Exceptional customer service. We had a 2 and 1 year old and they made them feel so welcome gave them snacks drinks coloring books. Been to multiple car dealerships and we ve never been so comfortable with the prices, the process, and the customer service. All the guys that work there worked hard to get us the best loan and interest rate they could find. It s rare to find honest car sales men. Go here! You won t regret it.

Great selection of well running nice luxury vehicles. I purchased a Dodge Durango from them yesterday and They had wonderful customer service and also did not waste our time. They moved swiftly and handled everything efficiently. I definitely will recommend them to many people that I know they also have wonderful prices.

I recently purchased a 2011 Mustang GT from Town and Country after visiting or interacting with 20+ dealerships. Justin quickly responded to my inquiry and asked me to see him last because he knew I would want to buy from them. The car was ready, fully detailed, and full of gas which had not been my experience everywhere else. Justin was engaging and transparent in the process of both selling and negotiating the final price. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to deal with a professional that wanted to sell a car to me. I highly recommend them, and I am thrilled with my new Mustang.

Yooooo! I love my new truck. When I say Omar Villa just practically gave me this truck. It was no hate in His Spirit. I have been to 1001 car dealerships spoken to 2002 people and no one will let me purchase a vehicle I wanted. I got mad love for Omar Villa for this one cause this can be one of the realest things somebody s ever done for me. .. Thanks Omar you truly made car buying easy My G!!. Great customer service. They also have wonderful technicians. They look over all the vehicles. I almost got that Corvette. Please support Town & Country Motors, 11. They are like real hero s.

This place may be the best place to bay a car! When they say online price that's what they mean. No hassle, Omar and Justin took their time, very professional and made sure that I got the best deal in town I have already been highly recommening them to friends and co-workers. I recently purchased a 2006 chrysler 300, and love it!

I was really impressed with this dealership. They were not only friendly, but they were efficient. Every prior car purchase was always a hassle, until this purchase at Town and Country Motors. They had the car ready for my husband to test drive, as promised via a quick email. Financing was a breeze, even with the addition of our trade in. Tate was wonderful to work with, and answered all of our questions and concerns regarding our auto loan and warranty. I like the fact that they are a smaller family owned business, the interaction felt very personable.

Great group of professionals at this small family run operation.Super friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and just a wonderful experience overall. I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from them and it turned out to be an awesome vehicle so far.I would recommend them any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Omar was really helpful, offered us a deal, and didn t pressure us. The dealership really doesn t look like much from the outside but after finding a car on CARFAX and going through them we had no issues. I d buy through them again.

Had a great buying experience here with Omar and Justin! Kept me calm throughout the lengthy financing process. I bought a Jeep Wrangler that was missing a backseat and from the date of my purchase they stayed in contact with me regarding the order of my seat. A couple weeks later Justin notified me that seat was delivered and they installed quickly! Thank you all for such a honest and easy experience. Enjoying my new ride!!! Would highly recommend

Best experience I have had at any dealership. I have been looking for a Lexus LS430 for quite a while and they had the perfect one for a great price and decent mileage. Omar and Justin are professional, honest, and overall amazing to work with. I was never pushed or pressured to get a newer, more expensive car. The process was quick and easy which is great for a first time car buyer. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for great quality vehicles!

Great people. You can tell they want you to make the best decision for yourself. Omar took great care of me. As did Tate.The numbers we discussed over the phone were in fact the numbers on paper. In my experience that doesn t always happen.I can t guarantee I ll be back because I look for specific vehicles, and they had the one this time. But I can tell ya I d absolutely work with them again.It also helps if was the best priced model I found, and they matched my highest trade offer.

Great dealership to buy a vehicle, salesman was great and didn t pressure. Very reasonable price and vehicle was actually nicer than the picture online. These people are very honest on description of vehicles. Highly recommend! Will be buying more vehicles in future

I have been in the market for Mint condition FJ CRUISER for years and boom it happened on my birthday, I found the FJ I wanted but it was in GA and I was in TX. I had a great experience working with Omar Villa and especially the store manager Justin Patterson. Justin not only kept his word on holding the car for me until we take care of the transaction but also worked relentlessly to get the car over to Austin. I ve had the car for over a month now and more than happy with my purchase and experience. Thank you Justin and Omar, I would 100% buy from Justin again even if it s an out of state purchase. Kudos to town and country team!!

