We were traveling on 95 north to go to a funeral of an unexpected death and something hit our windshield after calling the police and our insurance company they referred us to auto glass now and within three hours we were back on the road. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. When we walked in the shop there was a Christian channel on TV so we knew we were in a great business.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Technician was good. My vehicle was damaged in process. Front office is denying they couldnt have done the damage. Proceeded to tell me my vehicle was trashed and damaged anyway3 working days later and 2 more phone calls still have gotten nowhere.

Price was the cheapest in town. Service was good,could have been a bit better. They left a lot of glass in the vehicle and I was told it would take an hour but I was there from 10am until 2:45pm.I would have just dropped it off if I would have known that. If not for those 2 problems I would have given 5stars.

Quoted 387 on the phone from a representative in Greensville. Set up an appointment for 8am several days later at the Savannah location. Show up at 7:30, doors opened at 8. Turns out they are a first come, first serve place and don't honor appointments. This explained the verbal argument in line between two men after one jumped line on the other one, since he was in the parking lot earlier. Was expecting to have my car being started if not finished by 9. Yet at 10 and they still had not started on my car. Worse yet, a dump truck driver showed up at 930 and his truck was being worked on before mine. To clarify, he was not in line at 8am, not even at 9am. Oh and the 387 quote, was changed to 460 at check in. Finally, I blew up and took an uber to work and will have to take one back to pick up the car. Cherry on the cake, they have no public bathrooms but expect people to wait patiently for hours.

I had two vehicles that needed windshields replaced. They were able to schedule me within 2 days, in the comfort of my own home. The gentleman that came out could not have been friendlier or more professional. He talked me through the process and explained why it was so important to keep the receipt for the warranty. The windshields look great and at the same price, or less, as it would have cost me to take them to a shop and have them done. Will definitely use again if I ever need another windshield replaced.

Updated review after calling the number given to resolve the issue by (Owner).This must be an automated response to all negative reviews because the owner can not be reached. This number is just the shop number. Original review still stands, so if you want to take a chance, go for it. You might get lucky, but don't think for a second them make it right if they screw up. That's on you to pay again for their mess up.Original review: My wife took my truck to have the front windshield replaced due to a rock chip as I was busy that day. When she got back home, I was home and backed the truck into the driveway as she didn't like to back it up. The windshield looked great, and I was happy. She was told not to wash the truck for 2 days. The truck remained parked about 4 days, and when I went to put my radar detector back in, I noticed a crack coming from the bottom all the way under the seal area to almost the top of the new windshield. I was at work the next day, and my wife took the truck back for them to look at it, and they said that it had a chip in it and would not be able to warranty it. There is no chip in this windshield. We have been doing business with them for years, and with all the construction areas we drive through daily, we have used them on 3 different occasionsfor repeat business. The manager was adamant that she would not warranty the windshield but that she would make me a deal. I told her no thank you that I will start taking my business elsewhere. It is very unfortunate in today's days and age when people can't be honest. I used to would recommend them highly however after this incident not anymore. Possibly a new manager or new tech. Either way, I'm out almost $300. Lesson learned.See pictures. 1st picture shows crack coming from bottom seal area. The second pic shows the crack extending down into the seal area, and the 3rd pic shows the red circled area, what they are calling the impact area where the chip supposedly starts.

awesome customer service from Ms. Emily at the front desk. She got our jeep in FIRST and it took them not quite an hour to take old front windshield and pop in the new one!! BIG SHOUT OUT TO MS. EMILY AND THEIR CREW FAST AND AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK. IF I COULD GIVE Y'ALL MORE THAN 5 STARS I WOULD HAVE DONE IT. GO SEE THEM FOR CHEAP AND LOW PRICES IN SOUTHEAST GEORGIA

Friendly, reasonably priced and amazing availability. I called at 10:30am windshield was delivered to store at 12pm and in my truck by 2pm. Much appreciated same day service. Highly recommended.

After setting up this repair through my car insurance, I was transferred directly to Auto Glass Now s telephone service where I made a 10am appointment. Called two days prior to ask about dropping it off before opening (key box) and to verify the appointment. Was told to leave the keys and all would be taken care of, appointment verified. I dropped my car at 7am the day of and called to check receipt of keys at 9am. I was at that time told that even though THEIR customer service set up an appointment, they do not take appointments. They had no idea what car the keys were left for. They then proceeded to tell me I was only scheduled for a wiper blade replacement. Got all that cleared up and they said they d start the repairs to the windshield and they would call me when the windshield replacement was done. 1pm goes by and I still have not heard a word. I call again. The repair hasn t been started and when I asked why, I was reminded AGAIN that I did not have an appointment even though one was made for me and there were multiple cars in front of me (there were no cars in the parking lot at 7am when I left my car). The woman working the desk was the least friendly person I have worked with in a while. The repair was finally completed at 2pm and the windshield looks great so far, but this experience was pretty bad. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere if you can.

While the paid for service was adequate and fair priced, it didn't compare to the inhumane treatment that not only was one of the most publicly humiliating incidents I've ever experienced, but it was paired with both mental and physical discomfort and eventually physical pain. Forcing a paying customer to walk a quarter mile in a thunderstorm to use a restroom because you are in possession of my vehicle and had been for 3 hours is not only inhumane but also the biggest display of unprofessionalism and complete disregard for your customers well being. Ironically I witnessed the same person who denied letting me use the facilities, make demands and threats to the new drink machine vendor about keeping it full during the summer because the shop gets to 110 degrees, leading me to conclude you know right from wrong but only care about your own. With all this being said the price of the windshield wasnt worth what I went through... Satelite would have been a better option, and at this point I might even seek legal council

Quick and Clean with Great customer service! Emily scheduled my appointment, she was friendly and patient! Jacob was my technician he was professional, experienced and cooler than the juice in your refrigerator! I have 2 more project vehicles than need new glass and will definitely be a going to Auto Glass Now on DeRenne and suggest you do too!

