I have lots and lots of appreciation for Allison here at advanced! I came in on a super rainy day after being stranded with a dead battery. She was so extremely sweet and helped me find the right battery. She even helped me install my new battery into my car in the pouring rain, 1000/10 stars as I will come back for every future need and I m very thankful to have had this help from Allison.

Sold me the wrong part then wouldn't let me return it... Part was new and I had the receipt of it being purchased 3 days prior... What???Counter rep said they aren't doing returns today. I was shocked So if you buy here and it's wrong ... they may not let you return it... even if part is new and you have receiptI will stick to Amazon!!!

I speed my way to get the starter and their store at ADVANCE AUTO PARTS #8193 SAVANNAH closing early by locking the door around 7:47 pm when it is not 8:00 pm. The employee told me it is closed, and I showed him the time and he still refused to open it. I need the starter because my truck is having a starter problem and I am from Warner Robins. So they need to be disciplinary for an early departure by locking the store when it is not 8:00 pm, check the camera for action at around 7:47 pm today 6/26/2022, and you'll see my white work truck. They are not helping the company make money, they are helping the company to lose valuable customers. I'm going to oreillys or auto zone from now on because I can't trust advanced auto parts for my emergency needs during business hours. After all, they closed early.

I called ahead to ask if they had a part I needed and was told yes. I drove down there only to be told they didn't have it. Called every auto store in Savannah and no one seemed to have what I needed. The next day I googled it and it said they did have it. I then drove all the way again and it was in fact there the whole time!!

I drove to this store to get my battery tested. I didn't realized a battery terminal was loose. The balded headed guy made a smart remark "why didn't you just tighten it up yourself?" Well if I knew it was loose I would have tighten it up so I wouldn't have to put up with attitudes from people that don't want to do their jobs. I called today to see if they had a product in stock. One of the employees picked up the phone and hung it back up. I called again. The guy that answered the phone had such a nasty attitude and poor customer service. I will never ever go to this location again. Everyone has bad days but don't take it out on the customers. The corporate office should hire new staff because the employees at this location has bad attitudes.

Ms. Chrissie is a rare gem! She was most helpful and offered kindness not seen much these days. Kindness doesn't cost anything and it was worth the drive to Advance Auto.

Wonderful customer service!! Christine was right at it, putting my car on diagnostic and showing me exactly what I needed to fix my car. The store was clean and well stocked, even with them being short staffed. I definitely recommend this location.

Had a amazing experience at advance auto the Employee name was Danielle.I usually go to Oreillys auto but I decided to give adv auto a try i went to the one on Ogeechee road and had a excellent experience with her she was very helpful and made sure I left with the right rotors for my Dodge Charger I definitely will be coming back to that store to deal with her or the other employees all them ways very nice and welcoming good staff

Great Customer Service! Thank You for helping a damsel in distress! Batteries sure are more expensive than they use to be. But worth every penny from Advanced Auto, diagnostics ,installation, Great customer service ! Even thou he stepped in someones blue bubble gum in parking lot.Keep up the good work!

Excellent customer service from the cashier, waited a couple minutes since I called ahead , even though it was 5 or so employees on duty only the cashier from the moment I came in spoke and was courteous, very helpful worker, even as others entered he acknowledged them. Mr. FRANCISCO OF store 08193 he ROCKS.

They didn't have the parts I was looking for. Then they sold me parts that didn't fit my vehicle.After reading the response I received from the owner I contacted the store to get some level of compensation for my trouble. They were not helping me out at all. They actually insinuated I was lying . I guess I will have to go to O'Reilly's next time.

The staff at this advance Auto Parts park their service cars in the handicap parking spaces. I had to explain to them that the stripped line so no one parks there so that a person with a special need can open their door and be able to get out of their car. It didn't seem to help because when I came back to this same store 1 hour later they parked in the same spot and this man could not get out of his car.

Stop in on today for a replacement battery for my car key. Waited patiently for the cashier to finish up with the customer, explained to her what I needed and asked if she could assist me with the install. She said she was new and didn t know I said I could go to Auto Zone where I knew they would she said ok so I went to Auto Zone!

Went to pick up a drill. And none of the workers knew where anything was at in the store. So I myself had to find it but the drills not in the box and the workers again couldn t find the drill in there inventory to sell me. A lot of unexperienced workers.

Came into store looking for a single pair of pliers. I stood in line for about 10mins until I asked the sales associate who was attending to someone else while two others was standing off by installation area. I located the part and the same associate was still attending to the one and now I'm waiting to pay. One of the three ladies had finish her conversation on the phone, smiled at me and picked up on another line. So finally someone else was being attended to and I'm told now that I'm in the wrong line that I must be use to going to AutoZone. Greatfully I decline the customer offer to go ahead of him. Sandy the sales associate was great. She took care of her customer as well as everyone that was there but the other two could have done better. You can't please everyone but if you can assist in your store then do so. Advance auto has great pricing but can improve in quality service... 5 stars Sandy but not too the store...

Their staff knows nothing machine apparently was malfunctioning and couldn t read my battery. They said it was dead I was hesitant to buy a battery from them because of this. I bought the battery and immediately took it to another shop where they said that Advanced Auto Parts should have checked the alternator and would have told me that the battery was not the issue. I call them and tell them this and they simple say I m outta luck and not their problem. I will never shop with Advanced Auto Parts ever again in my lifetime the 160 they got out of me will be the only money I ever spend there

The manager refused to help customers one hour and fifteen minutes before closing. Said she had things to do to prepare for closing. She man's one guy serve all the customer's.

What amazing people working there!! I think Ray was her name she replaced my wiper blades and was extremely helpful
