My husband owns a 13-year-old Benz, and as the car aged, various issues arose. Despite numerous visits to the service center, my husband only wasted money without pinpointing the faulty areas. Finally, my husband discovered this place, which had a skilled German car specialist. Not only did they identify and perfectly repair the root cause of the issue, but they also meticulously fixed aspects my husband didn't even request. My husband said "I am completely satisfied with outcome" My husband doesn't write Google reviews, so I am writing on this for him.

This shop is amazing! Had my vehicle towed to the shop and was told they would look at it tomorrow. They looked at it and repaired the broken spark plug the same day! Received a telephone call explaining the repair and discussed additional service. This is how auto repair should be. Top notch customer service! They earned a customer for life!

I can t say enough good things about this company. My air condition went out and I was facing 5 weeks of radiation . They fixed my car in one day! They are professional and wonderful to work with. I will never take my car anywhere else ! Thank you

This is a great place to bring your BMW or Mercedes. I have brought my 2018 X5 diesel for small things and have had excellent service with no upsale. I just brought in my used Mercedes for an oil change, sure it has a few shakes its 17 years old, but was not told it needed anything other than to pay attention. Having tried several repair shops, this is the only one that is timely and efficient. Everyone else let my car sit and sit and sit before looking at it. Very expensive, but worth it.New development: the A/C works great, but still having the same issues. They told my husband that the issue was the type of spark plugs he used 30 months ago (no problem for 2 1/2 years), so those were replaced. Still happening, so coils were next on the list of possible causes. My husband replaced them. Still issues. Hoping to take it to the dealer now to see what they have to say. Sadly, considering the cost of replacing the spark plugs with no positive benefit, I must retract two stars in my review.

Mr. Dietmr is amazing , this man went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue on my 2017 Mercedes c300 with very low miles. He stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes and made sure I wrote down all of his advice . We need more people like him in the auto industry , highly recommend. I have known one of the owners, Scott, for many years. He is a rarity among technicians/mechanics in the field due to his honesty, willingness to help and fair pricing. He has helped me on numerous occasions and I recommend his shop if you own a Bmw, or Mercedes Benz. All of their techs are skilled, friendly and good at their jobs. Location is convenient due to proximity to the parkway and it is easily found.

Most knowledgeable BMW and Mercedes shop in the area, period. I can't emphasize enough how impressed I am with their experience, professionalism and craftsmanship. I had a transmission problem on my Mercedes E350 and they hit the nail on the head immediately, quoted and fixed it as promised. A class act in my book, thank you!

Absolutely top notch service and customer service accommodated me the same day i called for a B1 service on my E class. Staff and service are friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me a loaner car while they serviced my car and talked me through the full services they were doing and offered to call if the car needed additional attention. Highly recommend!

Update on Nancy Rohlfing's post:After the misfires came back it was constant this time. Before it would misfire for a while and go away. This time it wouldn't go away. They had said the next thing to do was to replace the ignition coils so I spent another $450 to do that myself. Problem was still there. I had a mechanic look the engine over (not European "expert") and he found that the 4th cylinder was dead. Electrical signal was going to the fuel injector and the plug and coil were new so we replaced the 4th cylinder fuel injector (@$100 for parts and lots of labor). Problem was still there so we pulled the plug from the 4th cylinder and found that the ground electrode was bent down over the center electrode so that there was virtually no gap. It appeared to have been dropped on the floor before installation or something like that. It was the European plug that they said was so important but it had no gap. We re-gapped the plug, reinstalled it, and it has been running fine for the last two weeks. The difference between my mechanic and Autobahn is that my mechanic diagnosed the problem beyond reading the code like you can do at Autozone. And the diagnosis was as simple as pulling the wire off the 4th cylinder coil while the engine was running and seeing that nothing changed. Learned a lot from this experience including not to take my Mercedes to Autobahn again. Happy that the AC work though.

I was traveling through savannah and had a breakdown. I called the local MB dealer and they said it could be a day or two before they could get me in to look at my vehicle (2010 E350). I broke my serpentine belt. While waiting for my tow I googled repair shops and the Autobahn showed up. I called and spoke with Kelly(?) and she said they would do what they could to get me in that day still. I was towed to their shop, they immediately looked at what was going on. They got the parts ordered and my repair done in 2 hours and I was on the road. While I was there I didn't have much to do so I talked with the folks there and they were all pleasant and enjoyable to talk with. The bill was less than I was anticipating and I met some great people.

Dietmar knows how to treat a stranger like family. When I was on the way to work, an object in the road went under my car and tore a plastic flap from the bottom causing it to drag on the road. I pulled up to his shop frantically for help since he was the closest auto repair shop nearby. Unfortunately, he didn t have any room, but he quickly gave me his card and told me to go down to another shop nearby. He said tell them you are a friend of mine, they do amazing work. That kind of kindness to a complete stranger is what we need in this world. Thanks for making my week Dietmar.
