PLEASE read this review and let your family and friends know BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU HAVE NO PLACES ELSE TO BUY A CAR. THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLES THERE and they will take advantage of you any way they can.I bought the 2021 camry xse in last September 2023. Shawn the financing manager and his sale mans name Mike Lowe. They both tried to fool me on financing payments. They re give me a financing paperwork and ask me to sign with a monthly payment $426.89 for 72 months after I put down payment $20,000 and financed amount of 12,236.71 with annual percentage he gave me 7.29% .I told them my payment should be a little over $200 but not with the amount on the paperwork they give me to sign! when he saw me refuse to sign then he took it back to the manager and bring back to me with a new amount payment this time $374.23. I let them know it still not the correct amount i should pay for 72 months. I show him my exactly payment should be $201.96 after i used my Calculator with 7.29% interest rate of 12,236.71. At this time he have to correct the payment to the amount I show it to him .3 months later when my first oil change on the vehicle I bought from them I discover the bottom oil pan cover is missing. I came to the dealership and see Shawn and Mike to let them know it missing on the car . Shawn he told me he let Mike find on another the car of their dealership and send it to me . ( Really!!! That s how they doing a business steal parts from other vehicle before they sale it to the customers.)I have been waiting for over 2 months and I also sent a text to Mike Lowe the sale man ask for the missing item they both promised to order and send it to me! His last respond to my text 2 weeks ago he said ( I check with parts ) but never get back to me.( Please see more how they are responded back . by click the number of my reviews under my name)

I have been taking my car here for the last two years and each time I arrive for my appointments the service is impeccable. I had a small invoice issue this time around and Tyler and Jose immediately rectified the issue. They followed up after fixing the issue just to make sure I was happy with the outcome; it s truly shocking to see this level of customer service nowadays. David was also extremely helpful during my service appointment and kept me up informed by the hour. Thank you Volkswagen Savannah! Appreciate your help, as always.

On her way home from Disney to Charleston my sister and her two children one who is special needs were left to fend for themselves. Her 30,000 mile VW Atlas was hit with the EPC light. So she had the car towed to this dealership. They provided no help. They left this woman and her kids stranded, no loaner option and not even a ride to the nearest rental. Miles away from home she had to take an Uber to the airport to get a means of getting back on the road. The vehicle is still under warranty, she bought a VW because I have 5 Volkswagens and have never had an issue with my local dealership. Each time I have had an issue they have represented the VAG group amazingly. This dealership failed miserably in representing the brand. People buy new cars so that when something happens it s taken care of and they aren t suppose to be left without a mode of transport. I am sure someone in that dealership is driving a demo vehicle back and forth to work, this should have been an option a way out for this place to keep customers moving. They offered her no support. Of course they are going to repair the vehicle as it s under warranty but now she has to leave work to travel back to Georgia to retrieve her vehicle on her own dime. That is absolutely ridiculous to me, she s a single mother with a special needs child and you want her to have to spend money she doesn t have miss work and lose more money because your product failed? The only resolution I can see to make up for this lack of care and customer service is to have the vehicle delivered to her residence in Charleston SC upon completion of repair. I will be writing to the Volkswagen Audi Group and posting this incident on all of my Volkswagen groups to let them know to steer clear of this stealership.

This is by far the best dealership I've ever been to. They are patient, understanding, and want what's best for the customer. I recently purchased a new Atlas and it was only possible thanks to Justin Peters and Shawn. I really appreciate this dealership and had a great overall experience!

I just want to be clear, the only reason this review is 5 stars is because of salesman Justin Peters. Plain and simple. Dude is the most genuine and authentic person I ve came across while buying a car. This isn t my first time. I was ready to walk away and go home but Justin s personality kept me around and eventually I left with my dream car, a mustang . Thanks a lot!

