From beginning to end our experience could not have been better. Welcomed in a very friendly way. The person at the desk was very professional, but super friendly as well. Eddie was great. Explained everything. At the end no surprises. BUT, best of all, we got the car back very quickly and the work looked great. Reasonable as far as the cost was concerned. Thanks. we recommend you highly.

A couple of months ago I was hit in a parking lot and needed the door replaced on my Mercedes. I was very apprehensive taking it to a shop as it's an older model (2014) but immaculate condition with low miles. They were very clear in what they were going to do to fix the issue, the timing that was going to be needed to replace the door and painting (and reapplying the protective film that was on portions of the car) and communicating and changes (there was a delay in receiving a part needed to finish the job).I was impressed with the repair/paint work done and you can't tell there was any accident or damage to the body panel. I had some follow up for some sensor issues after the repair and was very happy with the outcome and overall experience.

They got to my car fairly quick but they didn't do the job correctly. I had to make 3 trips back and they kept delaying the repairs that weren't done properly. After approximately 6 weeks, I never was able to get them to correct the work. I would never recommend their work to anyone.

I had an accident and this location is one of the preferred locations for the insurance. As it s walkable from my home, I opted for this. Since then, it s been a roller coaster ride. They kept the car for 50+ days saying that they didn t have parts (which is believable). Their front desk number goes unanswered, so after numerous attempts to call their location, I finally started receiving weekly updates. I drove the car the Monday after getting it back, to work, to discover scratching sounds. I called the agent asking if I can bring it over to show them the defective repair (pictures below). I was told that they didn t have a mechanic that day. Now I m going through repeated attempts to reach out to them so that I can get an appointment to get the defective repair fixed. If these comments are actually read by their management, please help me by getting me an appointment to get the substandard repairs properly done again.

Tesla certified collision center, I dropped my car off on Monday for estimate, received the report on Tuesday, and it was ready by Thursday. Ryan was awesome to work with. I would recommend Classic Collision - Sandy Springs.

I choose this shop because it specializes in Cadillac s, and it was on the list of approved shops with the insurance company.Service adviser was Lee, I made an appointment and upon my arrival no one was there to greet me, so I wondered around until I got noticed after 20min or so, during that time other customers walked in and got special treatment from other advisers, I was about to leave and just find another shop when I was approached, Mind you I had set up a drop off ride and was ready for work to start, but this was about to change, because the adviser didn t believe I had an appointment until I showed him, at this point I realized that this shop was totally disorganized and not running like anybody was in charge. I was told to reschedule because they didn t know the scope of work, I returned a week later, I was greeted by Lee I had set a detailed Scope of work with pictures and file so there was no questions; what I wanted done and what the insurance company required with the accident need done anything outside that the shop found was to get InTouch with my insurance for approval. The car was in for two weeks I got service updates and ready for pick up; I called to make sure; I was billed outside the insurance cost which I understood and then find out the total scope of work was not performed nothing from the insurance claim was done except for one part, they had to order another part and then got approval for another part, these have not been repaired the insurance closed the claim because the shop did get their money on the approved parts but I never received a call back to install parts to my car I am owed; My adviser stated a quote that they do not do Tacky; But in my experience, that is what they do!One year later and still no responce from management and or resolution; The Agent is now semi retired!One year later no one from this body shop called to make this right! This has been reported this to the Better Business bureauCustomer Service is not part of their Nature

Insurance preferred my truck here and they hold my truck more than 2 months later i keep asking them they told me truck part has been ordered and they will do next week but 2 weeks later the told me my truck has been total lost, make nonsense at all. Never recommend to anyone.

I've taken 2-3 cars to them and have always been pleased with their work. Also, even though their work was out of warranty, they repaired some damage that had been done by another body shop. Stand up guys - especially Jimmie Box - great customer service!

Never in my 35 years of car ownership have I received a car in worse condition from an auto service provider. The interior floor mats of my car were trashed with white paint dust as was the entire cargo area. Black carpeting and upholstery were absolutely trashed!The experience overall is not one you will want to replicate!!If you care about your vehicle, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Matt is AWESOME. My car had been hit and I took it here, matt completely took care of it start to finish and made sure to update me through the entire process. He s extremely good at working with insurance and made them pay for the parts my car needed. Thank you guys!

Had my bumper replaced about a year ago and at the time it wasn t really sitting correctly. There was a tiny gap, but I didn t mention it because I hadn t had my car in about 30 days. Everything was fine until a week ago where the side rim of the tire started coming off This morning I had an appointment at 10 AM and arrived on time I waited for an hour and after an hour I had an appointment at the CVS down the street to get a Covid booster. I asked the woman at the front to see if my car would be ready Because I had an appointment down the street. She never reached out to anyone to ask so I walked in the cold to the CVS pharmacy I then get back to find my car waiting for me taped together. Yes, you heard me right they had taped it together. I have waited for over an hour and they taped it together , I then asked for an estimate of what they thought it would take to fix it and they didn t even have that prepared for me . So not only did they do a not so great job to begin with the follow up visit was not any better. Happy Thanksgiving

This place is top tier! The first time I ever came to this location, I didn t get the best treatment, then there was a girl Named Sara Who comforted me, and told me to come back and give them another chance. When I came back, there was a lot of new staff. Let s start w/ Cheryl, The best receptionist I ve ever met in any business I ve ever gone to. She takes her time and is very personable and makes you feel right at home. Then when I came back I met Jimmy, the new GM. He assured me that if I had any questions or concerns, I could reach out to him. I know what you re thinking all managers say that, but I put Jimmie to the test when I had concerns, and I felt like they weren t getting answered in an orderly fashion, I was given by Jimmie, his personal contact to make sure that everything was taken care of, and all my concerns were addressed. Jimmie and Cory even rode with me in my car just to make sure I felt 100% about any concerns I had before leaving their location. With this new staff and management I would definitely recommend this location.. They are family now.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes

I brought my car in to the sandy springs location and Jimmie helped me. He took me right away, was extremely friendly and was able to not only clean off the tire marks from my car but also get my bumper into place within minutes. The staff was very Professional & Pleasant! They where willing to fast track me due to the little damage I had, that was a Major Plus! I got my car back in about a week 1/2. One small little negative was they didn't cover my tires or put a protective cover on the place mats leaving white corrosion around & inside the car, it wasn't a big deal I was able to was it off by hand of course. But I would Highly recommend anyone to this place, Job Well Done!

