We had a very pleasant experience with our Sales Representative Dwight Banks. He was able to answer all the questions that we had and helped us get a good deal on the car. We received an opportunity to test drive the car. Dwight provided periodic updates until we received our car . Se Kim was our finance guy and he was very helpful. Evelyn from product concierge team was very helpful in explaining all the car features. Highly recommended to anyone out to purchase a Mercedes !

This dealership went above and beyond to satisfy my needs and help me find the vehicle that fit me best. My saleswoman was Lori and I ve truly never met a kinder human. Working with her was a blessing and I highly recommend requesting Lori if you ever come by this specific location. I had a terrible experience with Mercedes. First problem is they have sales people who don t know their own cars. Joey during the sales pitch was very knowledgeable but when it came time for me to use the features the car did work how Joey explained. I let Mercedes know and the best they could do for me is stick me in another quickly depreciating Mercedes despite my request to have no Mercedes. On top of me having to switch I was also told I had to keep a maintenance package for a car I did not want. They wanted to show me as doing a favor to switch cars, when in all actuality if the sales man knew what they were selling I would have never bought the car.Sad to see it hasn t been resolved to help me. I am currently waiting on a response from corporate.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, with Mr. Joe Williams. Mr. Williams didn t just sell me and my wife a car, he sold us an RBM Mercedes Experience .felt like family. Your service center is horrible and have gotten worst over the years. I've been dealing with Mercedes-Benz for over 15 years and would not recommend your service to anyone. It is ridiculous to not have service appointment till mid December and yet your warranty package is a scammed. People pay so much money only to deal with such scams and scammers. Mercedes-Benz formerly know as Atlanta classic cars should be ashamed of themselves. I brought your maintenance package only for you guys to do half work and have the nerves to try to charge for something that should have been covered. I'll let the public judge Mercedes-Benz ethics. I will be sure to post and report the horrible experiences I have to deal with. Do not buy Mercedes-Benz any packages they are fraud and does not care for loyal customers ARE YOU GUYS NOT ALL THE SAME? WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR SERVICES THAT IS COVERED UNDER YOU MAINTENANCE MERCEDES-BENZ SERVICES SHOULD BE ALL THE SAME. I WAS NOT AWRARE YOUR LOCATION IS SELF OPERATED ( FRANCHISE)

This dealership is very professional. No loud silly music, spotless and well presented vehicles. This is the way a dealership model needs to be run. The advisor is knowledgeable about EVs, tax credits, and the entire acquisition process wether it be finance, lease or business related.

BRAVO! Jordin was at my door in 12 minutes and in less than 14 minutes he identified and repaired the problem - and my day. This is why, whenever I think maybe my next car may not be another MB, I remember that RBM of Atlanta, Mercedes Benz takes care of their customers - like royalty. With great people like Jordin!

Jim was very knowledgeable and answered most of the thousand questions I had with the purchase of a new car.Service tends to be overpriced, and I would recommend looking for another mechanic although they do provide a free rental.

I had the most pleasant experience with Joe Williams as my Sales Representative. He was able to answer all the questions that I had assuring me a fair deal on the car. He made sure I had an opportunity to test drive the car and due to my work schedule, he brought the car to me. As well, he introduced me to the financing department, preparing them for the questions I had. And, he followed up with me after the purchase of the car to make sure I remained satisfied. As I seek to purchase another car, he continues to research on my behalf. I can t say enough about Joe Williams. I have planned to purchase another car and I don t want any other salesperson to support me other than Mr. Williams. He s simply exceptional at his profession!

I had agreed with their team to purchase a vehicle for my recently widowed mother, had her at the dealership for four hours signing all paperwork, went home to pick up my checkbook, and was notified they had sold the car to someone else. Unprofessional and uncultured behavior from the sales manager. very distasteful.

Called to get service details on my used Sprinter. Their carfax input only states "vehicle serviced" on multiple occasions. They would not give me any details on the services they performed. My Sprinter Van had been serviced at multiple other Mercedes Benz dealerships and service centers before I owned it. All other dealerships gave detailed information about what was done to my vehicle. RBM was the only dealership to refuse to provide service information so I can appropriately maintain my Sprinter. You should be leary of a dealership that does not keep accurate records of their work.

Jerry peek is the man to see we picked up a 2020 S560 ruby black metallic with black and white two-tone interior . Wow what a car Jerry made the sale easy . Excellent location . Excellent price . We been to most high end car dealerships around ATL in the last 90 after looking at all these cars Mercedes Benz cars and suv are by far the nicest there is it doesn't matter what model it is what color it is it has massive horsepower and it's absolutely beautiful there's not another car lot in Atlanta you can say that about . excellent management to get the deal done . Came to this dealer today to purchase a GLE 53/63 Coupe. Nobody answered the phone prior to my arrival and nobody assisted me when I made it to the lot. I also saw a gentlemen watching me from the window inside while I was on the lot looking, instead of coming out to assist me or sending someone else to. I knew exactly what I wanted and just needed some customer service to go with it. I ll do business elsewhere. I m an exec at a huge software company but I definitely feel like my book was misjudged by my cover.

