Just had The Collision Company repair an incident I had with a garage door on my Mercedes AMG e53. This is the 4th or 5th time I ve used TCC, and as usual, they did spectacular work. In addition to doing quality work, they are professional, competitively priced, and very accommodating in every way.

I recommend this place a million times over. Not only did they fix my car to where it looks like it was never in an accident, but they updated me the entire way and handled EVERYTHING for me. Tina and Chris are amazing and I will be recommending everyone to The Collision Company that needs repairs. It's very hard to find honest companies out there, but here is one. They really took care of me and went above and beyond. Words can't describe how thankful I am for them. Thank you Tina, Chris and the entire Collision Company staff!!!

Stephanie absolutely saved the day for me and was able to ease my anxiety surrounding the repairs I needed for my car. I called about 10 other collision companies this morning and they were all at capacity (which I understand), but no one wanted to help me or provide me with any additional information. Stephanie took the time to call the Goodyear that my car is currently at to see what was actually going on and she called her local mechanic to try to get me in. She didn't have to take those extra steps, but I felt so taken care of and I definitely will recommend this location in the future!

The Collision Company is 1st Rate. Exceptional customer service from both Tina and Stephanie. Tina is the Production Manager and she's the best. She took all the stress off our hands and worked with the courier company's insurance company to settle the insurance claim for the damage done to my friend's 2003 Toyota Camry. What a relief! Tina let us know we were entitled to a free car rental because the courier company that hit my friend's car was at fault. The car rental was quick and easy because Enterprise is literally a block away.The Auto-Body repair workmanship is outstanding and my friend's car looks even better than before the accident. Everyone at The Collision Company went above and beyond to make our repair experience a great one. When we picked up my friend's car the exterior and interior were spotless. Wow! They clearly take Great Pride in their Work. Even if I lived 25 miles from their location I would bring my vehicle here for auto body repair. They are clearly experts at what they do and the quality of their workmanship is exceptional. This explains why they are an Authorized Repair Facility for Bentley cars. I did some painstaking research on auto body repair in the Roswell/Alpharetta area and I'm happy to say that all the positive reviews about The Collision Company reviews are true. I highly recommend the Collision Company.

Our customer service experience with this company was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! From the day I dropped off my vehicle to the day I picked it up, they kept me updated on the status of the repairs...I received a phone call with status at least 2x per week! Tina (manager) is very knowledgeable about the process and was very helpful in getting my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible! The QUALITY of work from this shop is the best we've experienced! Highly recommend The Collision Co. for your vehicle repairs!!!!!

This has been the most incredible experience of top service, excellent customer care and the best people-oriented team I have ever experienced. They immediately assisted me, kept me calm and handled everything for me. They were absolute lifesavers. I got my car back today and when I pulled away it felt like I'm driving away with a brand new vehicle! It smells amazing and shines brightly. The unfortunate break-in is long gone and it is all because of people and companies like this that truly cares about their customers, but also walk the talk and takes pride and ownership of their work day in and day out. I would recommend their services with a smile and a big yes!! They are the BEST!! Thank you to everyone at The Collision Company Roswell! I appreciate everything you have done for me! Thank YOU a million times!!

I don t write reviews very often, but I've had such a great experience working with The Collision Company that I felt compelled to post one. Everything about my experience with them has been positive from the setting up of the appointment to the time they spent with me going over the work (custom fenders for my Porsche) to the quality of their work. Tina and Chris did a great job keeping me informed of the status of my repairs as well as were very accommodating of my schedule. And most importantly, I couldn t be happier with the results! I have already had them work on several of my other cars since this initial project, and will most definitely be using them again in the future.

Outstanding work and service. The manager is so communicative and really went to bat for us with the insurance company. We are delighted with the quality of the repairs: the technicians made the car look and run like new. We also really appreciated their transparency about the whole process. Highly recommended!

When my son s truck was involved in an accident I was so stressed out. He s a student at UGA and trying to make all the arrangements with all the moving parts was crazy. But a very good friend recommended The Collision Company. The staff is amazing! Tina is so helpful she put me at ease and assured me they would make his truck as good as new again. The wait for the rental was going to be a while before they picked me up so the owner of the company actually dropped me off at the car rental. I highly recommend them so far!

My dad used to say, " I don't care about how much you know, until I know how much you care". Well I know both about this company and it is A LOT! They did a great job on restoring my minivan to pre-hit and run condition. The employees are wonderful. I took my vehicle to 3 places for estimates and decided on The Collision Company because of the professionalism and knowledge of the estimator. I felt good here and I was right. I had occasion to meet and interact with others that work there and found them friendly and passionate about their work and the company. Nice to see that.

