Went there today looking for a mirror. They don't sell parts anymore. That's what I was told by the front counter.

If I was able to give a half a star I would their service is absolute garbage. They are now closed on Saturdays till further notice but does it have an a density to call google and let them know. Or even smart enough to upgrade their voicemail to where it says closed on Saturday! I found this out after walking 1.2 miles to the front door to where it was closed with a note that says closed on Saturday till further notice. Information given I give you 0.1 Service I give you a zero0.0 nonexistent.

Horrible experience. From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated as if our business was not of value. We have been trying to buy a part, which is on the lot, for three days. Each time we call they take our number and same information and promise a return call, which never happens. Your money is better spent elsewhere. This was our first experience, and our last.

First time going to this place and will never ever go back, would never recommend. How do you tell someone they have to pay twice because your employee didn t complete her job. Then instead of calling her due to her mix up you say you can t do that. Everyone know you have to pay for the part before you order it so please inform me on how the part was ordered without first paying? Oh yea that s right because it was paid for!!

I purchased a AC compressor for my 2009 Nissan cube the AC compressor was defective so I returned it yes it was 90 days to the return but the policy says within 90 days if the part is defective I can return it are there it s discretion I should have gotten a replacement or a refund. They were rude they told me go to the store no refunds. And I m looking at the policy and it says that I can t I m entitled to a refund or replacement they don t even want to replace the item

Good folks at the counter and a good selection of parts. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for them to get the parts pulled that are not already on the shelf. I have bought a few large items, like transmission from them and so far so good.

WELL WITH ALL DUE RESPECT SO FAR JUST NOT GETTING PAST THE LADY ON THE PHONE WHO REFUSED TO HELP ME ON FINDING A COUPLE PARTS AND PRICES THAT THEY HAVE SO I DON'T HAVE TO WASTE A TRIP THERE but the lady refused to help me and was very rude and I just don't think that deserves a good rating so I might have to give no stars on this because the lady answering the phone right now at 1:53 p.m. on the 4th day of May has no respect for others I felt sorry

Absolutely worst establishment. No service provided despite having called for 2 hours, leaving multiple voicemails and emailing. Walked a mile just for them to be closed.

I tried to find my wheel rim at a couple other places with no success. Action Auto had what I needed and brought it to me at a very reasonable price. Good and polite service.

They have decent customer service, but there's door isn't horrible condition and the chairs are all broken up and dirty. I guess I would recommend this place for getting your parts but don't expect it to be a pleasant environment.

Was looking for a jack kit for my 2011 F150. Was told they had it. Waited around 30 minutes and found out they didn't. Nice enough folks but not a good first impression.

They gave me a compressor with a bolt broken off in it which made it unable to be installed. So I had to pay for an extra hour of labor, drive 30 minutes there and back twice, and go the whole weekend without air conditioning because they didn t have another compressor.

Wait time was terrible.Never got what I neededAfter 40 minutes of waiting, I asked the counter person how long will it be for the part to get brought up to the service desk and he said,, I Don't Know...That's not good costumer service..

The employees and staff there were very professional very courteous and very knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and in a timely manner. I was very pleased.

I paid $300 for wrong engine, had to wait 2 weeks for another. Other engine completely filled with water ( in crankcase) all the way up to valve cover wth!

Will never do business here again. They said we would have the part same day, then at the end of the day it was changed to next day. The next day still have not received the product! Terrible customer service. The ladies that answer the phone are as clueless as can be.

Dont buy engines from this place, bought multiple engines from them multiple times and I have yet to buy one that works. Then they will make you jump through hoops to correct. Not worth it.

Excellent,they had the rim I needed to matchThe other ones on my truck that nobody elseHad .it was in great shape .the lady was friendly and very knowledgeable I will be there again

Amazing customer service. It looks like they wash the parts before they give it to you so it looks new and you don't have to worry about dirty hands they pull the parts for you.
