Store 1615 in Savannah provided world-class service via Larrel. He installed our wipers expertly & instantly! The best experience we ve had at an AutoZone! Kudos to the management for having the vision to hire stellar talent!

Kindest and most attentive group of associates at any retail business. I've never had any problems with their parts.I have had one car battery fail after several months and they traded me out a new one kindly. Victory Drive Branch.

Auto zone store clerk larrel was a great clerk, he was very attentive, dedicated and helpful. Made sure my problems were fixed and I was comfortable before I left the store and he even went as far as to help me install my lights. I'm very thankful to this worker and will be returning in the future

I brought in a container of used motor oil in a trash bag and didn't realize the bag had a hole and the flow valve had opened. I was all the way in the back of the store before I realized I'd dripped a trail of oil all over their floor. Without missing a beat, the young man helping me said it was no problem and immediately grabbed a mop to clean it up. He could've made me feel bad for making a mess, but instead he cheerfully took it upon himself to serve by correcting a mistake that wasn't his.

We were heading home to Newnan Ga noticed 12 volt in car was not working !! Our GPS brought us here!! Terrell was very helpful came to the car and with my car Manuel,I guided her to the correct fuse that was blown!! I really appreciate her professional manner,very knowledgeable and helpful!!! Thanks so much Terrell we made it home with charging phones Thanks to you

Larrel was very helpful with changing my battery. Although I could have done it myself he insisted on help me/do the job. He took his time to assess what was needed and completed the change with expertise and precision. His conversation during the job made me feel at ease with his skill set. Great job Larrel.

The store is clean, organized and has been the #1 place My husband and I go to get items for our vehicles. Last visit was nice and easy, thanks to the lady working at the time, purchased a replacement stem for his tire a tool to install and stem caps we thought we would be looking forever! Always friendly and helpful staff. Definitely Recommend!!

We were passing through on a road trip and we faced our car constantly dying and our battery was fried. When we stopped to this Autozone to check it out, the workers were extremely helpful! They were possibly the nicest people we have ever met! Out of such a stressful situation, they made it such a happy experience. For being two girls road-tripping in an unfamiliar area, they made us feel so safe and cared for! They helped us pick out a battery and install it, and they were so kind in helping us. Honestly, they made our trip! The best workers and the nicest people ever. It was a pleasure meeting them!

We gad to pick up a few items, including new windshield wipers. I really appreciated the employee who helped us. Not only did she help me choose the new wipers, but she installed them, and told me something I NEVER knew - I didn't know that when the color at the tip of the wiper blades changed from black to yellow that it was time to change them. Thank you, Ma'am!

Had a great experience. Needed a replacement battery, and the store manager, Jack P, was extremely helpful. He replaced the battery for me super quick, honored my warranty, while at the same time helping out the other staff and customers. Will be back for sure.

They have amazing items and very helpful artifacts for the car - But as a woman I always seem to be treated badly or like I'm less. I suggest bringing a man with you since that might improve customer service.

There was a very very long line but other then that a young lady (Elliot, Elaine maybe?) Was very nice and got my parts along with 4 other customers in record time.Clean store, Well organized, Fully stocked aswell.Great store considering it looked like there were only two employees there at the time.

Prices are reasonable. Employees seem friendly and helpful but they did give us an incorrect part, leading to a second visit to return it. Also, the wait time at the check out is really long on every visit. No line, just no one assigned to checking out customers. A dedicated cashier would be a plus.

I wish I could give this place more stars. I love the women that work there that are so helpful and knowledgeable. Being a woman it's very helpful . but over the years I have brought at least four batteries in to be charged and each and every time I've been told that the battery is no good and I need a new one I then bring the battery to another place and each and every time the battery has been just fine so like I said I wish I could give you more stars but why do you try to make me buy new

I recently ended up at this Auto Zone location on a trip when my car started to act up. I had no tools and no idea what to do. The manager of this location gave me the scan tool to use and when we read the read out he helped me to figure out what to do with the information we reviewed. He went out of his way to make sure I got the parts and tools that I needed. Even though none of these things fixed my problem and I ended up blowing the timing chain later on in my trip, I really appreciated all the help and determination of the manager, Tim, and his staff. They were not only helpful but patient and kind. Thank you guys so much

The lady attending the register was wonderful! Great attitude and tried her best to help me find what I needed. I wish I had gotten her name so she could be recognized for her good service. However, manager Garrett was inattentive, unhelpful, and condescending towards both his staff and to me. Instead of trying to help me find a replacement for my fuse box, he said I should try fixing my car in the daylight. Unhelpful, and maybe Garrett is not the right fit for a customer service environment.

This is the best autozone I've been to round town.7/13/20 just before closing I was in there and the two ladies were running the show helping everyone quickly and effectively I've always had a great experience with the Victory location and it's staff and would gladly drive past closer auto stores to get to this one! I didn't get the older ladies name because she was helping others but I do remember Sophia and they both know a thing or two about customer service! Thank you both for making "car trouble" much more pleasant!

Great service!!!! I rode around for two Days looking for a particular type of battery for my Jeep Compass and Pulled up to autozone where they not only had the battery but Jack an employee there installed it for me. I recommend this location

Manager & staff definitely strive to make thing right. Very attentive service, and great customer service. FYI make sure you provide email if you want to accumulate points. I recently got a $20 off coupon with a $50 purchase. Walked away with a free Bosch windshield wiper after purchasing the large Castrol oil, and filter special. Can t go wrong with that!!!
