*Edit*After speaking with the General Manager, I was willing to let them rectify the situation. They took my car back and gave it a full service cleaning. I still wouldn't recommend bringing your car here for maintenance. *I am extremely disappointed in the service department and with their manager. He promised he would oversee the work on my car after having it towed back once and returning it with another issue again after that. They had my car for 6 weeks and couldn't manage to wash it before I picked it up. I gave them 4 hours from when they called me to come get it. (They told me to bring it back another time to be washed.) The manager also said he would have it detailed as a courtesy for how long they had to keep my car. It wasn't even touched. I will not bring my business here again. They have untrained mechanics who only care about pushing cars through fast as they can. I recommend you find someone you can trust. *All the leaves are from the windshield and wiper blades area. *

Jonathan Mock II and the sales team are incredible. Jonathan listened to what I was looking for in a car and compared the cars I was interested in. He presented the 2024 Elantra to me and it checked all of the boxes. There was no pressure or rush to make a decision. He was patient and listened to what I was telling him. I was nervous about going into a dealership, but the team made sure I was comfortable and understood everything being said. I highly recommend purchasing a Vehicle from AutoNation Hyundai Savannah.

I don't know where to start. I am not one to normally gripe about things, but this dealership has really set me off. I just recently purchased a vehicle from them a few days ago. The sales rep and finance that we had dealt with did a great job, however, the entire service and detail department needs to be re-evaluated by the owner.The integrity of these two departments are next to none.I was informed that my vehicle was going to go through "inspection" to verify no major concerns or safety issues of the vehicle before taking delivery.This was a lie.Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, the vehicle had a burnt out headlight.. (First indication of a pencil whipped inspection) and was told to drive home with the Hi-beams on and to return in the morning because the service department was already closed for the night.Upon looking under the hood, noted the battery and terminals were completely corroded with rust and battery acid and nothing was ever cleaned or serviced along with the air intake box completely loose and unsecured. The following day, the lower skid plate became detached because the bolts were never installed after the so called "oil change" was performed. The oil change service sticker inside the vehicle still showed the old date and mileage from the previous owner and was already coming due.I was told the tires were to be rotated, I had marked one of the tires with a marker to see if they were going to do this..They in fact, did not..Lastly, the cleaning and detail of the vehicle looked as if Helen Keller herself performed this duty.After calling and speaking to a sale manager about these problems, the information and issues were transferred to the service manager. I received a phone call from the service manager where I was asking what was going on with this vehicle and all of these problems that 100% should have been caught on "inspection" and he hung up on me... I called back the number right after.. and no answer... Talk about professionalism.....I am beyond disgusted with this dealership. BUYER BEWARE. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this dealership at all cost..

I purchased my dream car from AutoNation and it was an exceptionally great experience. Jonathan Mock was polished and professional and never pressured, just helped. He communicated throughout the process as I am 5 hours away from their location. Their finance manager, Mr. Bugosh, worked with me at 7 pm to get a better rate and a better out the door price to make it all possible. Once I got to the dealership, I was in and out in an hour and a half and the car is perfect. I will ABSOLUTELY make them my very first call with my next vehicle purchase. Thank you Mr. Mock and Mr. Bugosh for making this all possible.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership & the experience was overly joyful. Everyone was super friendly & had a family oriented vibe with them. They completely made me feel comfortable & worked with me on getting into something that was perfect for me and my family. When I say everyone, everyone that I encountered with was very professional, friendly & helpful. I d go back just to hang out but that might come off as creepy. lol I give them a 100 out of 10.Check out Jamal he was my salesperson.

The people that worked there was very polite and had great hospitality towards us. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. They try and get you you price that you can afford to pay and also made sure you didn't go thirstyI love the way we got treated. After we got ours, my daughter got her a vehicle the same day we picked up ours. They are the best.

If you re looking to buy a car, this is the place to go. My experience here was top of the line, I was comfortable with all the staff. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They made buying a car easy and stress free. Salesman Mark Cutter was phenomenal. Most salesmen are overbearing as he wasn t. He explained all the packages that were with the car, the pricing, the features literally everything. I never felt rushed the whole time being there. If you are looking for a car this is definitely the place to go.

