Customer service was awesome. Aj took care of me and made sure my car was done fast and accurately. He was awesome made sure I knew everything he saw and gave great recommendations . John was also helpful and informative with a willingness to help as well as providing a welcoming environment. Everyone showed great customer service which is something I NEVER get at Jiffy Lube and the price was much better too. I ll be making the ride from Stone Mountain and bringing my vehicles here for service moving forward!

Erik and Jeff did an awesome job getting my oil changed and air filters changed in less than 30 minutes and for a great price! Super friendly. Super fast and super convenient.Don t be like me and get a maintenance package on your car!!!! Such a stupid choice. Always took Nissan 3 hours to do an oil change, even with an appointment and were gonna charge $100 more to change my air filters.Express oil change will be my new spot to go to and will be referring everyone there!

Just okay. Left oil on the floor of the shop and on my steering wheel, forgot to put a reminder service sticker in the window, not clear if they reset the software reminder and did nothing but change the oil (other shops shake off or vacuum floor mats, check fluids, wash windows, etc). Expensive oil change relative to those factors at a price of $125. The staff were unclear and cagey about discounts for repeat business and multiple vehicle specials. I was a new customer looking for a replacement service for another two or three start place but will try someplace else.

I just had the best experience here. Everyone was so kind and helpful and the energy there was so positive. I went in because I was having issues with my breaks. The manager was very kind and patiently explained the issues to me while the technicians fixed it. The whole trip took about 45 min (fixing the breaks and getting an oil change). They did not try to upsell or take advantage of me. I will definitely be returning to this express oil change for all of my vehicle needs.

Excellent customer service. I get two vehicles oil changed here regularly. Only giving 4 stars because they quit carrying synthetic Mobil 1 5 and 10w 30. Please bring this oil back or I ll have to go elsewhere.

Have been going here since 2017 and have had nothing but great service every time, even with several management changes over the years! The current manager Jeff and crew are awesome by the way - professional, personable, very knowledgable, and perhaps most importantly, extremely trustworthy!

Today I had a minor issue with my car after having my oil changed and Mr. Ryan didn't hesitate to come to my job and correct the problem. I've been using them for the last 2yrs and I would definitely recommend them to my family/friends. The level of customer service Mr. Ryan showed me today made me a customer for life. Unless you want to get HARASSED about having more work done to your car then what you pulled up for I wouldn't go to this shop. Sad that a couple of guys can ruin an entire business. Neil, I don't want to buy your air filters because they are over priced and I can order them from Amazon and change them myself for a quarter of the cost, same thing with my windshield wipers. I thanked you for bringing everything to my attention and respectfully declined the services but that wasn't good enough for you, Neil. Once you realized that you weren't going to be able to up sale me your whole attitude changed and then you started trying to bully me into buying your products and trying to make me feel stupid. My oil changes here are $95 and I happily pay that because of the service that I have received in the past but today will be my last visit. I will take my business elsewhere that employees people who know how to control their attitude and speak to their customers with some kind of respect unless warranted otherwise.

I had a tire that blew out while I was on the highway, and I was terrified and driving as slow as possible on the exit. Luckily, this auto store was right off the exit, and I was able to pull in. I did not have an appointment and had never been to this store before. Alex helped me put the spare on and was finished within 20 minutes of my arrival. When I asked for the bill, he told me to not worry about it! Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, and Alex really made my day! I was very upset about the situation, and he turned it right around! This place is amazing and has amazing people working here! I will absolutely go out of my way to visit them again (hopefully under better circumstances :D ) Thank you, Alex!!!! I am so grateful for your help, you really made my week!!!!!

I have been coming to this shop for years for almost all of my automotive needs and maintenance. I just go elsewhere for things they don t do. They are the best. Organized, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and attentive. They always get my issues fixed quickly. I can t say enough good things. Totally good vibes and Patrick and Joey are awesome.

They destroyed my cars engine after an oil change and refuse to help because I had it towed somewhere other than them on a Sunday. WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED.The response to this comment is a lie. They lied to me about my warrantyand told me to kick rocks.

This was probably my least good experience at an express oil change yet. The only person that was friendly an older guy who was staring at me. Everyone else seemed short, but maybe they were understaffed. I got my oil changed and my coolant flushed for about $200 on my civic. The bathroom looked like it hadn t been cleaned in months, but at least it didn t smell bad. I definitely prefer the location by the mall of georgia, so I probably won t come back here. However, if you just need to get the job done and don t mind a wait, this will work mediocre.

This was my favorite oil change establishment until this past spring after requesting a tire rotation, my tire flew off not 5 min after pulling out of the garage. The lug nuts had not been tightened. Although their company paid the damages to my vehicle, I m very disappointed that there was absolutely NO FOLLOW-UP by Express Oil corporate management. No, Are you OK? No apology. No nothing. DO BETTER. A life could have been lost here.

I do not live on this side of town but stopped for a quick oil change while I was doing some other work. If you live up here I would highly recommend them. I change my own air filter and the tech noticed that it clearly did not need changing, so they told me that and just stuck to the oil change. Great service.

I came due to the reviews and was serviced by Tommy! This is why I do reviews -- Tommy went above and beyond helping me! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't harass me about recommendations beyond what I figured I needed. The oil change/tire rotation service was quick, definitely needed while toting a 22 month old who was sleepy. I highly recommend coming here and I will be back for my air filter and next oil change, even if I'm coming from Lawrenceville, where I live! - Shavon A.

After oil change, significant oil leakage occurred due to failure of proper oil filter installation (the filter was so loose that it came right off by hand). Fingers crossed there is no catastrophic engine damage in my 2019 RAV4. Don't risk it.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
