10/10 customer service!!I am not from Atlanta and I stumbled across this place looking for somewhere to get my tire patched! As a girl in your 20s- trying to find a place to take your car is a headache and confusing! I was BLOWN away by the customer service here. They did a great job patching up my tire and my experience while my tire was getting fixed was amazing. The waiting area had snacks, drinks and coffee! Everyone was so sweet and when my car was done there was a sweet note candy waiting in my car. They went above and beyond to my first experience here a good one! I would recommend to EVERYONE!

I've been going to Christian Bros for years, at first the location in Grayson, and now in Sandy springs.The service has always been amazing and it's getting better over time.The crew is always extremely friendly and helpful. The waiting area and bathroom are clean, comfortable, and stocked with snacks and beverages.They have earned my trust with great service over the years, and now they even send you pictures as part of their report of the inspection of your car.I recommend them to anybody and everybody I know that needs to have their car looked at or fixed up.The inspection is complementary and more than once they've gone the extra step for me. You will not be disappointed in your choice to go to Christian Bros.

Prompt, courteous, and professional service!I took my car to Christian Brothers for a courtesy check. I received text messages throughout the process, letting me know when the inspection began, and again when the inspection had been completed and the technician was finalizing the report.I received a PDF of the findings and also received a breakdown of costs for the items that were identified. Items needing immediate attention were listed first, followed by items that could be addressed at a later time. All of this is invaluable, as it helps with planning and prioritizing. This was my first time at Christian Brothers. The clean and well maintained waiting room is an added bonus!

I have an Audi and unfortunately my front upper and lower control arm bushings were torn. I had an extended warranty through a third party so Audi wouldn t take that. My service advisor referred me to Christian Brothers Automotive. When I tell you everyone I spoke to from the initial call, to the initial visit and completion of my services was AMAZING!!! They really care about your car and your wallet. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE!! They sent texts with updates on my car throughout the process. They provided updates while awaiting approval from the warranty company. Excellent customer service!!!! Josh and Randy are the best . I ll definitely be back!!!Next up brakes!! Thanks everyone!!!

Great service. Got my truck done very quickly and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my truck. I needed new brake pads that they updated and showed me a live time picture.I wanted them to check my broken speaker and the manager said that he didn t want to charge me the $150 to take the door panel off when he doesn t even know if they ll be able to fix it. He could ve let me pay the $150 but incisted I didn t.

Yesterday, walked into the office and was greeting with the most amazing smiles and professionalism! Mr. John and Josh whom I ve known for sometime, has always been such a blessing to do business with. However, it s important to know that everyone is very polite and attentive! Myleft turning signal was out and Mr. Josh replaced it in a matter 2 minutes! No waiting, at all! I absolutely love the service and the staff! Every time I go there it s always a great experience!I trust them and will highly recommend them.

Ok...it is SO HARD to find good, honest people to help with any crazy thing that goes wrong with your car...and I have finally found them! Christian Brothers has the best series I have ever encountered when dealing with my car. Fast. Amazing communication. Honest. And felt comfortable talking to them about everything.Highly recommend!

Click More for full post.I wish I could do zero stars. Lots of change orders for a job they had already quoted too high. I agreed to the work, they ordered the parts, then the typical run around began with change orders. My truck was returned to me in worse condition than I brought it in. Would never recommend this shop to anyone.***Response to owner comments:Thank you for responding, I wasn t going to go into details but since it seems you don t quite understand my review, I will elaborate.I dropped my classic restoration off at your shop requesting to have the brake pads changed and the lines bled. I now realize I should have just done this myself as I was told by Randy that you guys never replace just brake pads . Rather, he advised me to move forward with new pads, calipers, rotors. I agreed to this work at a premium price. Then came the change orders because you guys didn t know what you were dealing with . My estimate ballooned to 3k but hey we can take a little off that for you . At which point, I kindly asked for you guys to just put the hub cover and wheel back on as I can perform the work on my own.This truck is a 1978 and has been fully restored by a custom shop in Florida 9 years ago. The brakes are not 45 years old. I am happy to send pictures. I measured the rotors with a rotor gauge in my garage and they are within normal tolerances and do not need to be replaced. A simple job was ballooned into a much larger task and out quoted beyond the context and scope of what was requested by your customer without you having any clear understanding or facts to support your quote for required work .As for picking up the truck in worse shape yes, this is absolutely the case. I have owned the truck for 1.5 years and it sits in my garage sometimes not running for 6 weeks at a time. No trickle charger. I have never had a dead battery. When I picked it up from your shop you told me, and I quote, we had to jump it off just to get it in the garage . When I came to pick it up, the battery was completely dead. Now, for the kicker, I have an inspection report from you guys that said you were unable to complete the inspection because you could not get the hood to open . I have pictures with the inspection report with the bronco sitting in your shop. Unless you have a way to jump it without opening the hood, the truck was pulled into your garage without jumping it off and the battery was somehow discharged before me taking delivery back of the vehicle.So, if I give your shop the absolute benefit of the doubt, let s say the charging system and battery did somehow die on your watch after functioning perfectly for the past 1.5 years. This means that you allowed a vehicle that came in with a functioning system to leave your shop with a new issue and you did not even offer to evaluate and try to diagnose or fix the issue. As I said, I would never recommend this shop to anyone.As for the profanity laced tirade in your lobby , allow me to clarify here as well. I said the battery is dead as a f****ing doornail directly to you. You re right, this language was uncalled for and I apologize for any customers that overheard my use of this one expletive.Lastly, I figured it might be helpful to post a couple pics of the rusted 45 year old truck for reference.Service: Auto brake repair

