I have nothing but great things to say about this business and its owners. They are a small business that operates with integrity and honesty. They are very reasonably priced and will come to your house to replace a windshield. They replaced my windshield in my driveway and were very meticulous with installation. I found them by googling for company s that provided mobile windshield replacement. I compared to several other company s and they were the best priced. I choose them based upon price and the reviews. I was not disappointed. They went the extra mile and replaced my windshield wipers (with ones I had already purchased) and removed a parking sticker (intact from the old windshield so I could turn it in for a replacement) at no extra charge. The customer service was top notch. I would recommend to family and friends.

Got our windshield done on our 2015 Toyota Higher and they did a Great job! This review is a few months Late, lol, but we are Very happy and will be calling again with All our vehicle glass needs! Highly recommend you also consider using Brown's Auto Glass!

These guys are great. I called 4 different places to find the best price for a new windshield (04 Tacoma). They were hands down the best price and even came to my location. Install was very quick and friendly. Came w a 2-year warranty included. 10/10. THANKS!

Fast, efficient and got me in when I needed it. They were great about communicating with me throughout. On the day of my appointment, they called to say my glass was broken and so they couldn't come out. I told them to let me know if any cancellations come up as I need to drive 6 hours to Florida the coming weekend. They actually followed up and squeezed me in a few days later. Of the 3 places I got quotes from, they were also the cheapest.

I just had the pleasure of working with Brown's Auto Glass today. They were very responsive to schedule my work order upon my call last week. Today, they arrived promptly and replaced my cracked windshield in half an hour. Getting the service done at my house was a huge convenience. Woke up to find my back glass busted out on my Honda Pilot. I called Brown s Auto Glass and they were able to come out to my home two days later to repair. The price was great, and they worked so efficiently. They kept me updated on the progress. Superb price and service! I am so happy a friend referred me to Brown's Auto Glass to have my windshield repaired in my Mercedes Benz. They were very prompt, courteous and very affordable. Safelite were going to charge me more than twice as much and I would have had to take my care to them. Brown's Auto Glass came to my home and replaced my windshield in about an hour. Brown's Auto Glass took time to discuss my options and educated me on all aspects of the auto glass replacement and what I should be aware of. Amazing company not just worried about a sale but also focused on educating the customer! Would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto glass service.

Brown s Auto Glass came and replaced my cracked windshield at my job while I was working. I also had to reschedule an appointment I made earlier with them and they were very accommodating. They did a fabulous job! Not to mention they had a much lower price than the larger corporate businesses I called. They did an excellent job. I do not think it could have been any better. I just wish it were easier to join them online or on the phone. I finally had to go on site to get an appointment. Highly recommend Brown s Auto Glass !! Excellent service and prompt response!The team traveled to my office for the repair, which was very helpful. Excellent communication for the entire process. Especially the day of repair. Even crazy for 2022 ~ They answered the phone !!!Stay true to a local business; especially when their name is on the van! They take pride in their work and their name, unlike other national chains who offer similar services and no live person to talk with for questions. Browns Auto Glass gave me estimate to replace my cracked windshield over the phone which beat the competition. When I called them to schedule the replacement, they were able to come quickly. On the scheduled day, they came to my house, called ahead of time and showed up on the correct day and time. They quickly replaced my cracked windshield and did outstanding quality work. Literally the best auto experience I ve had in Savannah! They were incredibly kind and easy to work with and told me everything I needed to know! I messaged them on Thursday through Google and they ordered the glass and had it ready to install on Monday! They re a mobile service so they came straight to me and communicated the whole time! Absolutely love!

I have been dealing with a problem windshield for the past 2 or 3 years in an older model Chevy van. I had two different businesses work on the windshield (replacement) and neither installed it correctly. Both were difficult to deal with as far as scheduling and getting in touch with them. More than one attempt was completed by both companies with the windshield leaking water and having horrible wind noise. I finally gave up and tried a new company and so far I am very glad I did. I called Brown's Auto Glass and they came out the next day. They said they would have it done in about an hour and they had it done in under an hour. After all the trouble I had with the first two companies, they made it seem easy. I wish I had called them the first time. Now I have a warranty on the repair but hopefully I will not need it. The two men who came out were very friendly and professional, making my appointment over the phone was easy. Brown s Auto Glass is by far my go to windshield company. Mr. Brown is a respectful friendly man. He and his assistant got my windshield done carefully and quickly. If you re looking for an affordable company to go to I would definitely recommend Brown s Auto Glass! The office lady got me a quote right away and was extremely friendly. I will definitely come back here.

Greg and Ashley Came to my home this morning, and installed a front windshield on my Nissan Pathfinder. The job seems to be well done, and they were very professional and courteous. l will do a follow-up if any issues arise that aren't promptly corrected, but l highly doubt that happening. When I say that these guys went above & beyond the call of duty for my service, I mean it. I called Mr. Brown, and he was so friendly, professional, & detailed about everything. They arrived at the scheduled time, & Cody repaired my window in less than 30 minutes. I paid, and they left. An hour later when I went back out to my car, and could not open the driver door. I was freaking out & didn t know what to do. So I called Mr. Brown, even though it was no fault of their own, they turned around in traffic, just to drive back & help me with no hesitation. Cody came back , fixed my door in less than an hour, and explained to me why my door was doing this & where to get the parts. Mr. Brown responded to my email inquiry on a Sunday, gave me a quote and scheduled the work for early in the week. He and his assistant arrived at my residence when promised. They are fast, efficient and courteous. The price was much lower than the quote I had received from a national glass replacement service.
