has me removed from store once I returned merchandise so I can't use the store credit. Should be in jail

They have no clue what customer service means. They hung up on me while I was still talking asking them a question about whether or not they had a vehicle seeing as I live far away and was looking for a used Trans. These people are unbelievably rude.

Absolutely terrible service!! Broke down traveling to nc from Fl I was told for 3 days my vehicle would be picked up from the side of I-95. I called several times to verify pick up and was given excuse after excuse for the pickup delay, Beware these are liars pretending to be helpful!

Initially, my first impression of this business was not negative in any way, however, my mind was VERY quickly changed!! I just hate that I'm required to give them 1 star because they truly deserve a -5 star rating!! I was left with such a bitter taste in my mouth by this place that I would rather walk everywhere than to EVER give them one red cent of my hard earned money!!To make a long story short, my fiancee and I quickly headed over to the scrap yard immediately upon getting off of work at 3:30pm, as their websitd atates that they close at 5pm. We arrived a few minutes prior to 4pm and walked inside. Several minutes later we were assisted by a very personable young lady who politely let me know that my open-toed flip-flop type shoes were not permitted out on the yard. Knowing that a Family Dollar store was just up the road, about 2 miles away, we told her that we would run super fast to grab me some acceptable shoes and that we would be right back. To this the young lady replied "Don't worry about it love, we'll wait on you, we don't even close until 4:30!" Once in the car, I told my fiancee what was said, and we discussed that they apparently cut off allowing new entries to the yard 30 minutes prior to their stated closing time of 5pm. So, we quickly proceeded to the store, acquired appropriate footwear, and arrived back in the parking lot at exactly 4:23pm. As we made way to the door of the office to pay our $2/each cover fee, at exactly 4:25pm per the Sprint mobile network time settings, this front door was LOCKED TIGHT, and the female associate that had so kindly told me not 20 minutes earlier that they would wait on me because they don't close until 4:30pm was behind the counter making it a point to not acknowledge that I was at the door with tools in-hand and ready to go quickly retrieve the small and easily accessible part that we had come to purchase... So I proceeded to call them, only to watch them completely ignore the ringing phone. So at 4:28pm, I was absolutely flabbergasted at this turn of events, and at the level of BAD BUSINESS practiced by this establishment by locking their doors AT LEAST a good 5 minutes prior to their closing time as quoted by their employee, and 35 minutes prior to their online listed closing time of 5pm!! Ultimately, my mind was made up with little deliberation, that there is absolutely NO way, not even over my rotting corpse, that I would EVER provide patronage to Cash-N-Carry in Savannah, GA!! NOT EVER. I'm an avid deal shopper, and I almost refuse to pay full price for anything because, if you do your homework, most things have a dicount of some sort somewhere that could be applied to the purchase; but if it came down to paying triple the going rate for the part I need or going through this business and recieving a discount price, I WOULD GLADLY PAY TRIPLE ANY DAY OF THE WEEK AND TWICE ON SUNDAY rather than give them any money of mine!!

Front house employees were nice enough. Dude working in the lot was rude and unhelpful though. All I needed was a single OEM bolt my breaker bar couldnt break and I needed at MOST 10 mins of his time(rather his impact wrench) and he refused to help me. I was travelling from NY so I'd hope I'd get some sympathy/help getting back home but whatever.Either way it's a good business model, wide range of vehicles and parts, cool place... just don't expect any real help from the employees. I'm sure if I had came from home and had my power tools I would've had a better experience but still dude was a jerk

Worst place I have ever been! Tried to come help my husband and they wanted to charge me just for me to walk in the door with him even though I was not going to be taking anything from the vehicles myself. I was just an extra hand to help him carry stuff back to the car! The lady at the door was rude as well and could care less. Very poor customer service! This is not a way to work a business!! I would understand it if we were not together and coming for multiple types of vehicles, but if I came here just to help my husband carry stuff and they want to charge, it s stupid, and they need to lighten up a bit.

Best yard I have ever been to. Pricing fair, entire yard has gravel through out. Well organized and friendly service puts it over the top never had such great service in a salvage yard. I'm visiting from out of town but I wish this yard was near me because I would be frequent customer.

I called several times Saturday morning and the rude associate was very unprofessional . She didn't asked could I hold , she put me on hold . I stayed on hold for 15 minutes just to be disconnected. Worst customer service in savannah.

I ve been three or four times and found the staff ( manager) to be extremely rude and unfriendly. In two days they checked my bag 6 times. It s easier getting checked into county then leaving cash n carry

It was great. Inventory search on website was accurate. Friendly staff, you even receive a discount after so many visits. We were able to everything we needed in one stop. AAA Rating, thanks Cash-N-Carry

Have been here a hundred times or more. Never left without what was needed. There are hundreds of thousands of cars you may pull your parts. They will pull them for a fee. They also stock all kind of items for most any car and if not they will do there best to get it for you. They also about 1 to 2 years ago started selling cars. The staff did and continue to do there very best to work with you on your down payment, trade in, Anything to make it easier and reasonable for there Customers.I do believe that rarly are they not able to help someone. Last trip I gave a ride to a friend who needed a battery. He walked in and before I could turn the car around he was done. They have been in the Savannah GA,area for as long as I can remember and I have been in Savannah GA all 52 years they have been in the same place yet expanded. It's worth your trip....

Don't expect any assistance from the employees. They're either clueless or irritated because you're clueless about their products. Definitely don't buy any batteries unless you only need it for one day.

I wasnt able to get the part i was looking for but the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you all for trying your best to help me. I even forgot a tool there at the counter(like a dunce)and when i went back the next day it was waiting for me!

Please do not go and buy anything from cash n carry if you not sure if you are going to need it you will not get your money back the associate do not carry about there customer they do not inform you about there return policy and the owner do not try to work with his customers I will tell you to ho to LKQ they are way better and you get your money back if you purchase in 30 days. I just moved to Savannah and my husband needed a part for his car that's why he went there and they are not good all they want is your money

After pulling parts we needed off of cars we get to check out and they wanted to way overcharge us. It was the same exact parts we got the last time we were there and they doubled the price this time. Wondering if they make it up as they go along. We told them what we paid last time but the guy didn t budge. Needless to say that after doing all the work for about an hour and half we left it on the counter.