Their technician Brandon arrived on time and replaced my windshield quickly. It was obvious he was experienced and took pride in his work. Overall the experience was as good as possible when having to replace a broken windshield.

People were very friendly. Windshield was placed with no issues as far as I know. But afterwards was told I would not have a warranty because the windshield leaked before I brought it in. Have they told me that I would ve not have them done it. Wanted one installed with a warranty, that would be the information that I would like to know before the service was provided not afterwards

Let it be said, first off, I did phone this business for a quote to get my windshield replaced, that is what I believed was needed. I am an ignorant consumer, I did not know there were other options. I understand that the business was giving me the opportunity to save money, I appreciate that. I, being an ignorant consumer, did not think to provide more information, nor was it asked of me at check in. I did not appreciate the interaction that happened. I felt it was handled aggressively by the representative of the business and I was left feeling humiliated, all because they were not given all the info from me, I fully admit that, however, there should be some effort on their part, to make sure they have covered themselves by asking "what are we replacing this for, a chip, crack, leak........" I thought they were just a glass replacement place, I was ok with that. The attitude, on their part, was uncalled for. This is a totally subjective review.

They offered competitive pricing and installed my windshield while I waited. They dont take appointments and it is first-come, first-served, so if it is s busy day service might not be as fast but it worked out for me. Would recommend.

I was traveling and stopped for the night in Savannah Georgia and I had a chip in my windshield from driving I stopped and searched for the best place this one came highly recommended and they were able to fix it the very same day in less than an hour from driving there to leaving from my hotel they explained everything that they could do very clearly did a fantastic job very professional would not hesitate to go there again

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Pictures speak louder than words and as such I feel it is not necessary to write beyond the obvious VISIBLE DAMAGE to my Lexus RX350. First things first is that my vehicle was in pristine condition before it went inside the Auto Glass Shop garage bay for a windshield replacement. It is almost as if there was an additional layer of malicious intent to deliberately damage my SUV. That last statement has me as confused as anyone else who will read this because, I came to this shop in an effort to pay money and provide them business but was treated in a manner no business should ever treat any customer. Suppose making a list of the items and numbering them will help keep organization to absolute destruction Auto Glass Now sought towards my SUV.1) Brand new windshield has visible scratches on the interior side. How does a brand new windshield get scratched on the interior portion during the installation?2) The adhesive used to install the windshield was handled in a manner so sloppy that it got spilled onto my SUV's exterior paint job. This will require a light sand job, resurfacing and repainting in order to repair. Once cured, the adhesive can not be simply removed with something like "Goo-Gone" or "Isopropyl Alcohol,"3) Number 3 was not in the pictures because my husband cleaned as best possible the damage before I could see it and that is the driver and passenger side entry step wells. It literally looked like the shop tech went and jumped in mud puddles and then proceeded to clean the mud boots inside my SUV. This part really confuses me because it had not rained for days at this point and the shop and surrounding bay were all contained within a cemented driveway type of area. How does a tech produce the amount of mud that was left in my SUV and then return the SUV as though something like, "maybe they wont notice?"4) NUMBER 4 IS CERTAINLY THE WORST FOR LAST PART OF THIS ENTIRE NIGHTMARE!, BOTH THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE PILLAR TRIM PANELS (WHICH ALSO BOTH HOUSE SAFETY AIR BAGS) WERE SHREDDED, PITTED, AND MARKED WITH LIKE A COMBINATION OF GLUE AND TAR????The quote or pricing seen on the sticky note picture is how much both the driver and passenger side Pillar trim panels will cost. That total does not include the cost of labor to remove and install the both pillar trim panels. We received this quote from a local auto upholstery shop. This company has dodged and made every effort to not only deny they damaged my SUV but then proceed to lie about working with us to get it fixed.If you are in need of having your windshield replaced then it would be in your best interests to go ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!UNPROFESSIONAL WORK, SLOPPY, LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY, LIES, DECEIPT, GARBAGE. Each one of these words should have a picture of Auto Glass Now Savannah within each their own respective definitions.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Wind shield replacement done within time promised and at the price quoted - only problem was some liquid stains on the side posts that I was able to wipe down with soap and warm water. I went in to get a small chip in the middle of my truck repaired. I was recommended by a friend who recently went in to get their windshield replaced. I went in and the place was completely unsanitary and filthy. The staff at the front have a very bad tone & are completely unprofessional. Their parking spaces have zero lines to mark where to park, they have nearly every entry blocked off with traffic cones, & they have weeds growing on their cracked and dirty concrete. About 20 minutes go by and they tell me my truck is ready but they said that it doesn t look any different. I was very upset and felt like I paid money to sit down and wait. PLEASE GO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A GLASS COMPANY THAT DOESNT FOOL YOU.Service: Auto windshield repair

Had a 11 :00 appointment ,dropped my car off at 8 .Returned to pick my vehicle up at 5 and vehicle still had not been moved or touched .They didn't vacuum any of the glass and started my vehicle at 5:10 and finished by 5:30.I also still here glass when rolling my window up It was cheaper than others and I see why .I will not return!
