I brought my vehicle to Sun Valley Collision after I was struck by another vehicle on the driver side. Terry quickly reviewed the damage and compared it to the insurance adjuster's estimate and worked closely with the insurance carrier from that point forward. The completed work on the vehicle looked great, but I must commend Terry on his communication throughout the entire process and for working seamlessly behind the scenes with the insurance carrier. I would not hesitate using Sun Valley Collision in the future.

Sun Valley Collision is the best for all your collision needs! They are honest , the staff is very knowledgeable and cares about what you need and shows genuine concern for your traumatic experience! Moe is very personable and understanding Wayne and the others stay busy as well, but never make you feel less important than anyone else! The work they do is always amazing and I would not trade them in for all the tea in China!! I could say so much more, but please use them for your vehicle services, you will come out on TOP . My back passenger door has not been functional for months. Dealership said it was a bad latch but quoted a crazy price. Terry quoted me a reasonable price and got the part ordered. Upon inspection when I dropped off my car he realized it wasn t a bad latch, but a child safety lock issue that was quickly and easily resolved. I really appreciated his honesty and ability to quickly identify the real issue. I will absolutely be recommending him to friends and family and will use Sun Valley Collision in the future.

They lost parts for my car and didnt even try to fit the new panels on properly. I asked them to fix it, they said they would and bought non genuine parts to replace the one's they lost. They are the cheapest option for a reason.

Terry and his team are amazing!! They are straightforward and honest, which is especially helpful being a woman. I came here after I was rear ended and Terry and his team took great care of my vehicle and it looks completely brand new. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone after a collision. Exceptional customer service. Expect nothing less than professional, honest and dependable repairs. I went to Sun Valley because they were highly recommended by my longtime family mechanics at Kelly and Stan Auto. The location is great, easy to find and the staff is welcoming and friendly. They may not be the biggest shop in town but I will say this small company offered superior customer service than what I have experienced at the larger shops and dealers. To me it seemed so much more personal and I understood what was really going on with my car. Everything went as they promised and I was thrilled with the workmanship. From the beginning, James was upfront and very straightforward. He communicated clearly with me about my car repairs and pricing. There was not a claim nor did I go through insurance to pay for my repairs. I felt that Sun Vally took this into consideration when quoting my price therefore making my repairs more affordable. I intend to refer all my friends and family to Sun Valley Collision. I will never go any where else!

Sun Valley Collision is excellent! They recently repaired our 2009 Lincoln MKX. They did a great job and the service was great! In particular, I want to thank Mo, Darryl and James. Great communication and we re very pleased with the overall results. They went above and beyond. I give them five stars and highly recommend them to everyone.

Sun Valley Collision went way above expectations and took great care of me! I was in my first accident and didn't know anything about auto repair and the process. I'm a AAA member and was referred to use them by my local AAA, and was beyond impressed. I needed a lot of hand-holding since I didn't know much about working with somebody else's insurance and how the process would work, and Mo helped me out and answered all my questions along the way. She was super responsive both on the phone and over email. When I first arrived I was there with my 2 year old and Mo was so friendly and kind, even though I was still pretty emotional since the accident had just happened.During the rest of the process I mainly worked with Chad, and he was so great about keeping me updated and leaving voicemails and emails for me when needed. They even made sure that they were up-to-date with the quickest way to get claims filled with Allstate and was able to quickly go through all the supplemental processing.The best part of all this was that I was under a huge time crunch to leave town and was told by friends and family that getting your car fixed after an accident takes forever, but Chad, Mo, and the team worked to not only get me my car back by when I needed it but actually got it back to me two days earlier than expected, and with a nice fresh car wash!I cannot recommend them enough as there is literally nothing they could have done better! Thank you Sun Valley Collision!

Dana Breton was terrific! She listened to me about everything I wanted and needed.They all went above and beyond for me.I was so happy when I saw my car!Absolutely pleased with their work as well as how well I was treated.They followed up with me as they went and made sure I understood everything that was going on.Thank you

Sun Valley Collision did a amazing job fixing up my Dodge dart for me. Highly recommend everyone use this collision shop. The staff are super friendly. They seem to know exactly what there doing and I got my dart back looking great.

This place is awesome and so are the employees! They worked with me to get my car repaired in a timely manner. The repair work including the paint job was spot on; I can't even tell where the damage was. I couldn't have asked for better service and work.

AAA referred me to Sun Vally Collison. And I'm so glad I didn't listen to the other car insurance company. Everyone is super sweet and friendly. It took about less then a month. But you can't rush the process. Thank you, to the amazing mechanics and the staff members. Y'all are truly amazing. (:

Ms. Mahogony "Mo" Parker was amazing throughout the entire process. I hate dealing with car issues, but she made it very easy and convenient. She patiently answered all of my tedious questions and was extremely courteous! Thank you so much, Ms. Mo!!

My truck was involved in a head on collision. It wasn't terrible, but I am meticulous. They were able to put the truck back to better than previous and in a good quick manner.