I have purchased cars from RBM in the past. It s been a while, but they are the first choice when I think Mercedes in Atlanta. Went to the dealership today to test drive a car. The service was excellent, the salesman was very polite and knowledgeable. As expected from purchases in the past. The problem and reason for two stars - RBM is fleecing any potential customers by adding a market adjustment to the price of the vehicle. Worst part- they do not add the market adjustment to the pricing you see on their website. It s only when you get there that you see it on the window. What a joke. I get that chip shortages are an issue to auto manufacturers and supply is low. Most reputable dealerships are charging sticker for cars, not over. My suggestion, shop somewhere else like Mercedes South Atlanta where there are no $10k-$50k market adjustments . Driving to another dealership is a hassle, but an hour drive is cheaper than $10k.

I just recently unexpectedly traded my C300 Mercedes Benz Sedan in for a Coupe model. Joe Williams is my guy when it comes to Mercedes Benz! I met Joe back in 2019 and when I tell you I have not bought a car from no one else, I have not. In the past before I met Joe I was always big on test driving my cars but I trust Joe so to the point I did not test drive neither one of my cars. My experience tho with RBM of Atlanta will be one I will never forget. From Joe, to the finance team, and to the guys who detailed my car the experience was one I will never forget. By the way, I currently don t live in Atlanta, GA. Because of my past business relationship with Joe and I trust him and RBM of Atlanta, I brought my business 600+ miles just to do businesses with them.

I needed roadside assistance for a dead battery. Jordin Mendez came to my house and I could not have been in better hands. Jordin made me feel as though getting my car going was his number one priority. His communication with me, both before and during his arrival, was excellent. Feel disrespected and unvalued as a customer looking to purchase a new GLE. Up until the last 2 minutes I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process of looking at the inventory on the lot (no surprise it was limited), great test drive with a well educated salesman, and then going through a build process as the vehicle we wanted was not in inventory they only had options with packages that didn t matter to my family and we re outside our budget. We already shopped at many other brands and this was the car we wanted. After building a base GLE with a couple add-ons (panoramic roof, ventilated seats, all season cargo mats), my salesman talked with his team and came back with a different attitude/outlook. Said that I would have to pay a 8% market up-charge (despite having to wait months for it to be built) along with a 8% non-refundable deposit because they didn t think it would sell in the future and they didn t want it on their lot if I walked on the order (this is the car I will buy and intend to keep for the next 10 years or so). Felt more like a number to them and them trying to intimidate me to add more unnecessary features than I wanted rather than a satisfied customer. Will be shopping elsewhere for this car.

Leased a car for 3 years and purchased a new e63 that I ordered through them. Despite repeated assurances that I would still qualify for the early lease end program, both before and after the purchase of my new car, both over email and in person I was repeatedly assured that I still qualified for the program all the way till I turned in my lease ( two weeks after the purchase of my new car) and signed the paperwork. A month after turning in my lease early MBFS sends me notice that I didn t qualify for the program and that I owe the money for my remaining lease.It is incredibly disappointing to think that this is the level of care put into selling their cars, that their salesman can t be bothered to follow up on any details even if you re purchasing one of their top end cars. They certainly don t stand by their word and I can t recommend anyone conduct business with them. There are to many other Mercedes dealerships in Atlanta to work with than one that doesn t treat their top customers with respect.

I recently purchased a pre-owned GLE-350. I saw it on the website and contacted RBM-Atl. Don Bonura reached out to me and set up a meeting. This was the first MB purchase for my wife and I and Don was the perfect sales rep for us. He knew the product, he wasn't pushy, and he didn't try to dazzle us with a bunch of sales gee-whiz. He was responsive through and after the purchase. It was the easiest car buying experience we've had. He handled the entire process with true professionalism. I would certainly recommend RBM-Atl and Don to my friends! Thanks Don!

Great selection of cars and beautiful dealership. Mercedes however charges way too much for their lease options. It was nearly $1200 for a $65k car, even with perfect credit. Also, there were no incentives to purchase at year end. I left and went to BMW where I purchased a more expensive truck, year 2021, at almost half the monthly cost. They did everything they could to earn my business.

I have purchased 17 MB from 9 different MB dealerships. I have purchased one and leased one from RBM. Both times I had a great experience. Communication prior to arrival and upon arrival was smooth. They value your time as a customer. Every staff member I dealt with was friendly and professional. My salesman, Don Bonura, is a straight shooter and spent as much time with me as I needed. I came from out of state, but will return to RBM. My experience with the service folks has also been top notch.

Had a B service.yet, when picking up car, a aux. Battery light in dash panel!. Was tech asleep? $435 dollars for an oil change and then service tech says $250 more for this new battery thing. Why not noticed??Waited 2 hours plus. Then told" oh battery will take longer, here's a loner. Great so I wasted 3 hours to collect, what was supposed to be, a simple B service, that will cost me. In excess of $700 dollars. That's absolutely ridiculous on a car with 40k miles on it!! Service is not yhe 5 star service, had come to expect from a Mercedes dealer, and am accustomed to from Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Newport Beach, ca., my dealer before moving here. Worst service department ever. You'd be better off going to a quickie oil change place or having a neighbor do it for you. Waste of time and money. Definitely dims the shine on owning a luxury vehicle.