Austin, my sales associate, was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and bent over backwards to get this deal done. This was a long distance transaction so we made the deal via phone, e-mail, and text, and he made the transition very smooth and with no obstacles. Highly recommend this guy. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, David, the finance manager, was also extremely helpful in getting everything I needed. The deal was already done when I saw him and he also bent over backwards to put me in the Santa Cruz. I would like to say that these two individuals were so great because I was coming from out of town, but I have a strong feeling that they treat all customers in this fashion. I highly recommend this dealership, this product (Hyundai), and these two individuals. Great job!!

Jeffrey Roseman was very helpful. I was all set to take my car after being to it was going to take 14 days just to check it out. After speaking with Jeffrey, I not only got it checked out on day 2, but also some of the problem was repaired and the parts were ordered for the rest of my car issues. I believed Jeffrey when he said it shouldn't take long and he will call me when the parts arrive. I was able to drive my car until the parts come in. Jeffrey did not disregard my problem. He made me feel valued.

I have always had a great experience with the Hyundai in Hilton Head. But the Savannah location is closer to me. So I have tried the Savannah location a few times and everytime I have went or even called anyone at this location has been very rude and careless. I will just have to drive to Hilton Head for better customer service which doesn't make sense. Hopefully someone in management will correct this.

My car was at Hyundai for 7 or 8 weeks and at first I was told that it was gone be 90 days before they could look at it and it was two weeks they was able to tell me what was wrong. My service advisor was Ms. Melissa she was very wonderful and helpful also she was very patient with me I might have called everyday. But she kept me in loop of the next steps and up to date. We can use more employees like her.

Very happy with my Auto Nation experience. Bought a new car and just completed the first service at the dealership. Hyundai has a great warranty and complimentary service window and the oil change, cabin filter, tire rotation, and inspection all took a little over an hour (at no cost to me). The new building really brings a fresher look to the dealership.I would recommend at least checking the deals here if you re currently looking to buy a car.

I looked at and test drove 2 Palisades at 2 other dealerships, prior to visiting AutoNation in Savannah. Our salesman, Mark, was the only one who took the time to go through all of the features the Palisade has to offer. He was very personable and wasn't pushy at all. He went above and beyond to find us the vehicle we were looking for and ended up trading vehicles with another dealership in another state just to make sure we were getting what we wanted. We had a great experience with AutoNation in Savannah. All of the gentlemen that helped us, were very accommodating and they did a great job. Thank you Mark, Terry & Trey for helping us through the process.

My car was at this shop for 5 months and I did not receive a single update. My experience here was nothing short of a nightmare. After 3 months I finally get my car back only to learn the repair was faulty and it needed to be brought back in, another 2 months before I get it back. No communication, no answers, no conversations with a manager despite begging for weeks and being told I would get a "call back" and countless phone calls to the line being given in these reviews. It wasn't until I contacted Hyundai Corporate that a representative was able to get movement for me in my cars repair process. I only received a call from a manager after posting a one star review here and then never heard from anyone at the office again. If you're stuck in a nightmare situation with this dealership like I see plenty of reviews mirroring, call Hyundai Corporate and open a case, they are familiar with how bad this dealership is run. Take it to the regional manager and keep going. This is the only way I was able to get my car back and it's sad that it took 5 long months before I had my car in drivable condition and back in my possession. Drop your car off at your own risk. At this point there is nothing that can be done to remedy the stress caused and the run around I was given.

Oh my Giddy Aunt people, buy your next car from these cats. Helpful without being overbearing. Patient, as we test-drove three vehicles. Made our numbers work, happily. At 57 years old, probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. In all honesty, these Hyundais trump an overpriced Honda any day. I know because we test drove an Accord as well. Nope. Please, save yourself from car-buying-misery. Shop with Jacob and Mark.

Recently I had to take my car to be serviced with the software update due to auto theft.. Originally after speaking to a representative, I was told I couldn't make the appointment until July, however, when I visited the store Dee Charson got me in within the next two days. I was extremely grateful due to my car being vandalized when someone was trying to break into it. After receiving my car back, I was giving a steering wheel club and left a happy customer.

