I needed the bulbs in my headlights changed so I called ahead to see if I ordered them from your store online would someone there be able to do it. I was told that as long as they didn t have to take anything apart and if the rain stopped, someone would be able to do it. I get there to pick up my lightbulbs and the young man that gave them to me told me that you don t change headlight bulbs at all. I was about to tell him that when I called I was told that you did but he didn t even let me finish my sentence and slammed the bulbs down and said well ask him and walked away. I was still going to take the bulbs and just try and change them myself but the entire interaction just left a bad taste in my mouth and I decided to just get my money back. What s funny is I told the guy on the phone that I didn t want to go to Auto Zone, that I specifically wanted to come there, but I guess I ll end up going to Auto Zone anyway. I get that dealing with the public is hard, but being rude to a customer that isn t being rude to you is unnecessary. Thank you for making sure that I don t ever shop there again.

After my battery died and my car jumped by a kind passerby, it was suggested that I go to the O'Reilly's around the corner. I was promptly greeted by Richard and he pulled a battery for installation. Richard was phenomenal. He was professional, he educated as he installed, and he even gave great wisdom and insight in life advice. I will definitely come back for any future vehicle needs!

Johnathan is amazing! I couldn t figure out why the bulb I bought yesterday didn t fit. Turns out I pulled out the wrong one our. He was so kind and helpful and didn t make me feel silly for my mistake. Thanks Johnathan!

I had to get my battery replaced, and an employee (TY) was very helpful. He not only helped find the correct battery but also installed it for me. (I also found out that not all batteries can be replaced by them depending on your car). I would definitely recommend this location! Thank you!

I am satisfied with my purchase except with customer service he missed inform me telling me over the phone he had my part when I arrived and ask for him inquiring of my part he told me he didn't have any so I asked him why would you say to me over the phone you have the part and when I'm going to go pick you telling me you don't have it and then with an attitude he's and African-American with dreads he needs to be disciplined or be removed .

Needed a car battery late on a Wednesday afternoon. Called ahead to make sure they had one in stock for my make/model car and they did. I arrived and DJ saved the day. Did not try to upsell me the most expensive battery. Installed it efficiently and in a timely manner. Very nice to talk with him. We were soon on our way. This is where you want to go. I went to the store to purchase a part for my vehicle. Multiple employees walked past me and ignored me for ten minutes I was just waiting at the register. Finally a young black boy asked me what I wanted. He was not professional at all and acted like I was bothering him. He pulled up the part on the computer and then just walked away without saying anything and left me just standing there. He had a horrible attitude and was hostile. I will never spend another dollar at this store again.

I went to this location to get all the items need for a oil and filter change. They had everything in stock, in which was perfect because I did not need to go other place to get them. The person checking me out help me confirm that I had the correct oil, filter and gasket for my oil change. Definitely come back here to get anything I need.

Rita and Demetris were absolute angels and helped me get my battery swapped out after work! They were extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. Each gave me great information and advice on my car as they swapped out the battery, which was appreciated and taught we some new things! I will definitely be returning here again and again! Anyone wondering what parts store to visit, this is the one! Thanks again to Rita and Demetris!

I called because my car wouldn't start and I figured it was a dead battery. I spoke to Brennen and he was so nice and looked up battery options and prices over the phone. I asked if he would be able to change the battery for me and he assured he could. I arrived and it was Brennen and two other employees working, they were all friendly, professional and welcoming. Brennon went above and beyond in helping me, he tested both the battery and alternator for me. It turned out I needed a new battery and he changed it for me. Ill be honest, I don't normally shop at O' Reilly's due to them being more expensive than other auto part stores, but due to Brennen and his amazing customer service, he's converted me to shop there for my auto needs in the future! Brennen is super sweet with a great spirit, which is hard to come across these days, so I truly appreciated him helping me. Thank you Brennen for getting me safely back on the road!

