They got the tire on, but ruined the finish my rim. I blew a tire on I-95, Hyundai doesnt provide a spare on the veloster, ... see pic, rim wasnt damaged

Never been to the shop but on my way to a friend's house, one of their drivers followed me saying this place had someone following him. He started to record me as I pulled into my friends house and pulled off when my friend came in. I tried to call the number on the site and it led me to a full voice-mail. Someone needs to address their paranoid drivers.

So glad I found them. All the other 24 hour tire services sucks at customer service and charges entirely to much (or don t answer the phone). I Called them at 4 in the morning the lady who answered was very nice she didn t seem bothered. The gentlemen arrived a little after I got off this morning and he too was very nice and fast. I literally had no one to help me and I had just pulled 12 hours so yeah he really came through for me!

I leave for work at 0545 in the morning. This morning, my tire was flat. I called 2 J's. The lady who answered the phone was so sweet and helpful. The mechanic who came to my house arrived promptly. He was professional, courteous, honest. He brought a new tire. But, was able to patch my tire instead which saved me money. This team is AWESOME!!! i highly recommend them.

My fiance got a flat on the home after work yesterday on a main highway and it was sprinkling. He contacted them, they scheduled to help after payment and then went to his rescue. Shortly after help came and fixed the tire.....my fiance left to finish his journey home, about 5 miles out from his last spot and he got ANOTHER flat. Being a worrying person, i called 2 J's back and told them he had ANOTHER flat. The lady instructed me to get his exact location so they could help again. At this point, my fiance was angry and not being very informative to me - so i couldn't get his location in time. They ended up reaching out to him, found him, and helped again at no additional cost. They were great, responsive, and I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH.

This place is amazing. We were towing a boat on a trailer when one of the trailer tires blew. They were in the area and had the kindest approach. Searched the inventory for 45 minutes knowing we had few choices and brought two tires that might fit. One ended up sufficing and we made it from Savannah down to South Florida with zero issues. When they realized the tire would fit they were happier than us, which showed they truly cared about a stranger getting to their destination.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! I called for help last night for a tire replacement. The man that answered the phone said he will call me back in 20 minutes. He added that he had to go to the shop and see if the tire was available. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. I waited over an hour, and I called them. The number went straight to voice-mail. BAD BUSINESS I'm just glad that I was in a safe area.

2 J's will certainly be on my contact list, Jeff came to my house during a thunderstorm and fixed my tire in their truck and then installed it. I called everywhere in Pooler to try and get someone to Plug my tire, I was even gonna put it on myself, but no one would take it. I found 2 J's and called... No problems great rate!!! And Jeff was very professional and great customer service!!! Great Job

Great service, price and timing. They were super professional, knowledgeable and quick in getting me back on the road. Jeff knew exactly what he was doing, came to me and had my tires changed within minutes.... seriously, I only held him up by talking. I would recommend then to anyone.

I was stranded on the side of interstate 16. And the young man came out quickly and fixed my tire and was very helpful. He went beyond the call to make my experience a good one

I own a towing service in Savannah GA and we recently had a customer that needed tire service after all tire businesses were closed. The advertised 24 hr companies in the area would not even answer their phone but this company came through for them and I will be recommending them to everyone!

Very rude and unprofessional. I paid for service for my elderly mother and the agent came sat for 1 minute did not alert her caregiver they were there and left. We urgently needed to get to a medical appointment and the lady on the phone proceeded to give me attitude. I will not support a business that is unprofessional and rude when wrong. Thank god for AAA!

Do NOT use! They will just give you the runaround. You ask for an ETA they ll give you one and then when that time passes, they ll lie and say that the driver is down the street. I was told 45 minutes and waited an hour and a half, I called back and was told that it would be another 20 minutes. Do NOT waste your time !

Flat tire at a hotel while traveling through Pooler, GA on a Sunday morning. No place was open to get it fixed, called 2J and they were there in half an hour. Great service, good price for the convenience and ease, very nice people!

This man was a life savior last night. We broke down one our tiers went flat on our way back home . We live in Miami but broke down in Georgia, and he came less then a hour and fixed the tire less then 30min . We are just making it back home now .

Terrible service I called early morning the man sounded like he didn t wanna help me I stated I had a tire for him to put on he proceeded to ask what size I needed so I told him he then looked for my size said he didn t have it then hung up in my face! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT USE

Woke up and my rear tire was flat 830 am someone was on the phone and within minutes i got 2 of my tires replaces. 10/10!

I used them today and I have to say price was reasonable and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Did have to leave my home or replace the tire with a spare and drive to get new tire!

I called to get air in my tire before work then wait two hours to get a call the guy is outside then walk out and get a text the guy left all in one min exactly they don t need to have busyif they don t wanna work crazy almost lost my job