When you need your car repaired you want to know that your car will be in capable hands.From the moment I called Classic Collision I got nothing but compassionate professionalism. I hit a deer and the front end of my Tesla Y was damaged. I admit I was a bit frantic trying to find a shop that could fix a Tesla. There are none in my hometown of Athens. Plus I had the added frustration of getting on the schedule of any collision shop during the height of deer rutting (hitting) season.Jordan was very helpful and worked with me from my first contact until I drove off with my newly restored Tesla. She kept me informed on the progress of my repair. I was pleasantly surprised that I was given an estimated date of completion the day after my car was in the shop. I was aslo also notified when my car parts were ordered, when the repairs were under way, when it was going in for painting and finally when it was ready for pick up. This is a free service you have to opt into.My Tesla Y came back looking as good as new! Jordan was very responsive to all my text messages and concerns. She also coordinated a cosmetic side job I wanted done on my car as well. She worked seamlessly with my insurance carrier.They conveniently have a full service car rental service on the premises. I called them to check if they can fix my Jaguar. They setup an appointment with me and when I came in, they mentioned that they can t fix jaguars if there is body damage. I drove 18 miles to get here on a Monday work day. There was no apology, no help to find someone else. Very disappointed

Did such an amazing job fixing up my car and getting it done quickly! Got my car back earlier then the expected date and everything looks great with no issues! Cheryl at the front desk is amazing and everyone that helped with the process were all very informative and easy to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone!

These guys damaged my vehicle while it was in their shop for body damage repairs. The initially denied the damage, but eventually accepted their people caused the damage(thanks to photos before drop off). They also used a damaged trim pieces and tried to pass it off as new. Classic Collision doesn t do what they say and can t be trusted to do the right thing. I can t believe the insurance companies steer people to this shop. Take your car somewhere that takes pride in their work, customer service, and reputation.

This place is a real mess. The lady at the front has no idea what she is doing. I dropped my car off for 2-3 months and they didn t fix the entire car or inform me that my windshield wasn t being covered. Later my insurance added it on the first claim but it costed me a lot of time since they didn t let me know if the issue. I went back today to drop the car and they wanted me to leave the car for 1-2 months just to fix the windshield after making me wait almost an hour just to take my key. It s really insane. And every employee is lost and has no idea what s going on. Statefarm recommended me to them for my Tesla. I d suggest going to a different place that s tesla authorized. Really such a mess. Save yourself the headache

I had a good experience with Classic Collision. My Corolla was hit on the back door. I chose Classic Collision and the other insurance covered the repair. Everything went smooth even though they were short of personnel. I received my car in great condition after 2 weeks.

Two times I went to get an estimate with appointments which were scheduled a month in advance only to show up and be told that there was no one there that could do the estimate. No phone call, no apologies. The first time they said they had no record of the appointment because it had been made online, (I even got a text reminder of the appointment), they said they can't see when the appointments are made if it's done online. Made another appointment, in person, with the receptionist for a month later. Arrived and was told that the person who made the appointment was no longer working there so they had no one there to do the estimate. Once again, no phone call, no notification. Do not use this location!

I couldn t even get past the receptionist for my appointment. On Monday of this week I went in to place an estimate for a car accident. I ve never been in an accident so I feeling my through this. Monday I gave the wrong claim information. I got back there today for my appointment and told her I m sorry the claim information has changed.from the minute, I said that, their front desk associate went completely passive, aggressive angry. She sneered her lip curled and said sarcastically well, I wish you would ve told me that and called me before. I m sorry this is my first accident. I didn t realize that I m supposed to know what you know by working there full-time. I asked her if it was too much if I should find out the garage and she continued passive aggressive of course so now her liberty mutual person won t be back till the first.I work customer service so if this front desk associate ever reads this let me help you out how to be civil. If someone comes in and has a change that they weren t aware of or they didn t have the knowledge to call before, you can say any of the following.I m sorry we may have to reschedule you, but we can definitely change the claim information over.Or I understand. I m sorry we couldn t look at this today. Let me get you set up for another appointment. orI m sorry now that all the claim information has changed, we may not be able to service you car today.Would you like to continue and change over to our other insurance representative. Hopefully this may help her with the lazy condescension. I have little hope that she cares anything about customers and more about her eyelashes and nails.Service: Body & Trim

Important to remember that this company does not work for you. They work for your insurance company. That means that you have little say in the quality of their work, and you have no leverage when the when it isn't completed to your satisfaction. Expect small things, like the paint not quite matching, and expect that they will not do anything to make you happy, since you are not the customer, the insurance company is the customer.

The girl at the front desk is not the most helpful, but they took my car after I scheduled it at the wrong shop and finished it in 3 days after another shop estimated 6. They texted me about everything they did to it and let me pick it up 3 min after closing. Very satisfied!

The new receptionist Sheryl is absolutely amazing. She is so attentive, friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, understanding, and caring. We really appreciate her through this process. She s easy to talk to and really listens. I will be telling everyone to come here to receive excellent and authentic care and service. Her warm spirit brightened my day.