I took my daughter's car there for an oil change. They did an excellent job and it was a short wait. Very, very professional and loved the customer service. Ray, the lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. They also changed the inside look of the waiting room that included snacks and beverages. This made the wait more pleasant. The fee was affordable.

Had my Lincoln Navigator sitting on my property. Called Christian brothers and they had an opening. All I had to do was get my truck up there asap and they got to it just as fast. Quick diagnosis and they told me what the problem was. Was a little pricey but they definitely know what they are doing!

First time taking my vehicle to CBA. I really enjoyed my experience and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle the entire time. Highly recommend if you want excellent customer service and quality work at a good price.

Very thorough. Even though I've only had one appointment/visit to this establishment I can tell they take their customers to the utmost respect & satisfaction. I have never said that for any automotive shop I've ever been to so this is a first. I think I've found a gem.

Good customer service. These folks provide regular updates during service, and they also explain in detail if they find any issues during service. Price is reasonable and the most reliable service provider in this area. They also have a courtesy pickup and drop option. Complimentary coffee and snacks are available.

The office staff and technicians are very friendly and helpful. I had a tire issue and was in and out in less than an hour! They have also fixed an engine sensor issue for me and dealt directly with the warranty company so I didn t have to worry!Highly recommended!

I had never used this company before last Friday December 29th. I needed a repair done on my Charger and I stopped in at 2pm to take a chance that they may be able to help me.. The gentleman behind the counter came right outside got down on the ground and did the repair right then for me. After it was done he wouldNot accept any kind of payment! Now I thought this might happen if you were a regular customer but for someone that has never used them before I thought was awesome and couldn't imagine how good they are to their regulars. So I've decided to be a regular and they have earned my business moving forward! Thanks so much for the great service!

I hope it's OK to say that getting an oil change is delightful. Well if not too bad, because at Christian Brothers Sandy Springs that is the experience I had. It was efficient, friendly and seamless. They were professional and courteous. My only issue was the estimate was increased when they realized they ordered the incorrect battery. Other than that issue everything was a very good experience, I would recommend them and I will return to them for services on my vehicle.

I cannot recommend Josh & the guys at Christian Brothers enough. I was in a bind to get a pre-purchase vehicle inspection and the Chevy dealership recommended these guys.They were not only able to fit me in that day, they went way beyond the call of duty. Upon drop off and hearing my concerns, Josh immediately said "hop in; let's take it for a test drive". After the car inspection, they did some research on the internet looking for similar cars around the area for comparison, and then they went out to the car and patiently showed me their concerns and educated me on what needed to be addressed if I went through with the purchase.I felt very comfortable with these guys; it felt like I was talking to close friends.5 star service all the wayAgain; I cannot recommend them enoughDr. Al

Took my Acura RDX here 15 mins after noticing smoke coming from the hood of my vehicle. Dropped my car off around 10am and was ready for pick up by 5:15pm the same day! I was kept informed every step of the process via texts (diagnostics, sent thorough report listing all recommendations, parts were order, parts received, mechanic has begun working on vehicle, work has been completed, vehicle is being test driven, and lastly, your vehicle is ready).They even gave me a ride back to work after dropping my vehicle off-thank you, Rae!! I dealt with Skylar at the front desk, she was very kind and helpful! The overall cost was higher than I anticipated, but felt it was justified because of how efficient the process was plus the ease & convenience of the whole experience.Highly recommend! You re paying for a 5-star service (we all know that 5-star service typically isn t cheap!). Thanks so much for getting my car taken care of in such a timely manner!

Had to take my vehicle back when it started leaking antifreeze. This was after Christian Bros. successfully replaced the thermostat. They were determined to find the leak, and did. Thank you Josh, Justin, Steve, and the young lady at reception. Great service.

Great customer service and if you live near by you can get a ride home. And pickup when your car is done. If you have to wait Free Wifi, fresh baked cookies and coffee. My favorite of the waiting room is the comfortable sofa's. Best waiting room hands down.

Stopped in to Christian Bros this morning as I thought I had a problem with my 2015 Ford C-Max. I m driving to Canada Saturday morning. They did a diagnostic and only found a burned out break light. In and out within an hour. Courteous, Friendly and Professional. Going forward if I have any mechanical issues with my vehicle I will certainly go back to them. Thank you very much to the young lady at the reception desk along with the person who ran the diagnostic.