Volkswagen is a great company that produces great, quality cars. The experience at AutoNation was as expected. I definitely did my research ahead of time and came prepared. There was still some unnecessary negotiations, which is why car shopping is so globally disliked. Overall, I got what I came for, but had to dig my heels in. Everyone was very nice and as flexible as possible. I have had to come back for some mild errors (not filling wiper fluid, charging for an extra charger that came with the car). Everyone was responsive and I appreciated that. For a car shopping experience, it went as well as expected. Absolutely loving my ID.4. It s a great car

Hello. I want to share with you one failed purchase story and tell you to please support yourself. A blogger whom I constantly watched assembled a Volkswagen Tiguan in this salon, of course, in a video, and about how strange and uncivilized they treated her and her husband in this salon. They imposed unnecessary services on them, tried several times to place the wrong documents for signature, which contained unnecessary expensive options. And when all the equipment had already been delivered, they only resolved the issue with the family bank, and they refused to sell the car.And they refused to return the documents that had already been signed. Moreover, the car dealership employees called the police on their customers. It s incredible, I know this family: they are well-mannered, decent people who know how to behave in society, how is this possible? It's very unfortunate that this happened. And I want to say thank you to Google for the translation.

Lying cheating crooks. We had signed a purchase agreement and then sales contract after six hours at the dealership and when they produced the final paperwork, only after we signed, we discovered they added in over $4000 of additional cost. When I asked to remove these cost as we did not ever agree to them, we were told the deal was off they would not sell the vehicle and to leave the dealership. When I requested to have the original document that we signed with the purchase agreement, they (Chris Lewis the sales manager) had told us that it is property of AutoNation, not ours, and they did not need to give us anything. I was stranded in the stranded at the dealership without a ride (as e bought another vehicle) as they canceled the deal and while waiting for an uber they called the police to have me removed! They ran our credit over SIX times and was on the Dark web the next day after filling out their application, our credit is now ruined causing another nightmare of problems! We were directly lied to FIVE times through this entire ordeal. I have reached out to corporate management, Brad Strauss, and he had conducted an investigation over one week and is not able to provide me one single answer to any of my several questions, nor could account for the missing paperwork we signed. I have every piece of paper for the contract, except the very first piece of paper we signed that legally binding us to this deal. The sales manager, Shawn Hafer tried to sell us a new car and gave us a written offer and directly lied (Lie #1) to me by telling me they did not have any used vehicles and inventory. I went home, wen to their website, and discovered they did have exactly what we are looking for. I called back and asked to make a deposit in which I was told all I needed to do was fill out the application and they would hold it for me. (lie #2) After I filled out the application and called back, they told me that, they are not able to hold any vehicles and that I had to come in Saturday to make the purchase. I asked him to run our credit for approval to know what we are qualified for what rates, and was told by sale associate Jay told that that was not possible (lie #3). I actually did run our credit that day, and the next day our credit appeared on the dark web! The vehicle that we wanted was advertised tm me by email I received Wed showing it has 9288 (Lie #4) miles and when I arrived to test drive the vehicle (two days later) it had 11,444 miles. Over 20% more miles an advertised. I was told by then Chris Lewis who took over the deal from sales associate Justin Peters (who was the only one in this entire deal/dealership that was professional and decent, and I learned that he resigned two days after our debacle of a deal) the sales manager Chris that this was a typo (lie #5). I clearly told him it was not a typo is the vehicle has been sitting on the lot for listed for sale almost one month and was being driven as a loaner vehicle! They told me they would discount the miles (.15c a mile / $364 discount) and when they presented the paperwork they took the discount off a new additional line item of $995 for a paint protection package, they told me it was already on the vehicle. We did not ask nor want for this protection and asked for it to be removed. By the way, I grew up in aftermarket auto care and had found the same package that they presented us at the dealership on ebay for $125! We were then presented a final sales price which we had signed and agreed to. Between signing our agreement and the final paperwork between the sales manager Chris Lewis, and the business manager Shawn Hafer, they decided to add TWO additional warranties that we did not ask for. When we asked for these to be removed, they simply told us they would not sell us to vehicle to leave the dealership!

Today Justin P and Chris were able to find me an amazing reliable car in my price range. They really went above and beyond to find me something with a price I was comfortable paying, and a car I can feel comfortable and safe driving in. Car buying always is a lot of paperwork but Justin was very personable and made the process as easy as it could be!

