I brought my Mini Cooper to this place for an engine light. Something with a fuel valve. They quoted me $2k. I decided to pick my car up and take it to the dealership in Jacksonville. Their quote was $500. When I received my car back there was a dent in the front left corner. That was not there before I dropped it off. Of course I didn t notice the damage until the next day before I drove to Jacksonville. So now I have to deal with that as well.

I m a barber and first met Alex cutting his hair. I told him about how another mechanic had taken my money and didn t fix my car. Alex fixed my car out of the kindness of his heart not even knowing me. I had only cut his hair one time. I then continued to take my car to him for repairs. My car now runs and feels like a brand new car. He is truly the best all around. He knows what he s doing and he has a good heart.

Update Alex put in new looking headlights. My highbeams does not work when he change my oil. My scratch plate fell off on the highway. I think Alex does selective repairs to certain people some a good Think a lot are bad.He always want cash upfront for repairs. I do not support his business any longer.I once had a problem with ASMBMW about some headlight repairs but Lo and Behold Alex stepped right up to the plate and took ownership of the situation.I must say at this point and time ASM BMW/Alex Thanks for the Great Resolve.Ok folks I m back again to give ASM BMW 10 thumbs up Allex went above and beyond to resolve my issues so with my appreciation Alex thank you

Alex replaced the turbochargers on my 2007 335i over the Christmas holiday for substantially less than the price that I had been quoted elsewhere. He communicated well and the work was completed promptly. The car runs great now

Had an issue with AdBlue system on my Diesel Volkswagen Passat. Asm team suggested me to replace the system by EGR delete kit. The way wasnt smooth, I had to visit the garage several time for tuning adjustments and additions parts replacement, but Alex finished the work secsessfuly, was responsible and solve all the problems. Will keep visiting ASM

Took my 2018 340i in after having battery /voltage issues. They diagnosed that the alternator had went bad and I would need a new alternator and battery and positive battery cable . They quoted me 2600.00 for this service. I didn't have much choice and ended up having it fixed . So far no issues . My only problem is price Alex is extremely high I ended up paying 2413. Charging over 800 for labor also he gouges on parts . The alternator I was charged 1044.00 for when I have found many OEM alternators with the same part number for between 5 to 700. Overall Great but not perfect .

First off, I want to start by saying that this is not your regular mechanic. When my vehicle first had issues I went back and fourth from mechanics to dealerships, spending money on diagnostics with no clear answer on what was wrong with my car .I took it to Alex and the man fixed the issue in 2 days.I had another issue months later, car went in limp mode. Took it to Alex, he fixed it in two daysKeep in mind this is a one person shop and every time I got my car back it was flawless. It drove better every time I picked it up.So after my good experiences I decided to hit Alex up for a turbo upgrade along with some other modifications. This time my car took a lot longer, significantly I started getting skeptical.When I got my car back there was still some minor stuff to get worked on and Alex told me to drive the car and get back in touch to finish the simple stuff up.I took the car to Florida (BMW x1 35i)The car has been Completely TRANSFORMED with the new tune Alex put in along with the turbo and other mods I got back a faster car and a even better MPG ! An extra 30ish miles on a full tank to be exact.The summary of this review is to say that Alex is a great mechanic, probably the best BMW mechanic in Georgia. but if your in a rush or want things done quick for a BIG JOB then you ll have to wait in line and plan accordingly. ASM makes you feel like family. Alex and his crew goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly, and perfectly. The communication was great, easy to work with, and was descriptive when I asked for it. The job took some times because my car had more problems then I thought ( it s new to me ) and Alex made sure my car was perfect when I drove it off the lot.I will definitely be bringing my BMW 335d to ASM again, because the people who work there are the only other people in Savannah who have a 335d that I know of. I am very grateful for them taking care of me, and I can t recommend them enough! Take any BMW to them and they will take care of you!

ASM stands behind their work and took care of my E36. Alex is definitely a stand up guy and obviously takes pride in his work and his business. I appreciate everything they did to correct a failed thermostat housing and I would highly recommend them.

Go elsewhere. Owner sells customers junkyard parts as new. Sold work that wasn't done. Has left oil out of customers vehicles and then refused to make it right. Alex is a scam artist and a liar. Stay away at all cost! You have been warned. I would give zero stars if possible. He also claims dealerships send him cars that they can't fix. LOL yeah right. I wouldn't let him work on my lawnmower.By the way the majority of the 5 star reviews on here are fake.

