Despite being considerably busy, both Angel & Ben were able to held about a dozen people with no considerable wait. Angel was a GOAT in helping select the proper grommets for a failing trim I had, and gave a hand in fixing it up. Will 100% be returning for any regular maintenance needs, a very knowledgeable and helpful staff

Can be slow obtaining assistance, but they frequently have materials/parts I need, but do not have time to wait on shipping from my usual sources.

My battery was acting up. My husband came to where I was, and gave me a jump, but the battery light still was on. He said to go ahead to the auto place on skidaway. By the time I got there and turned the engine off, when I tried to crank back up it wouldn't.I went inside to let them know I needed my battery checked. A young man named Devan/Devon followed me outside and he was checking it when my husband drove up. He worked very fast on diagnosing that I did need a battery and worked efficiently getting it installed and got us on our way.

Angel was our savior sent from above. He went out of his way off the clock and helped immensely. What a guy. He should be running the place. For every setback he had a solution. If it were not for him we would still be sitting there scratching our heads. Thanks so much Angel for helping us out of this situation on a holiday weekend. Muchas gracias Angel!

We were visiting Savannah from ATL when my boyfriend's car died. We stopped at Advanced Auto Parts where Ebenezer provided excellent customer service and expert knowledge of which battery would be best fit for the 1999 4Runner. He quickly replaced/installed the new battery, and even cleaned the battery terminals. I don't write very many reviews, but Ebenezer really made our day - He deserves a raise!

Just came there to get my battery tested. I Waited in line until I was next. I told the employee I needed to get my battery tested. He told me to wait until he finishes with the customers in line. I replied ok no problem and proceeded to go wait in my car (which was parked up front by the door). I waited for 10 mins and the the same employee I asked for help came outside to stand in the doorway just to smoke his cigarette and use his phone instead of helping me. I was never helped.I then went to AutoZone and was helped in mins .

Unexpected service. I will always go back to the store. I needed a brake light bulb, but had absolutely no idea how to get it in there thankfully Jessie who is so helpful showed me how. Thank you so much Jessie.

Everytime I come here I get A+ service...today Jack helped me...After being helped by roadside service I went straight to Advance Auto...Jack eagerly assisted me with testing my battery...replacing my battery...he went the extra mile by fixing an issue with my windshield wiper jets...easy fix! Quick & Efficient! I will always use Advance Auto for maintenance needs! THANKS JACK!

Jack is Awesome!! Fast, friendly, affordable and accurate. Wow fact: watched a guy try to steal a bag of stuff by the counter next to another customer while in line during a busy time and the manager called him out immediately. Right before our eyes!!! The thief quickly took the things out of the bag returned them and left fast!! Hard times but dang, seriously man..... Highly recommend Advance Auto on Skidaway

Me and my girlfriend where here and she purchased a ash tray and then put it in her purse and we kept shopping when we went to walk out another worker saw the ashtray in her purse and screamed and completely embarrassed us infront if everybody just to pull us back inside and pull up the receipt didn t even apologize was just like ok I see where you purchased it. SMH

The guys know their stuff. Gotta work on outside cleanliness. Store has maintenance issues everywhere. Parking lot potholes not cool. You're on a very busy street. Need to do better.

Call the place with a specific part and part number asking if they have it. Was then asked for year make and model of my car...you don't need that information I just gave you the exact specific part and part number asking if you have it. Then proceeded to tell me the part I'm looking for wasn't a good enough part for my car, I have worked on and built this car and used these parts for the last 10 years I didn't call and ask for your opinion I asked for a part, either you have it or you don't. Terrible Customer service. Pure ignorance.

Ups delivered my medicine to them and the guy I spoke with first wasn't interested in what I said and handed me their package! I finally spoke with the manager after he got out of the restroom (10 minutes later) and he gave me my box of medicine. I was furious with them! They had my medicine for almost a week and wasn't interested in going the extra mile to try and contact me! Unacceptable!!!

Came in with an issue with a starter that I had purchased from advanced auto about 4 months ago. I was told by a mechanic that it was faulty. Ebenezer was very helpful by testing the starter and explaining to me what should happen with it. And even when the starter proved to be working fine, he still gave me a new one so that when I went back to the mechanic I had a fresh one with a receipt to show that it is new. I will from now on buy anything I need from this location because of his help.

Very knowledgeable staff. They were able to find the exact part I needed based on only my description of the noise my car engine was making. Great work! Saved me a lot of money if I had taken it to a shop!

My 14 yr old grandson told me that my tires were missing the screw on caps, so he went in to purchase a pack. He asked the serviceman where would he find them? With no hesitation he was assisted and I now ride with all of my tire caps.

Quick in and out, a guy slammed into the big sign with his van, rolled back and parked like nothing happened. My girlfriend got mistaken by an older guy for a cutout advertisement. Great selection of automotive care supplies as well. Got a few more things than I went in for, overall 10/10

Went here to get a new door handle for my car. It showed they had the item in stock online. The store associate looked it up in the computer and said they didn't have it. After asking what it showed o line was in stock, he explained I looked up the wrong part. I asked to see it anyway and he argued that it wouldn't work, that it was the wrong size. After I finally got him to get the part and show it to me, it was exactly what I needed. He told me good luck, that it wasn't going to work and to make sure I keep my receipt so I can return it. Turns out, it was the right part. Put it in no problem in just a few short minutes.