Went in for complimentary oil change and tire rotation. They changed oil but didn't rotate tires. Asked service guy if they did, he stated yes. I asked why the left rear tire was still missing the air valve cap. He checked with tire guy and was told the tread was good and he didn't rotate the tires. He didn't even put a air valve cap back on!

Mr.Jeff at the front desk was excellent with getting me in and out. He was very friendly and I know little to nothing about cars so he made sure to answer every question in detail that I had about my vehicle. I definitely look forward to getting serviced at this location again all because of him.

Horrible service at this location. Bought a palisade and had them include the tow package when I bought it. I have been to the location multiple times to get the hitch installed. The first time going they didn't have the hitch after they verified they had the parts. Went the second time and they managed to install the incorrect hitch on the vehicle and didn't have the wiring harness for the car. Went a third time after they said they had the wiring harness and when I arrived they didn't have the parts all the sudden. The fourth time at the location, they realized they installed the wrong hitch. At this point I just want a refund for the tow package, but I can't even get that because nobody will return a call or an email. And it seems the rotate through GM's every two weeks. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to purchase a car or even have service performed. If they are able to install a incorrect tow hitch on a car what else are they able to do incorrectly on your vehicle. This is a huge safety hazard to have them work on your vehicle.

The staff members I interacted with were professional and friendly. They explained the process, said approximately how long the service would last and took me to their very comfy waiting area. I had other business to do close by and so I enjoyed their shuttle service also. Nice improvements AutoNation of Savannah.

When my check engine light came on I called the dealer I normally use for service and was told I would need to leave my vehicle for 7 to 11 weeks in order for them to diagnose and repair my vehicle. I asked about a loaner and was told they had a rental agency onsite. I decided to drive into Savannah Hyundai and Ernest went immediately to the car with the diagnosis device, told me what was wrong, and went to work to get the part and schedule the repair. A problem arose when the part was on back order and Kristin called to tell me it was delayed. When I told her I needed transportation for work she went to the service manager who approved a loaner. I could not be happier with the way I was taken care of. My son also has a Hyundai and he plans to change where he is getting his service done now. Home run for the service department!

I have driven a Hyundai for at least ten years, and I love them. Since I moved to Savannah 3 years ago, it has been impossible to get your vehicle serviced at the Hyundai dealership. I made an appointment to get my tag light replaced. On the day of my appointment, I sat for almost 2 hours to find out the part had never been ordered. If I hadn t gone to check on the status of my vehicle, who knows how long it would have been sitting before finding out the part was not ordered. Recently, my car caliper kept locking up. I called the dealership, and I was told June 28 would be the next available what a joke. What s the point of having a Hyundai if you can have it serviced in a reasonable time? Cars break down unexpectedly all the time, and to know that you can t get into the dealership is added stress. There are only 2 Hyundai dealerships, both booked out for six months. What are customers supposed to do? I wish the service department's service were as excellent as the vehicles are.

I took my car in for a routine oil change, tire rotation, etc. Jeffery was awesome with explaining everything, greeted me with a smile as soon as I pulled in the service area, and walked me to my car with that same smile as I was leaving!

I bought my Hyundai Ioniq 6 over two months ago, and although it wasn't from Hyundai Savannah, they still treat me like family. I drive often 220 miles to Savannah to visit my daughter and they are always welcoming when I need a free charge up and snacks. This is where I sat in the Ioniq 6 for the first time and if I didn't live so far away it is where I would have bought it from. They are so inviting, especially Alana Harris. As far as my purchase, I would buy it all over again. I love that car! It's really amazing, and at age 55 I have owned many different vehicles. No regrets at all going full electric. Free charging at hyundai and electrify america locations. That and my level 2 home juice box charger keep me on the road... over 3000 miles in 2 months. I did many months of research prior, comparing ALL competitor vehicles. This was the only one I wanted. Amazing vehicle, amazing dealerships and amazing warranties. Get yours now!
