This is not a fake profile, she acuses any complaint online as a fake profile. It's amazing how the manager Moira Sheehan never takes responsibility for any of the mistakes her shop makes. Their money back guarantee if not fixed right is a flat out lie. She is rude and crass. Amazing how much time she spends arguing with every single person. She has no accountability for anything and it's always the customers fault. If you question the cost of your repair that wasn't repaired, watch out. She will unleash a foul mouthed reply in such a shrill voice that it will make your dog howl. Be warned and approach with caution. Very rude, unhinged and argumentative.

I went in with engine concerns. Thank God they gave me the good news and a diagnosis of what my issue was. First, they worked me in very quickly. They were efficient, and I had my car back rather quickly. I had photos with proof of issue and an estimate on the fix. They were so professional and fast. Now, I elected to wait on the repair for a little longer, so I will update everyone on what the final outcome will be, but for now, I'm totally happy with what has transpired thus far. I definitely recommend them.

Nice people who do good work with even quicker service. I came in to get my spark plugs and fuel injectors changed as well as an engine carbon cleaning and now she runs so smoothly. Great help from the folks at CARma!

Mechanic shops that service Jaguars are few and far between in the Savannah area. I called most, if not all to get my Jaguar XE serviced and they all had weeks long wait times for appointments. Fortunately, I happened to stumble across CARma and they were able to get me in right away. They sent me a quote before I ever dropped off the car (and that's exactly what I paid) they never tried to upsell me on anything, and they ran a complete diagnostic for me and sent me the results. Rare to find honest and trustworthy mechanics these days.10/10 CARma will be the shop I use from here on out.

I recently just moved to Savannah and needed to find a shop that would do services on my Alfa Romeo. CARma was the only shop that would service my car after I called every other shop that claimed to have specialized in European cars. This shop took great care of me and also my vehicle! Everything was smooth, easy and also I had confidence this shop would do a great job and I was right. Will be continuing to take my car here for further services.

The team at CARma Auto Care is 2nd to none! Very professional and knowledgeable about not only the problem with your vehicle but also the communication and courtesy in which they deal with the customer. I have had different repairs done with different vehicles over the past year or so, but just the other day I was arriving to drop off my vehicle for scheduled work, Christian had a young man come to the office who was concerned about and oil sensor. I don't recall the specifics per say, but I can tell you that Christian thoroughly explained the options to the young man and gave him a sense of peace as he was concerned if he could safely operate the vehicle until the work was done. In other words, no scare tactics, no upsell, just an honest assessment of the situation and recommendations rooted in integrity and wisdom. I affectionately call the core team I have gotten to know (Mrs Moira, Cassidy, & Christian) as the Avengers : ) as they have demonstrated a sincere interest in protecting your vehicle and providing a quality service at a reasonable cost . . .Since I haven't been to every shop within Chatham County perhaps it would be premature to say that CARma is "by far the best" . .. but I've been to alot in this area and beyond and I can say you would be hard pressed to find a better team to take care of your vehicle.

Great auto repair shop for Euro cars. The ladies at the front desk are very courteous and knowledgeable and will accomodate your schedule. The mechanic does a great job of letting you know exactly what work you need, how long the repair takes and the cost.Plan to make CarMa my regular auto repair shop.

I needed my older car checked out thoroughly for an upcoming road trip. CARma inspected my car in a timely manner and kept me updated on their findings. Never in my life have I seen quite a vindictive business owner. Even on my worst trips to the mechanic my car was only in a shop for a week. And even then I walked out with a fixed problem. My friend took her car to this shop paid $1.5k and the problem wasn t resolved. The employee might have been confused so I cannot blame him but I don t know if he was being sincere or the owners goal is to squeeze as much money out of customers as possible.The owner holds my friends car hostage and tells her she ll need to call her back to discuss payment rather than taking care of it right away. Additionally, she berated her employees asking them why they needed to go to the doctor. If you re the employee with stomach problems please get out of there and fast, your health isn t worth the insanity and cruelty your boss has for employees and customers.

Updated:I just used Carma to replace my Mini battery and once again the service was impeccable! Knowing I have such a professional provider in town is great.I was very pleased to be able to have my Mini serviced locally vs driving to Charleston or Jacksonville. They ordered the part that needed to be replaced, made an appointment so that I could get it replaced while I was there and exceeded all my expectations. Routine car service (oil change, tire rotation), included a complete review of the vehicle, stem to stern. I waited for my car and it was back in my hands in about an hour. Terrific service from everyone involved.

I will 1000x over again use CARma! I have recently struggled with bigger name shops.. I ll go in with one problem, and leave with 2 others. I shared my frustration with CARma, and the owner themselves felt for me & waived a huge fee for me! Not only did they do this, but unlike other shops, she told me what i could have done, BUT also said it s not something that is urgent or is going to cause any issues. Now, if this was any other shop- they would have told me i HAD to do it just to get my money!!! I will forever be a client with CARma!!

My daughter has an older Range Rover and lives in the Rincon area. I live in Atlanta and have had horrible experiences dealing with auto shops over the last 20 years. I finally found a shop in Atlanta that I trust with all of my vehicles. When the suspension went out on my daughters car I was going to have it towed all the way back to Atlanta due to my total distrust in the auto repair industry. After realizing how difficult it was going to be to get to car back to Atlanta I decided to look around the Savannah area. I m glad I did. After reading reviews on about 10 different shops, I came across CARma. I felt like they were my best option and decided to gamble and take the car there. Best decision ever. I had a honest and informative discussion with the owner and felt like they would be transparent with all work being done. From the very beginning, they did an comprehensive inspection of the car and sent a detailed report on everything they found. They also informed me of the warranty they provide on all work and parts. After getting the quote, I researched the pricing on the parts and found they were competitive to cost if I had tried to source them myself. Overall, I felt the cost was fair and very clearly outlined. They were in constant contact with my during the repairs and had the work done within the time frame they estimated. I could not have imagined a more professional, transparent and pleasant experience dealing with an auto shop. I am glad to have found a place I trust for my daughter to bring any issue to. Here they go again. They listen!!! Tired of people (men) ignoring you and your concerns??? Want a shop that listens and checks for everything??? This is the shop to go to. They assess and tell you what needs fixing now and what can wait. Total transparency and upfront cost. Will walk you through every step of repairs. This shop is amazing. All the lights on my dash are off at a beyond reasonable price. Check them out!!

I will no longer be taking my vehicle to the Audi dealership. The staff were cooperative, helpful, and very professional when figuring out the issues with my vehicle. They kept me involved and updated on the repairs. Great job! The guys who work there were friendly and professional. I brought my car in a little early and they were able to take it in for wheel alignment. I was in and our in 45 minutes.