I haven t purchased yet, but I worked a little bit with Brad the general manager. I actually sat in his office a little bit too long because I was kind of anticipating the normal push hard before you are ready to purchase experience, but it never happened.Definitely excited to see you if I can make something happen and pick up the car from him.

Buying a car is probably one of the most frustrating experiences well, not this time. I recently purchased a car from here, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I never once felt like they were being pushy or trying to pressure me into making a purchase. They respected my time and allowed me to take my time to consider my options.What really stood out to me was how trustworthy they felt. I felt confident in the information they were providing me with, and I never felt like they were trying to hide anything from me. It was refreshing to work with a dealership that valued transparency and honesty above all else. (Again, not common in this businesses)Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider buying from them again in the future. If you're looking for a dealership that puts their customers first, I highly recommend giving them a visit. My car was absolutely clean and in perfect conditions! Thank you!

Let me just say this when it came to financing my first car Justin was amazing! He walked me through the entire process and was very understanding and knowledgeable when it came to my questions! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody. After I purchased my car and had questions or concerns Justin still answered the phone on the first ring and provided me with great customer service! Buying a car is hard we don t know who to trust but when I say this was one of the best experiences when it came to getting a car it really was .. Don t think twice go see Justin and tell him Sydney helped you!

I recently purchased a beast of a truck (2011 Chevrolet 2500HD Duramax) from here. My overall experience with Omar, was top notch. I was highly impressed with how detailed he was and how friendly the staff was. I would highly recommend them and will buy from them again. Thank you Omar!

This is by far the easiest and most pleasant dealer experience I have ever had, bar none. Omar and Justin were a pleasure to deal with, and I couldn't have asked for more from them. no pressure, very fair prices, and just a generally good atmosphere.Omar had the truck I ended up purchasing detailed and ready for me to take for a test drive. He handed me the keys and told me I could take the vehicle out on the highway to see how it does at higher speeds. I do about 95% highway driving, so this was important to me, and a lot of dealers balk at this simple request.When we returned from the test drive, it was less than 30 minutes from us agreeing to a price to me driving off the lot with my new truck, which is a credit to how efficient they are. You definitely get the feeling that they value your time, and appreciate your business. I hate most dealers, but this one is the exception, and I will definitely do business with them in the future.Also, the office had some high quality snacks and drinks, which my 8 year-old really appreciated. Overall fantastic experience. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

Justin and Omar were great!!! This was my first time buying a car ever by myself and they were so helpful and nice. Considering that I m young and a female so I don t have that much knowledge in cars/buying a car, they made sure to walk me through every process and explain everything thoroughly to me so that I m well understood on everything. On top of that, they made a long/hard process into an easy and fast one. There customer service is awesome! Most dealerships are so pushy and aggressive which makes me feel so uncomfortable pushing me to not want to buy but they were the exact opposite. It s like the customers happiness meant more! 10/10 will recommend this place to family and friends!

We had a great experience at Town & Country Motors. We drove two hours to look at a truck here that we saw online. We were not familiar with this dealership, but the previous 5-star reviews were accurate. Justin and Omar were a pleasure to work with. Omar was very nice and had the truck ready for a test drive once we arrived. Justin was very knowledgable, customer-oriented, and worked very hard to get the price within our budget. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to return in the future!

Beat place to buy a vehicle! I was in and out in about an hour that includes the test drive! These guys are awesome! There is a reason they have been in business so long! Go buy a vehicle from them!!

Omar was great. He was there for me when I had questions and he got my car all ready for me. Justin is amazing and a miracle worker. I've never had such a great experience at a car dealership before. These people are unicorns in the industry. Definitely most definitely come check them out. You won't be disappointed.

I have been very impressed with the dealership and staff. We stopped in to look at a specific SUV we have been looking to buy and they had the exact model with low miles in their inventory. We called and set an appointment to look at the SUV. When we arrived at the dealership they made the whole buying process easy and was willing to work with a few changes and updates to the SUv we requested. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting superior service, friendly staff and a great support.
