As a woman, I'm always a little leery about my first visit to a repair shop. Plus, I'm careful about who works on Delphine, my Mini. Those worries had no weight when I arrived at A & L Auto Body. When I needed a couple of exterior lights, I was blown away with the outstanding customer service and care shown towards me and my car. From the courtesy and efficiency of Leesa in the office to the expertise and professionalism of the owner, I was thrilled with my treatment even though my repair job wasn't a big one. Most importantly, I got a more-than-fair price on the work and I felt happy handing over my credit card at the end of the job. (How often does THAT happen?) Anybody who needs quality work at a great price, don't hesitate to go to A&L. I'll be a customer for life!

This is a great body shop. Ms. Dawn made me feel like I was family. She is polite and very helpful. She promised me that she would make sure my 2012 Ram 1500 was gonna be pretty when the work was done. The owner name is Ed. He fought USAA to get me a brand new bumper and he even gave me a great price on a brand new headlight assembly. I highly recommend this body shop if you're looking for someone to take good care of your vehicle!

They did a amazing job fixing my car. Fast & friendly. They even removed sap off my car that was not part of the original work . I also took my daughters car to them for more extensive repairs than mine . Not only did they do a great job . They did it at a fair price. Will definitely use them again if the need arises. A&l did a fantastic job on my classic. Ed and Leesa and the whole shop where great the color of my car was a UK color and they matched it perfectly. I'll just throw another FIVE star rating in with all the others. This place was just amazing! Ed and Leesa are great! Dropped my truck off on the scheduled date and got a call that it was ready when promised. Great job too! Thank you A&L !!!!

I brought my truck in because the driver door suddenly wouldn t shut. The front desk worker was very courteous and told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it, even though they were booked up. When I arrived, the technician stopped what he was doing, and fixed my door in just a few minutes. Overall, very nice people, and would definitely recommend A&L Body Shop to anyone that needs work done.Service: Body & Trim

EXCELLENT SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My 2018 BMW 320i was totally wrecked and damaged in the trunk but thanks to A & L my car looks completely new in the back! The job was done so perfectly and I couldn't have asked for it to be more perfect and the wait time was not that long! The work was impeccable! Also, the customer service from everyone there is outstanding! They truly make you feel at home and they sincerely go above and beyond to make you happy!Service: Body & Trim

Ed and his team were so nice to me and helped me through the process of totaling my car. I hit a deer and A & L was so helpful through the entire process. I'm so happy I chose to use this body shop! Five stars for customer service and and all around psotive experience.

I have never went to a body shop and felt as welcomed, and at peace the way A and L made me feel, but more than anything they treated me like family. Mr. ED is very trust worthy and he will go above and beyond for his customers, my insurance company was horrible at communicating and keeping me updated, Mr. Ed and Mrs. Ann at the front desk made me feel at peace and stayed in contact with me at all times, informing me every time that something went on or when my insurance company came by or called.Ann at the front desk was incredibly helpful in assessing any needs or concerns I love Mrs. Ann and Mr. Ed they are just good people.Such wonderful, nice staff with great customer service! So happy I found a reliable, trustworthy place that care. My car was totaled but it was better being totaled than having problems down the line. I can t thank your team enough.

weeks a tree fell on my car and crushed my windshield. Safelite said they couldn't fix it. After looking on line at body shops and seeing the amazing reviews A & L had, I gave them a call. Dawn was extremely professional and set up an appointment for me so Ed could take a look at it. He instantly reassured me that it could be fixed within one day and it was! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this Company. Ed is kind and extremely honest, Dawn is darling and they treat you like you are already a friend. I would NEVER hesitate to take a vehicle to them or to recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much Dawn and Ed for taking such great care of me!!! You guy's are the BEST!!!!

We used this shop after my Prius was wrecked badly. They were exceptional. After weeks arguing with the insurance they had our work done in less than a week. The car actually rides better than it did before the accident. I highly recommend them! The work they did on my front bumper was fantastic! Someone hit my driver's side bumper, and they made my 2014 VW Passat look new. Outside of my deductible, the cost to repair was very reasonable. Very impressed and happy with the results. This is the place to go for auto body work. Thanks again!

