Disappointed in my service here. Do not come here!! Last week I went in to have a tire that was leaking air repaired. After telling 3 different people what was wrong with it, and them pushing an oil change that I didn t need. I left my car all day and They called me 2-3 hours later telling me that my car was fixed, and there was nothing wrong, and nothing penetrated the tire. I asked what was wrong; and why was the tire leaking? They said they d check again. They checked charged me $30 for some sort of repair and off I went. I left my car there all day because I know things take time. 4 days later, tire is leaking air again. I called in the morning asking if I could come at 5:30-5:45 after I got off work to have it looked at. They said absolutely, I didn t need an appointment. I came in at 5:45 and they said they couldn t work on it as there was only one tech left with two people waiting? This is why I called ahead of time. I asked could come in at 8 the next morning and wait on it to be repaired? (They open at 7:30) Nope. Couldn t look at it until 9. If you can t do things early or late, why offer those hours?? You d think they would go out of their way to fix an issue that they should have already fixed the entire day I left my car last week. Came back again the morning of 4/3 at 9am and they said they couldn t even look at it for 2 hours and they refused me a refund of the repair from last week. Clearly they repaired something that wasn t even the issue, cause when they called me the first time they said nothing was wrong. Went to Mavis across the street who got me set up in 30 minutes. Do not come here under any circumstances!!

They seem to do a good job here so I've come many times for basic service. One reason is they they are always so very nice. I just had some work done and had to come back for a follow up question a couple days later. They did an excellent job making me feel like an idiot who was also probably a liar. So unexpected. It is hard to gain someone's trust. It just takes one experience to lose it. Life is too short, so I'll just go elsewhere. There are lots of other places.

Great customer service and stress-free! Christian Thomas(Assistant Manager) was so helpful. I had a tire rotation and he got me in and out with ease. The price was right and they didn t pressure or try to upsell the way other places do. Easy 5 stars.Thank you

Fantastic experience at Mr. Tire! Michael, the manager is wonderful and made my service experience seamless. Chris and the mechanic Jason are also fantastic and I definitely recommend this shop for its outstanding customer service!

Picked up a nail in one of my tires and tried multiple places on Roswell rd yesterday that all said they were too busy to help. Mr. Tire also said they were too busy the day of but offered to make me an appointment the next morning so I came and dropped my car off today. I was afraid because the nail punctured my tire in two places and another tire place told me I would probably need a new tire that I was going to end up spending for a new tire despite this one having quite a bit of tread left on it . All said and done it was 25 bucks to get the tire patched - they also did a full inspection of my car and didn t try to upsell me on anything I didn t need what a pleasant experience. Fitzgerald working the counter was professional, courteous and prompt and sent me on my way. This place just won a customer for life as long as every experience is this painless and easy.

The guy at the front desk seems cool but the Mgr. Is a nasty person. I think he only likes "certain kinds of people". I felt like I was like Alabama. It was completely empty and had the nerve to be rude to the one person who came through the door. Fire him or move him to an AL location. He doesn't belong in Atlanta.

Had a great experience at Mr Tire in Jan 2024. Christian Thomas was very professional and explained everything to me that needed done and was still professional when I said I only wanted my tire changed and nothing else. I was not pressured in getting services that I didn t request. Ask for Christian. Great guy!

Had to get tires for my daughter s car. Called Mike. He gave me a great set of tires at a fair price. When the appt came, the work was done quickly and efficiently. Great experience all around. Highly recommend.

I m very happy with Mr. Tire in Sandy Springs & I will return. No nonsense, old school service from Manager Mike & Assistant Christian shoot it straight. Quick turn around & very reasonable pricing. Two Thumbs Up!

I didn t just show up. I made an appointment. They quoted me half an hour over the phone, but it ended up being an hour and a half, and I m certain it would have been longer had I not inquired about it.

Great and efficient service! You can usually get a same day appointment and they get to work as soon as you arrive. They are friendly, helpful, and reasonable priced. I would definitely recommend them and love having a local, reliable auto care spot!

Not sure how this place can have so many good reviews. I probably had bad luck with the person repairing my tire. They damaged my rim on my 2022 Tesla Model Y performance rim. I didn t bother to go back to ask for a repair on my rim or reimbursement because I noticed the damage 3 weeks after service. I knew they would not take responsibility for it due to noticing the damage so late after repair and I didn t bother to inspect the rim because I trusted them.I just want other to be aware that if you have an expensive vehicle, do not bring it to this shop. You might get an inexperienced person and walk away with damage on your rim. This is not a curb rash, this is someone being sloppy when trying to remove the tire from the rim. I do have a receipt so if they respond to my review claiming I m not a precious customer, I will upload the receipt as well. This review is solely to save others from having their rims damaged.

I had a tire replaced at this location. The service was fast and the staff was very polite. However, when I asked about having my swollen lug nuts removed they told me it would cost $16 but failed to mention the $76 fee for the new lug nuts until it was time to pay.

Wow as a single female we always fear going to get anything done to our care in fear of being taken advantage of but the guys here at Mr.Tire on Roswell rd in Sandy Springs always take really good care of me this is my 3rd visit and I always feel safe,protected,and valued as a customer!! So ladies if you need anything when it comes to tires come see these guys!!

I had the best experience at this Mr. Tire. I called this morning and spoke with Mike to share my concerns with my vehicle. He gave me a same day appt. They said I needed brakes & rotors just for the front. Rear was good. I really appreciate their honesty and that they didn t try to get over & sell me something I didn t need. I highly recommend them. Mike was very professional & courteous. Unfortunately it s rare these days to find honest mechanics/auto shops. With that being said, I will be a long time customer. A place I can trust. Thanks to Mike & his crew. you re the best!

I had an excellent experience! I was told by an oil change location that I needed my brakes replaced. I opted not to do with that location and reached out to Mr. Tire. The manager, Michael, was wonderful. After the initial inspection, I was informed I did not need brakes for at least 30k miles. Wow. I was not charged for the inspection and he offered my chocolate lab treats! This is now my go-to place for car repairs and concerns :)

Grateful for the people there and how well they took case of me when my brakes gave out unexpectedly. They explained the solution so I understood it well. Everything was great and they did great work, even though they weren t able to fully fix it just because it needed a part that was specifically needed to be from the dealership/recall. Professional and courteous and just great from start to finish!

I've been bringing my vehicles to this Mr. Tire location for over 8 years now, and they are truly the only shop I trust for all of my repairs. They exemplify exceptional service in every way timely repairs, honest assessments, professional care and treat their customers like family no matter what. I ve been to this service center twice with different vehicles and each time Matt (the manager) and his team have been kind, professional, competent and quick to address the issue(s). Not once did they over promise but they exceeded expectations each time. I m sure I will be back. Thanks guys!

I will definitely be coming here if I ever have an issue again! Mr Tire was the only shop that would help me when I had an auto emergency. They took me in when my Hyundai was failing to start and got me out in less than an hour. Great service all around!
