This location did a poor job at replacing my window and with customer service.They did complete the job in less than 30 minutes but there was minor damage to my door panel near my speakers.When confronting the older dark haired woman at the shop about this, she claimed that they knew about the damage beforehand. However, they did not document anything, say anything, or take pictures. They had plenty of opportunities in which they should have informed me if this was the case.However, she attempted to blame this on the glass that must have scratched the surface when my vehicle was broken into. I took a picture of the door before my 9 A.M appointment and then after from the same position. I ve also shared a picture from the night of the break-in where the surface by the speaker shows no damage. There is a police report that also states there was no damage to the vehicle aside from the glass when the officer investigated the vehicle.I m sure they generally do a great job working with their customers and vehicles. I know it s minor damage caused by the shop but the treatment of customers and the inability to own up to it is what causes me to leave this so you can be cautious with this business.

Completely lost for words at how outstanding this company is.My 2012 ford had a fun run with a branch and when I called they had me in the next day.The receptionist was great help, and didn t treat me like an idiot when I asked questions.The guys that replaced it moved with speed and ease. Truly so thankful for them!!! 10/10 would recommend anytime!

Today 1/10/23 I had a windshield replaced at Auto Glass Roswell and had excellent service!Professional knowledgeable detail oriented and customer friendly! Very happy that they finished the job earlier than anticipated!

Ms. Trudy Z. recommend Xpress Auto Glass to me so I knew I was in good hands. Ms. BREE was the best, very professional, kind and understanding. I understood the process so I didn't bother her with questions like, is the glass there yet? Most people don't understand that it's a process. Call the insurance, file a claim, get approval, order the glass, get the glass, inspect the glass, make an appointment for you to come in, install the glass, all of these things take time. So stop bothering her, especially if you want it done professionally. I hope it doesn't happen again, but if it does, I know where to go and now you do too!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I had a large crack in my front windshield and called Xpress Auto Glass to replace it. Before replacing the windshield, I did not have water leaking into my car. After Xpress Auto glass replaced the windshield, I now have water leaking into my car every time it rains and it is damaging the interior. I followed up with them 4 times to fix it over several weeks and they would not accept responsibility. They blamed it on my sunroof drain valve getting disconnected and refused fix it. I don't know if that is true or what the issue actually is, but, I do know that the work they performed on my car caused water to start leaking into my car. I would rather have a cracked windshield than have water pouring into my car all the time. Can someone from management please contact me to make this right?If I don't hear anything back by the end of this week, I'll be filling a complaint with the better business bureau. Please contact me before thenThank you for getting back to me. I'll gladly change my one star review when the leaking issue has been resolved. I understand that mistakes can happen and that's ok, but, when something is damaged on my car in the process of replacing the windshield, there should be actions taken to mitigate those damages. If you don't offer the services to make those kinds of repairs in house, then arrangements should be made on your end. I've had water leaking into me car for weeks since you replaced my windshield and have had to take extra precautions so my interior doesn't get damaged worse. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this issue.It's May 25th 2023, the issue was never resolved. Management never contacted me. I'm having to fix the issue on my own at my own expense. I should have spent more money with a reputable and responsible company. This company is just sad and I regret contacting them and waisting my time with them.

Xpress Auto Glass was recommended by my Jeep dealership after a small rock cracked my windshield on the highway. The staff was so easy to deal with and scheduled me for the next day. The technician Michael was equally impressive and communicated his travel time prior to arriving. Xpress was able to get done in 3 days what Safelite couldn t do in 4 months!! Their communication and customer service is great and they work fast and efficient. Literally, I will never go to another safelite shop again. Xpress Auto Glass only my any of my auto glass needs.

Jeff said he'd be at my home early, arrived at 8am, done by 8:45am!! Professional service. Price is well below quotes from Abra and Safelite. Used Pilkington glass, not cheap quality China grade glass. Warranted for as long as I own the car!

Great experience! Brittany and Bri were so helpful and answered all of my questions - even the ones that weren t about my windshield! I needed a simple repair to my existing windshield and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They were honest about what could be done and listened to my concerns. I will definitely be coming back if I need glass help again.

I needed my windshield removed to replace old molding and have new sealant applied due to wind noise when driving on highway. When I called the office Bree was very knowledgeable about the different causes of water leaks with windshields, sunroofs and draining systems. The pricing was good and she was able to schedule a mobile repair the next day. Devon came to my house and did a GREAT job removing the windshield without breaking it! He was very thorough and aligned all the moldings and weatherstripping perfectly. Definitely going to have them replace my sunroof and blow out the drain tubes. If you are going to use this company make sure you first discuss what kind of windshield glass they are going to use. I had done business with them before with excellent results so I trusted them but this windshield replacement was a disaster. They decided to use a solar tinted glass that was not even close to what was in the car then told me this was all they could get for my vehicle but never bothered to tell me this in advance. Ended up having to taking it to another provider to have the windshield redone with Pilkington glass. Also damaged my steering wheel somehow by spilling some sort of chemical on it.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Surprisingly low price for my Lexus windshield replacement, as my vehicle requires much more work to be performed than the typical auto. Bree was delightful to work with - and they got my vehicle in and out in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place! I walked up with some rare windows that needed new trim that I had purchased. They stopped what they were doing and on the spot were able to remove the old trim and replace it with the new trim without breaking or scratching the glass. Highly recommended!!

I don't think i have ever had a more pleasant experience taking my car to be repaired. The mirror on my windshield fell off as I was driving down the road and they reattached it for me in a short amount of time while I waited at a very reasonable price! (BMW's solution - buy a new windshield with a new mirror attached :( even if each is perfectly good on it's own)I will always get my auto glass serviced at this location.5 stars +++Service: Auto windshield repair
