Came here today to run a diagnostic on my and the guy at the desk told me he can t go outside and help me because there s only two people working mind you it s not busy there s only one other customer in there. If you can t provide the service then hire more people so you can help out the customers that do come in

You will not be greeted when walking in and staff will not check on you when there is a long wait. When I mentioned that speaking to me would have saved me from standing in line holding a heavy box, the associate named Mike simply dismissed me. I would give zero star rating if it was possible.

The associate working here on Sun morning was very kind. I had to get my car checked and he instantly checked and determined I needed a new battery. I will return and hope this same gentleman is working.

I haven t had car trouble in over 2 years. I stopped by Advance, much to my surprise the young man Brandon who helped me back then still works there. He was eager to help me once again. No matter how long it took he was very patient with me. He has the best customer service and for that reason I believe he deserves a raise.

I showed up at the last minute before closing because I needed a new LED headlight. The staff person help me pick out the right light and then she proceeded to help me install it since I didn't know what I was doing. They were very helpful.

I know the staff and they know there customer. All of the staff are polite they know their job they're so efficient in There Craft. I've never encountered a bad moment in this establishment. Keep up the great work your customers do appreciate you all.

Too slow, and don't even acknowledge their customers until they've stood in line for quite some time while they stare at the computer. It's a good thing I went for my husband

We were at Forsythe Park and when we left our car wouldn't start . Luckily our son and family were with us, he Googled the location of an auto parts store. This Advanced Auto popped up. They drove to it, picked up jumper cables, jumped the battery, CAR STARTED. We then all drove back to the Advanced Auto and the gentleman there could not have been more helpful. GREAT JOB!!!!

A friendly Advance, ..every employee took a second to stop, look up & welcome me & my friend.. as we walked in.. was offered help when needed and wasnt hounded to buy or upgrade.. very easy going store.. no pushy salesmen.. helpful guys.. will be back ***Special shout-out to the fellow who took time to come & unlocked for me.. ***

This Advance Auto Parts location is outstanding! I was out of town visiting Savannah for a couple of days and happen to run into having a dead battery out in the cold weather. We were able to get a jump and come into the store thirty minutes before close (they close around 8 PM). The staff was warm, friendly, and quick to help us out on fixing and replacing our battery. Thank you Advance Auto Parts!

it was almost 7:30 by the time I got there it was supposed to open up at 7 there was a lady outside clean Park lot so asked her when they going to open. She got mad instead helping me, she got an attitude with me said that she was open when she get done with what she was doing. As a result, I had to sit down and wait on her to finish cleaning the parking lot.

I went to get my car battery checked. The result was the battery was good . It did in fact needed to be charged. The young lady who assisted us was very informative. She helped us out greatly.

I try to work with them but they don't get it sometimes you can't get paid if nobody spending money respect customers everytime they come in

Closed early . If you close at 8:45 adjust your hours! I only needed one item and door was locked.