After not returning to this location for several visits, I finally decided to give this one another try. However, that was a mistake because it was basically a waste of my time. I came in because my airbag light was on. Over an hour later I was told they got it to turn off and was only charged for and paid the diagnostic fee. Upon getting in my car I noticed that the light was still on so I went back inside and had to wait even longer as they continued to check on what's causing it. I was then told they found a wire that was shorted or something like that, and they changed it however it still did not turn the airbag light off. The next solution wastelling me I had to pay for a much more expensive test to figure out what is causing the light to be on. That would cost me around $700 and that would not even include the cost of repair. In addition to all that, when I initially tried to pay for the diagnostic check charge I tried to use my Volkswagen credit card and was told that because there is no expiration date on the card they could not take my payment and I had to call or find out my expiration date in order to use it. (These cards have no expiration date) I have never had a problem at this location in the past paying with that card or at another VW location in Florida, so I do not understand why it was a problem yesterday. The person checking me out also made a comment saying they don't see too many of those. I don't know if that was just a random comment that he made or if it was insinuating the card was fake which is how I kind of felt they meant it. As I just said, this was the first time coming back to this location after a few visits elsewhere because the previous two times were not good also. One of those times a tool was left underneath the hood of my car, and Zachary called and asked if I could come and bring the tool back even though I was already over an hour away. The visit after that I waited 4 hours to get my car serviced, just a basic oil change for rhe 40 or 50k service and after waiting for 4 hours I went to the front to figure out what was taking so long and Zachary told me it just finished and that he was about to come and get me. He had a hard time finding where my paperwork and my keys were at the desk, but once I checked out I noticed on my paperwork that my car got checked in at 7 something in the morning and the checkout time was around 9:30, so I have a feeling I waited two extra hours when I did not have to. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I'd rather drive two or three hours to another dealership for service.UPDATEI took my vehicle to another VW location, and after a standard diagnostic check, they were able to determine what was wrong and fixed the issue rather quickly. I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR SOME $700 TO $800 ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSTIC CHECK LIKE THIS LOCATION SUGGESTED.

I had such a good experience with Autonation Volkswagon. I went in just expecting to sell my car to them, and walked out with a brand new Atlas (which I am in love with BTW). Shaun, Chris, and Mike were outstanding through the whole process. They made things easy, and I never felt like I was pressured into something out of my comfort zone. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

I was at several other dealerships and they were by far the best. I just purchased a used Chevy Silverado and I m very happy with how they worked with me. My credit was not ideal and they did everything they could to make it work for me including staying after hours. The whole staff worked together and made sure any questions I had were answered and that I was satisfied. I highly suggest if your looking to purchase a new or used vehicle this is the place!

The service reps were professional and courteous. The maintenance job was completed on time. I had to go back to resolve an issue which they promptly took care of at no additional cost.

Went in for an oil change and inspection. Great experience. Didn't take too long and gave me recommendations with photos on my Tiguan. Parts department is also very generous and happy to help. Will be back again for all my VW service and parts!

Well I sent 05 vw beetle in to get airbag system calibration only way to clear the light after replacing parts. Cost was typical for a dealer...but it is fixed and got it back same day.

Hands down some of the best service I ve ever received at a dealership! While on a roadtrip, far from home, my car battery died. Both Tyler and William went out of their way to personally make sure I was informed, taken care of, and had the technicians on standby for when I got there to get me back on my way ASAP. So grateful for them making the best out of an otherwise difficult situation.

We have brought our Atlas here for both the 10k and 20k mile services. Will and the team are communicative, friendly and prompt. They also returned the vehicle clean which was a nice surprise.

I don t want to complain because our service was actually great everyone was so kind and explained well, BUT I came in with an issue for them to fix it and charge me, not a problem, but when they came back to tell me I m good to go they told me I needed new brake pads too, $900 each on front 2, okay sounds good I m not going to get it done today because I don t have 2k sitting around after paying for what I had to get done already. Well later I go to Mavis to get them done as they where going to charge $300 for the full service, they take my car back to find out my break pads still had so much life in them and where kind enough to SHOW me and not just tell me I needed them unlike Voltswagon dealership did for me, personally won t be coming back after that!

Service staff was woefully ignorant of parts availability in the US. A driver came to haul my vehicle and it was 3 hours before anyone would help him. I could not in good conscience recommend this dealership.

I could not have been any luckier than to come to know AutoNation VW Savannh by meeting Krystle as the introduction. She is 10s all across the board, not 5s but 10s!! What a delight; her professionalism, Friendliness, authenticity in her interactions. Because of her, I will not seek out any other help than hers when it comes to my vehicle. KUDOS!
