Love this place! All the guys here are nice, and I just love the small town feel of going here for my tires. I've been going here for years, and it's always the same friendly experience. I hope they stay for a while longer

I travel from out of town to come here and this is the best place to go hands down! Service is phenomenal!! Fast, friendly and cheap prices! I had four tires put on and my old ones kept for less than $100! Definitely recommend!

I paid $100 to get my left and right front brakes fixed. As soon as left I started hearing noises upon pulling up to my home. A loud sound 3 different occations when stopping, followed by rattling and squeaking sound just on the right side. I assumed this guy was owner or manager. Everyone else seemed to atleast acknowledged something wasn't right. I could tell he already was going to say there was nothing to be done. His demeaner was quite different. I was told breaks wouldn't do that. I purchased brand new brakes so I assumed that much. I let them know maybe something happened during installation, he goes to say there are a lot of parts under there that could make the sounds and to take it to a mechanic. He even told another employee I drove over a bump which I never even said, that let me know right there no accountability was going to be taken. I understand that something could of happened to my car but unpon immediately leaving there, come on now. I know customers will lie to get away with stuff but that was not the case for me. I have worked in management for 10+ years. We all know how our cars drive after a while, my car never had a sign of something going wrong until I left. I get mistakes can happen, so I wasn't even upset with the guy that did them. He looked remorseful. So, sir if you read this I have no animosity, but to just act as if there was no way they could of made a mistake was very unpleasant. Everything he replied just sound like a deflection. I don't know much about cars, and I'm 4 months pregnant. My blood pressure is already an issue. So I just left. They also didn't give me a receipt for my services. If you go there you are taking a risk.

This is my 3rd time in the shop and people who work there are always kind, helpful and considerate. I always leave feeling better than i came and this is a huge factor. Mt Barnes shows kindness and appreciation and you can see it in his eyes. Thank you!!!

I ve used them twice. Once I bought tires from them and got them mounted. Recently I brought my own to be mounted. Both times was relatively quick and the price was right. Would definitely recommend.

We were traveling from NY to FL with a stop in Savannah on the way. We discovered a potential brake problem, called them and they said bring it in first thing the next morning. We got there at 8 and we were on our way by 9. Nice people. Great job and they didn t take advantage of us. We highly recommend them. Thank you for saving us!

Attire I went there this morning to get me a tire and they gave me a practicing brand new tires balance it and put it back on the rim all for $65 they had so many people coming up there and everybody satisfied this is the first place I went to in a long time and had a flat tire and didn't have no complaint would have paid more because the tires look like it was worth more the manager of the store came back and check asked everybody was all right to see what you want it you didn't sit there and wait long this is a great place to go

Literally the nicest people. We had a screw in our tire and they had us in and out in less than 10 minutes with several cars also being helped as well. They even checked the tire pressure in all 4 tires. Beyond efficient! Highly recommend!

Took our vehicle in for full brake job and they were SO fast, so nice and professional. Did a wonderful job and is most definitely where we will be taking our vehicles from now on!

People choose businesses based off reviews. To see an SUV got 4 tires and to keep them for 100 seems awfully sketchy seeing as though I was charged 140 for 1. Even if they are used tires. Save your time and go somewhere where so they won t rip you off

Fantastic service with reasonable prices. If you want to sit at a shop all day and have your head spinning with upcharges, go to one of the chain tire stores. If you want lighting fast, friendly, reasonable, and honest service, Barnes is the only place in town.

I have been going to these guys for about 10 years because I have the worst luck with tires. It's always a quick trip. They always have what I need in stock and they are very reasonably priced. They've definitely earned my loyalty.

Great prices on new and used tires and the services performed. experienced techs and super fast. I've been using them for years and have never been waiting for more than 50 mins / 1hr no matter what the service or how many people.

This is the absolute best place to get a tire problem fixed or a tire changed in savannah. It literally takes minutes. Prices are low surface is great and you won't see anybody work harder to get you out the door.

1st time slow as hell!! 2nd time closed 30 mins early!! 3rd time never came to my vehicle to even see what I needed. Left after 15 mins with just one person before me and 5 workers standing around looking at me waiting to be seen. NEVER AGAIN!! Plenty of other tire businesses around than to waste my time going back there!! Peace out!!

Gene, Brian, and Daniel are awesome. You'll be in and out in no time. It is an old school tire shop so just drive up and tell them what you need. They check it out and service in the lot. Straight forward. Mostly cash service