You can actually trust what Tina will tell you. They are a small professional shop that know what they are doing since you'll see in their bay Bentleys, Audi's, Mercedes and so on. 2 times they fixed my cars and the color was perfect match.They will also work with your insurance directly to get the repairs done and paid.This is my go to place for healing my cars.

Not only did they restore my paint to better than factory, they coordinated with my detailer to get a ceramic coating applied so it was truly a one-stop-shop. While this for the most part would be expected to qualify for 5 stars what really puts The Collision Co. over the top is the customer service and attention to detail. Tina went so far beyond my expectations to keep my updated on the process, answer any and all questions and repeatedly made offers to take care of odds and ends so the customer experience was as painless and smooth as possible.I got quotes from other shops and their customer experience and pricing just don't compete. Tina, Chris and the team at The Collision Co. have won my business for as long as I live in the ATL!

Had the door on my 2020 BMW X5 fixed here. The car had less than 900 miles on it so I was very worried about getting it back to factory condition. They did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the outcome!

Excellent team of people effectively delivering a high quality final product. This is a company that takes pride in doing it right the first time. Success starts with great leadership and the owners are intimately involved with exceeding customer expectations on a daily basis. They've exceeded my expectations in every respect and then some. This is the place you trust to work on your Bentley or your 7-figure Ferrari, along with anything else in the garage. Being in the automotive industry, specifically on the exotic car scene, I've had first hand experience with things going very wrong where body repairs are concerned. Collision Co., by far, outshines the rest.

I have a partial wrap on the hood of my pearl white Tesla MS, and after 48,000 miles the car is in excellent condition except for two half inch scratches just above the XPEL wrap. Before I replace my partial wrap I decided to see if I could get these two scratches fixed. My wife went to The Collision Company in Roswell to get an estimate. Josh had one of the guys on the floor look at it and in just a few minutes sanded and buffed the scratch out completely! There was no hard sell to repaint the entire hood like I received at another repair shop. Josh and team just wanted to provide the highest quality service possible and leave a customer satisfied.The Collision Company will be my first choice whenever I need any collision repair or paint work done. Highly recommended.

My son s car got a fender bender in a parking lot. I took it to St�phanie and it was delivered back to me on time better than new and at the price quoted! now I m going to take my other car in from damage it sustained in the same parking lot, UGH. this is one of those companies you re so happy somebody told you about!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

A real professional group from the time I walked in to the day I had work completed. The quality of work performed was excellent. Chris kept me updated throughout the entire process. When comes to cars, I am extremely meticulous and demand nothing short of excellence from the people that perform work on my vehicles. Kevin and the team at The Collision Company have been working on my cars since they first opened. I have to say that I have become a very loyal customer as they have proven time and again that they take personal accountability to make sure the job is done right and with the highest of standards. Over the years, they have repainted bumpers on my Acura MDX and BWM, painted and installed a rear wing on my Porsche Boxster and recently, repaired and painted the front bumper and brake calipers on my Maserati Gran Turismo. Kevin stands by his work and has fixed even the pickiest items for me. I wouldn t take my cars to any other place in town. Top notch!

It took 4 trips in a month to get my VW fixed, because they sent the car to the dealer after they fixed the bumper and then they returned it back to me with all the parts not even placed correctly, you could see the tail light sunk in, the gap on the side and the clips- they did not even inspected how the parts were put back. Then the car key won t work, because they left the keyless receiver disconnected, we were stranded. Then the car was delivered again with a half an inch misalignment, and Tina Landeck insinuated we caused the damage when it was never fixed in the first place.Big disappointment- if you don t have an Audi, Porsche or Bentley, don t bother going there- you Won t be given the benefit of the doubt or getting an apology when they screw it up. They tell you in writing they will help and then They do not return your emails or calls. do yourself a favor and go to the VW certified classic collision in kennesaw, previous work was done prefectly, it did not take a month of begging to get it done, and they give you the benefit of the doubt. Their reviews in kennesaw are not 4 stars but the service beats the one at this location and they take the car to Jim Ellis that is 100% accountable and customer service oriented compared to Nalley, that fixes one thing and brakes 2 others.

Good experience with this shop during the repair of my truck. They were informative and kept me in the loop about the repair process, they also made sure my truck was repaired correctly and were thorough in the repair process to make sure it was a factory like repair not cheap and quick. Will definitely use them in the future, customer for life.

Rides new...they were professional and got the job done. They were also able to quickly ID the correct fix and they do NOT go based off of what insurance company says. Smooth process and again friendly people that got it done.