Brought my old 2004 silverado in for some body/paint work. Body work was impeccable and I couldn t be happier, however the paint work was less than impressive. When I pulled in to pick it up it was tucked away so I couldn t see the work, I was immediately alarmed. It was explained to me by Ed that it s an 18 year old truck, it s not gonna be perfect. I m pretty disappointed in the finish quality. Great staff and very friendly people but I wouldn t recommend after my experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A & L worked a miracle on my Toyota Corolla my beauty red looks amazing! Definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing body work done to their car. (NEVER GO TO MAACO!) Ms. Danielle is a sweetheart. Great customer service. Just to make the customer extra special they even washed my car and cleaned the inside! My car looks brand new like I never crashed the front of the car. If you didn't know they make their own paint and they did a wonderful job on making a formula for my car. Very pleased with A& L service.

Outstanding service. My mirror was replaced quickly and efficiently. Friendly staff. I highly recommend A&L Body shop. The owner takes pride in his work, will go above and beyond to ensure great service done right and priced fairly. I spent $300 less than I've spent before having the same work done.

This is a company that will fight for you to get the right parts for your vehicle. My insurance company tried to pay for the cheap parts. Ed went above and beyond to make sure I had the OME parts for my car. I ll take all my vehicles to him for now on. A & L Auto Body was extremely helpful after one of our company vehicles was involved in an accident. They helped us work with the insurance company of the at-fault driver to ensure all of the necessary repairs were included. They updated us along the way and we knew we were in good hands through this process. We would happily recommend them to others.

After my first car accident, I had no clue about the insurance and repair process. I chose A&L simply because of their close proximity to my house and the great reviews I saw online. None of these reviews were lying. A&L is the definition of excellent customer service and quality repair. The wreck wasn t my fault, so I was going through the claims process with an insurance company that wasn t my own. I had a very hard time getting in contact with the insurance company to get my rental car extended, and Danielle went above and beyond to help contact the company on my behalf. She also updated me several times throughout the repair process, which I very much appreciated because I was on a time crunch and needed my car back on a certain day. I would recommend this company to anybody in the area.

Car was taken here after my accident and once I got my car back it looked brand new. Danielle and her team were so professional and kept me updated on the entire process. Not once did I have to worry about my car because it was in good hands. This shop was referred to me and I will most definitely refer it to everyone else. Hands down best customer service I have ever had. No hassle, no drama.

I took my car here after it suffered a bad hit & run. At first, I was nervous because I'm a young woman and am used to car places lying to get more money from me. However, Ed was quick to ease my mind.Ed was open and honest about the state of my car and my options. He went above and beyond to help me deal with the insurance company and find the best solution for me and my car. I highly recommend this business.

TRUSTWORTHY STAFF, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION: I have never before left an online review, but am compelled to do so after such an uncommonly pleasant experience with a mechanic. A & L Auto Body Shop staff are exceptional communicators, ensuring my awareness of each projected repair and associated cost prior to service. They evaluated damage to my car for free, and explained all options for mitigation from on-site body work through new component purchase. Dana even explained my insurance claims process and provided me with all required documentation upon completion of her free damage assessment. I am sincerely grateful to A & L Auto Body for a great experience during the otherwise terrible events surrounding my accident, and I cannot recommend their service any more highly.

This is a 5- star business run by a 5-star individual. Dan, the owner, is a stand-up guy and a consummate professional. It's clear from the moment you walk in his door that you're more than just a customer. That level of care is rare today. You can rest assured that you've made the right choice when you've come to him. Dan and his shop repaired my VW Jetta with significant damage done to the front end after an accident. He made it look new again. I would recommend his services to anyone needing a repair. Dan has one of the best businesses I've ever hired for a service. Period. Not just auto repairs. It was an honor to bring my car to his shop and meet him. I salute this Vietnam Vet. He's simply the best!

This is the best auto body shop I have ever experienced! They take pride in their work which is exceptional. Very fair and honest ....I highly recommend them. My car looks show room new even the tricky hand painted pinstripes.

My BRAND NEW 2018 Camry was rear ended with less than 2,000 miles on it. This was no fender bender, the trunk latch couldn't close and you could see the asphalt through the floor of my trunk. The staff at A&L reassured me the damage was fixable, gave me a timetable, called at least once a week throughout the 3 week repair job to give me updates (the insurance estimate was around 4 weeks) and generally left me feeling like everything was under control. When they called to say my car was ready I was prepared for... Not a brand new car. However, to my absolute delight and astonishment, my car was sitting in their lot looking BRAND NEW again! My insurance had told me that they would only authorize after market parts, however A&L used factory parts because my car was new, and did it with no additional cost. A&L made an otherwise terrible experience tolerable, and the end product made the whole ordeal what i would like it most to be- Just a memory.