Brennon and Demetrius are AWESOME!!!! They both took time out their busy auto parts schedule to explain to me what the codes on my Acura meant. They recommended what service to get done and a master mechanic that they know. They were very patient and answered all of my questions. These 2 young men represent the store very well with their knowledge and I recommend seeing either one of them.

Excellent, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly service provided by O'Reilly team member Goldie, who replaced 3 wiper blades and refilled my windshield wiper fluid within 15 minutes of my walking into the store. The prices are very reasonable, and my new wiper blades work great. Thanks, Goldie, for terrific recommendations and outstanding customer service!

The folks are very nice here! Even though Jonathan broke the plastic AC cooling part by accident while helping me replace my battery. Jonathan and his team have taken care of it and got it fixed in time. They also reimbursed my round-trip Uber cost. They are very responsible.

I came into the store this morning to ask a couple questions about my car. There were 3 associates, 1 sitting to the side while the other 2 had customers. No one acknowledged my presence..fine. I stood in line while another customer walked in and was greeted promptly by all associates even as they helped their customers. The one associate who was not busy COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY ignored me as I stood in line and helped the customer who had just walked in! I feel they are racist and disrespectful to women and people of color based on this experience. There is no way around the fact that each associate saw me walk in and stand in line and made a (very poor) choice to ignore my patronage. I will NOT return to this location ever again.

My girlfriend and I were taken care of by Lewis. He was professional and considerate despite dealing with other customers. I was able to breathe easy knowing he would help us when we were in need during car trouble. I will continue to go back.

Terrible customer service. Guy behind the desk was irritated because I walked in and became borderline hostile when I asked him to pull a part from the back. I just needed one spark plug to get home. If you're going to hire someone for a customer service position, please make sure they aren't jerks. Two stars ONLY because of a positive past experience.

My wife s car wouldn t start on Sunday so I called O Reilly to make sure they had the right battery in stock, jumpstarted the car and had her drive it over. They replaced the battery, got everything back together and sent her on her way. What a great experience across the board. They treated her with great respect, didn t try to over sell what she needed and by the time I showed up they were already finalizing the sale and getting ready to put the new battery in her car.

James was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to my car repair.Two years a go I gave these guys 5 stars. They do have great customer service but their prices are ridiculous in comparison to to their competitors. 59 bucks for a rotor that Amazon sells for 16. Both AC Delco. Needed a Axel nut socket and they wanted to sell me a used one for full price. I could loan out every single size but 35mm. I guess if I needed that socket today, I'd have to drop 20 bucks for it. I can wait a day for it and got it for 7 bucks on Amazon. Free shipping, next day delivery. Even the car wash stuff is twice the price of that at Walmart.

The bald older guy super cool. The Latin woman sweet and informative. Everybody else? It s like i walked into an NYC bar not wearing a yankee hat and Tim boots. Goto the first two you ll have a great experience.

I came in there panicking! But Jorge took care of me! Showed me how to check my oil, read it, and even helped me select some, along with a funnel. He even held the flashlight so I could do it all on my own. Getting the oil change was on my to-do list, but my car said I was taking too long. O'Reilly, and Jorge came through. Very helpful, nice and I left a little bit more mechanically inclined.

They did not have the part I wanted, but the big guy at the counter was very helpful. Prices on the small stuff had a high markup, but the sale items are hard to beat.

On Christmas eve, I went to O'Reilly to purchase an auto part. They did not have it in stock and I was told that the part would arrive on 12/26/19. I purchased the parts and the nice clerk told me that all I would need is my phone number or the receipt. I received a confirmation email that the parts I ordered had arrived. When I went to pick up the parts, I gave the a different clerk my receipt. The clerk looked at the receipt, then asked me, when did I ordered the parts ? I stated that I ordered it on Chrismas eve. He looks at he receipt and stated that it looked like I already paid for the part. He looked at me again and asked me how much did you pay for the parts. I gave him the amount I paid. Then he asked meif I had any additional information (to prove that I was the person who purchased the parts) I gave him my phone number, finally, he looked it out and mentioned again that the item was already paid for and then he gave me the parts that I ordered. I did not appreciate the back and forth.
