Michael and his team are top notch professional service providers and I would go nowhere else for assistance with my windshield replacement or repair.Their amenable nature and tremendous can-do attitudes are indeed refreshing in a near service-void environment in today's world.I can't say enough about how much they have helped me over the years!

Worst experience EVER with an automotive service company. Manager Mike is just terrible. Almost seems like he doesn't know what he's doing. Installer Mike was great, but their management is terrible. Going on 5 weeks now and still not fixed. Highly recommend not using them.

These guys were OUTSTANDING!!! I run a limo service and needed Glass installed next day because we had 3 weddings booked. They came through with a glass tech after hours and had the job done in 15 minutes. Y all stop going to Safelight and give your business to this local team. Cracked windshield on a 2019 Subaru. I discovered that this is a more complicated replacement than typical because of eyesight technology.I scheduled an appointment but unfortunately the details had not been finalized. So my wife drove over an hour and we were not able to get it fixed that day.VERY IMPORTANTLY the staff at auto glass were very apologetic and they sent a gentleman to our home. The concern was calibrating the technology.Cheryl said if it doesn t work they would send a driver to pick up the car take it to their shop and have it calibrated. Fortunately the guy they sent was meticulous an able to calibrate it properly in my driveway.In conclusion mistakes happen and my scheduling of this service was a bit convoluted due to my traveling schedule. Auto Glass Experience did a fantastic job and their customer service was amazing!Highly recommended.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Courteous and friendly people are all you will find there. Service tech was efficient, and delivered a newly installed front windshield on my vehicle without any problems. Waiting for my vehicle I was offered Kearig coffee, and muffins, as well as a variety of snacks. Wait time was exactly what I was told when I arrived.

I just want to say I don't think it was the local business but the 800 number u call I made a appt 2 weeks in advance for my 77 yr old dad and they call me the day of appt saying they had to order molding it would be the next day well it rained so he had to wait till mon ok put windshield in and for whatever reason the windshield miraculously crack and he had to wait another five days anyway I don't want to say it was the local business but the 800 number we called to scd appt so this for corporate not for local business

Sorely disappointing. I do NOT recommend this company at all. They installed a rear glass on my Toyota in July, 2019 and yesterday, (less than 6 months later) it shattered when we did nothing but close the driver's side door. My husband closed the door to get into our car, and heard a noise so he got out and found out the glass had shattered! It was a huge mess.When the worker came out, the first thing he said to me (before I even told him anything that had happened) was, "With tempered glass, it's so hard to know what *really* happened." I proceeded to tell him EXACTLY what happened, but didn't appreciate the fact that he'd basically accused me of lying before I even opened my mouth! I asked him if many clients actually lied to them, and he said "OH....YES! ALL the time!". I told him that I wasn't lying at all - and he sent some pictures to his district manager, who, after 20 minutes, told him that it wouldn't be covered because they'd never seen anything like this before, so they assumed we'd done something to the window to have it break.Also, we didn't notice this until this week (once it got cold), but the rear defrost never worked after their July install either.So disappointed in this company. Accusing a client of lying is just a terrible way to do business.

Highly qualified and efficient. Paul called and set up a schedule around my calendar. Paul showed up on time and replaced the windshield quickly and in a professional manner. I highly recommend Paul and Auto Glass Experience.

2018 Camry recalibration stopped my speakers from playing was playing just fine before they touched my vehicle. Now they do not play . Had to call someone on the phone to assist with recalibrating and another gentleman had to come out to finish the job..Was here over 2hrs.and speakers left not working DON'T RECOMMENDService: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement
