The guy I dealt with tonight was speaking very quietly (I couldn't hear him), which made communication a lot more strenuous. I had to show him my husband's vehicle info, despite I thought I already told him what I needed, cause I couldn't tell what he was saying (there again cause he was speaking very low). It was my first time having to ask for some oil and oil filter behind the counter and based on my experience today, it was the worst I've ever had! Honestly, as a woman trying to handle business, I should've just got curbside pickup for my items so that way I wouldn't have had to experience what I did tonight, which is what I'll do next time.

While I usually find what I need when I'm in this area. The staff is inattentive and slow. Minus 1 front end lady that is always sweet. The rest of the time I'm left waiting at the counter. Even with no one in the store.

Went in to get wiper blades for my car. Kweli (hope I m spelling this young man s name correctly) was super helpful! Had to return because the car I have is overly complex and beyond my skill set. The guys helped get the blades on! Thanks y all! Shout out Kweli!

Super friendly staff, had my order ready so quickly. Had to actually take a bus to pick up parts and the young lady was very accommodating

I've been pulling up to this place for years ever since I bought my car and never have a met an employee who was less than kind and knowledgeable. I have hundreds of questions about car maintenance and no one ever makes me feel like it's too much. Today, my engine light came on for the first time on my (old) vehicle and RICHARD was extremely patient in helping me diagnose and research the part and service for my vehicle. He even followed up afterwards with new and helpful information, beyond what I even expected. He treated me and my car with better care and empathy than the actual dealership. I'm very happy with this place and you will always have my business!

If I could give you any advice it would be to NEVER buy anything from Advance Auto Parts!!!!! They have horrible customer service and do not honor their warranty!!! Christina is a horrible manager and if she is who represents Advance Auto I can understand their poor customer service. She looks like just rolled out of bed and came to work. Advance Auto has lost me and whoever I can tell to never shop there again. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!!

Came in to get help diagnosing battery/starter and got amazing customer service, by not 1 but 3 employees. Didn t catch their names but they were working 9/18 at 5pm. Give them a bonus

Is a paying...or in my case a paid customer always right? Not a this store especially if Dario and his mgr are on duty!! I was a die hard customer for over 10 years. All East coast stores prior to todays embarrassing & demeaning purchasing experience. After a $36.88 Oil, filter, & steering fluid transaction. I asked If I had received credit via my account? Keep in mind you get savings via email discounts on cumulative purchases. However, Mr. Dario decided he was done with me & asked me to wait additional time at his leisure/convenience because there were other customers on line! When asked why wouldn t he honor my request since I was still in his omnipotence presence, I was referred to his Mgr. by the sole name E. Let s see how far this goes through corporate, because she acted like this was business as usual. Almost seemed disoriented. Definitely had previous customer friendly staff when I wrote my 1st review on them...5 rating!!! No more Guess I have to go back to AutoZone...that s what s so good about competition, capitalism, & freedom of choice! P.S. Not the 1st x Dario pulled the same thing, just thought I d give them another shot & my $! E & I agreed on a follow up...this is a formal complaint! Will let all of you know what happens next

Just throwing out a general FYI to delivery drivers that the employee(s) here like to pull the "order never arrived" scam. Make sure you document your arrival on GPS as well as the handoff. I work hard and do take being treated this way personally. Will definitely never be back as a customer.

Worst service ever. I went in to get a battery for my vehicle and the sales clerk name Reginald said no to helping put my battery in. He said he didn't have no one to do it. I know for a fact that he suppose to offer. He claimed it was too close to closing. At this time it was 8:25 pm, they close at 9pm. Another customer was nice enough to help me and then the new female employee also helped. But when we were done (which was before 9pm) he locked the door and locked the other employee out of the store, also at this time it was 8:55 pm.

The ladies at this Advance Auto were better informed and helpful than some male clerks at other shops. They found my wiper blades and headlight bulb, offering install. When I said I would do it myself, they gave me helpful tips. Well done!

My oil cap was stuck and I needed oil. Pulled in and asked for a hand. Was told they couldn't help because it's a federal offense??? Then I had to explain how oil is checked!!! Who the hell are they hiring that I had to explain you have to clean the dipstick for an accurate reading??? Worst service ever, will never stop at another advance auto!!!

Normally have a decent experience when i shop in this store, but lately I have been in contact with Lisa and she is extremely rude, nasty and unprofessional. Eating her lunch while talking to customers, talking to her colleagues while we had to wait (and there was a line). This last visit, she gave the name of a good mechanic and that was about it as far as her being helpful. I called later on that day to ask about a door bezel and she was obnoxious, snippy and did not allow me to finish my sentence/inquiry. Customer service is certainly not her strong suit. Needs to work where she has no interaction with the public.

Started my day with a dead battery. Silvia, Patricia and Tommy came to the rescue! They had the battery I needed in stock and installed it in about 20 minutes. Super friendly. Super helpful. It's great to have people you can count on in this town.

Stopped by on Friday and the guy behind the counter thought it was more important to have a personal conversation with someone who had already made his purchase.....for 10 minutes well aware that i was waiting the whole time. Another guy stocking...didnt care about assisting to help. Walked out. Won't be back.

I have to say that today (Monday) started out horribly. Go to my car and a dead battery. Tried jumping it nothing. Well here's come Ashley who is employed here at Advance Auto as well as another business I use and she as always steps up and goes WAY ABOVE AND BEYOUND not only does her do all the leg work on helping me locate a battery through Advance she takes me to my car and installs for me with a smile and makes sure that I am all set! I don't think I have ever seen anyone enjoy their job and go so far out of her way to help someone. And a big shoot out to her manager Tom (I hope I have his name right) for allowing her to do all she did for me!! As a manager in customer service and hospitality I would be so grateful to have an employee like Ashley!!! Thanks you rock!!!

I have a newer car and needed a battery test. Guy was eager to help until he realized he needed tools to take off battery case. Luckily I had a friend with me with tools who took it off. After all that, he told me to drive it around for 30 minutes and come back. I just gave up on them. Fortunately, I must have left a light on or something because once I drove around a while, it's been fine since.

Stopped here at advanced auto last week for a check engine light on my van. Hershel read the codes . I had to buy a part there. Problem solved. Good job Hershel .Stopped there again today with a check engine light on my silverado truck. Calhoun read the codes. The codes suggested a number of possibilities. I'll have to take it to a mechanic for a more indepth review. Great job Calhoun. These two individuals are very professional and knolegeable. Busy, but helpful. Replaced a bad battery and a tail light bulb. Completed research online before going and had a coupon for 20% off. What was online was exactly at the store. Although the associate could not remove the battery, he provided a ratchet set. Was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Customer service is awful. I had them test my battery today and I simply asked if I needed to buy a new battery. The response from the associate, "well its not going to charge itself"

Always excellent service. About 3 months ago, Mr. Smiley replaced the taillight bulbs in my Buick Park Avenue. About 3-4 weeks ago, another young man replaced my headlight bulbs which required special tools. Yesterday, the same young man who replaced the headlight bulbs checked my alternator for me. These guys ROCK!!

found out today how underhanded and unethical their warranty policies are on their batteries. the first battery I took back had a bad cell which they warrantied but come to find out the new battery only gets the remainder of the first batteries warranty. so my new two-year battery that only lasted 6 months was a lemon and I don't doubt that they knew they were selling garbage but will do whatever they can to turn a profit and leave the consumer holding the bag. none of my family nor anyone I know will be doing any business with advance Auto parts ever again.

Right on the road for good access..with a Big Sign. .handicap parking. .commercial sales around back...all parking is good ... staff is friendly and knowledgeable. .prices are competitive with all parts stores ... carry a good line of almost everything a mechanic will need ... loan tools ..check and install batteries free...install light bulbs ...checks warning light codes free .. senior and military discounts..

Had what I needed at a good price. Friendly service. Would have been 5 stars but the computer book that tells you which part you need was broken.