Alex and his team at asm are definitely the top tier of bmw tuning and repair brought my 2019 m2c into them with a code and not a good one alex assured me everything was going to be fine and it was. Had a blow out, cracked my rim, spent the whole weekend looking for a rim and called theses guys, they were very polite, and knew exactly what I needed, fast and friendly, very professional and real bmw enthusiast! Highly recommended!Thank you guys for getting me back on the road!

I heard from a friend of mine to check this shop out in helping me get my beloved 3 series back up and running after the Critz dealership botched my first repair. These guys were incredible as I never had a single issue with the work and honesty these guys put into making sure I was satisfied and updated frequently with my repair process. Alex and team is very knowledgeable and in fact was the only BMW repair shop around that was willing to take on my stage 3 Cobb tuned 335i. They did a wonderful job and saved me time and money while doing it! Alex and the ASM BMW Team have treated me well ever since I began coming to them for service three years ago. My latest work involved changing out my oil pan and the oil pump. Alex does fine work and has kept me on the road for all of the three years that I have accessed his services. This includes servicing my turbo, replacing the timing belt, replacing the water pump, replacing the clutch, replacing tires, and numerous oil changes. I am very happy with the work Alex does, and I think you will be too. I also want to add that his prices are the best in town!Service: Oil change

ASM is the only place I will take my BMW for servicing. They are very timely on their repairs, the workers are very sweet, and they don't up-charge customers for parts and service. To all who may read this,For the past three years, ASM have been the go to guys for all of my automotive needs. I have a 06' 325i, and for a while I would go to the local BMW dealership. Not only did I have unimaginable wait times, the price was through the roof. Even for minor work! (yes, I know maintaining a BMW is expensive but there is a line to everything.) ASM came highly recommended by a close friend, and they did not disappoint. I needed a battery and oil change and the folks got me in and out of the shop the same day (on a Saturday no less).The service was great, timely repairs, and good prices at ASM. The team at ASM did a great job repairing my car. I took my car to some of the top BMW repair shops in charlotte. Nobody could fix my problem. I sent my car to ASM and Alex was able to repair it. His knowledge of BMWs is 10/10. Alex at ASM BMW has taken great care of both my car and my friends. Each a 135i N55 and N54 model. When it comes to maintenance, body repair, modification, and tuning.ASM is fantastic with the best prices. The work is completed in a timely manner and some times even sooner than expected. My car is running better than it ever has before. Alex and his team have been a great help in getting my used 2012 Mini Cooper back on track, from oil changes and brakes, to high pressure fuel pumps and wheel bearing replacement, he s gone above and beyond every time. Brought in my 2007 Audi S4 for a starter replacement. For a garage that primarily caters to the BMW community, Alex did a phenomenal job diagnosing and squaring away my ignition issues. Absolutely top notch. After blowing my m3's motor I had a very hard time finding the right shop to source and swap a new motor. Alex went above and beyond sourcing a new s65 m3 motor at a reasonable price while performing bottom and top end engine upgrades before installing. He made sure the entire car was properly sorted to support my supercharger kit. Alex is a top notch professional, very thorough and is passionate about what he does. Couldn't be more happy..Alex is a master BMW technician. I had my engine seize up in my 06 325i. Previous owners had neglected it and I got the car for a low price. I knew it needed a new cooling system. Radiator, hoses, and expansion tank. I had planned to put all of that on myself but it was too late. My oil filter housing was letting coolant leak in to the engine block, this caused it to lose oil pressure and overheat very fast.I took it to ASM after reading, many good reviews. Alex really sorted me out The car was ready in the amount of time he said it would take and the price was exactly what he quoted me in the beginning, you can't really expect that kind of consistency with mechanics anymore. Unless you take your BMW to ASM.One of the reasons that I am so very pleased that is important to note is that the engine Alex rebuilt for my car was actually from a model year newer. The 07 328i, essentially the exact same car as my 06 325i has a more refined, efficient, and more powerful engine. So I didn't just get a new engine, I got an even better one. This is what I feel defines and seperates ASM BMW from any other shop. If they can do something a little bit extra for you, something they know you'd be very pleased with, they'll do it I'm not telling you to expect free upgrades, but i am saying that when they're done with your car, you'll be more happy with it than ever.
