This auto service shop has a very honest and hard working staff, they don t try to get you to do a bunch of repairs you don t need, no fluff, just simple and direct problem solving. The prices are extremely hard to beat considering the quality of service and the work ethic of the team at Smith Tire. These are very good people who will treat you right, and never fail to go above and beyond to make sure that your vehicle is completely safe to drive. A special thank you to Aaron and Melvin for their stellar customer service and comprehensive knowledge.

I wouldn t take my truck anywhere else!! They do such great work at Smith Tire and Service, and you won t find better prices anywhere around. On top of that they don t do anything unnecessarily just to get more money out of you. If you re tired of gettin jacked around and robbed by other auto shops then come here, you ll be relieved you did.

Fast, friendly and professional service. The prices are affordable however the parking is limited. The technician will pull your car into the bay to service it. I will likely visit this location again.

I think the phone call lasted maybe 15 seconds. I looked at the reviews and seen that these people were so helpful so I was excited to call and have the same experience but I got cut off when I was asking for help on a tire size. I didn t have all the number and he cut me off and told me that it doesn t help him at all. I m taken back because the reviews said they were the most knowledgeable but that wasn t my experience. I had called over several places and none of their reviews said how knowledgeable they were but they all were able to look up my tire size. I m just gonna assume they didn t want they money or have the tools to look for my tire size

I love the fellas at Smith Tire. They take care of all the cars in my family. I can send my kids there and know they will not be sold a line of bull. They are reliable and honest and know cars.

Called and they were able to see me immediately. Really helpful group of guys who know a lot about tires. $30 to patch a slowly leaking tire Aaron is the man!

Dropped in w my son to replace a couple of ATV tires. The guys helped teach my son how to do it himself and refused payment. Fantastic guys, great service, and my son learned a good lesson he can use later!

Driving up you may give Smith Tire second thoughts, but don't let the looks deceive you. The mechanics are amazing and friendly. The whole team exudes honesty which may not be the first thing you think about but it should be. Aaron is excellent and easy to work with. We use Smith Tire for everything we can when servicing our cars.

Rick is the man with the plan! I came in on a recommendation for tire work from Roswell Auto and Simth s tire has been my tire place ever since. Kindest folks in the business and the quickest service around. Got a set of new tires ordered and installed in less than 30 mins. Didn t even have time to put the groceries up before we got the call, the car was ready. The whole team at Smith s Tire is courteous and friendly and made everything easy. And the pricing is within budget every time!

They quickly found some tires that fit my car and even stayed open past closing just to make sure I was taken care of, all with a friendly smile on their face. Fast and excellent service!!! I will definitely use this business in the future and recommend it to others as well.

Melvin, Rick, Aaron and the rest of the Smith Tire team are great! They have worked on two of my vehicles over the last 5 years. They are friendly and considerate when providing service. Most recent they fixed the AC on my Odyssey. I m always pleased with their work and reasonable prices.

GREATTTTTTTT PLACE !!They do not make service shops like this any more seriously! The staff is top tier, everyone is kind and willing to help you. Aaron, Melvin, Rick, & Enrique really makes anyone feel like they are family. I don't care what car I have or where I got it from, I can always rely on SMITH TIRE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE IN THE ATLANTA/ROSWELL AREA!

These guys are awesome! We have been coming to them my entire life span. I remember coming to their shop to get tires as a little girl and now any time I need an oil change, new brakes, new tires, anything I come to them. They re inexpensive and are some of the most honest mechanics I ve had the luck of meeting. I feel like they genuinely look out for my car and mine s needs no matter what.

As you know, finding a first class auto service that s you trust can be a challenge. SMITH TIRE and the fellas that work there are 1st rate. The service is excellent and fast! I always feel 100% well cared for. It is very hard to find a mechanic shop like Smith Tire & Service nowadays. Most mechanics are dishonest, and they try to sell you whatever they can because the employees work on comission. This is not the case with this shop. If you are someone who is looking for a mechanic that you can trust, that will not rip you off and that will give your car the exact service that it needs (nothing more, nothing less), then Smith Tire is the place to go.

A patient recommended that I d use their services and that they were excellent mechanics with their pricing.. I took my daughters car there and they were quickly able to find a bad switch and wire that is all fixed at a very fair price outstanding service highly recommend

I have always had bad experience with mechanics till I came to Smith tire.Melvin and Enrique we're very helpful. Very trustworthy unlike other mechanics that try to rip you off they tell you exactly what you need with no extra parts or labor. I will highly recommend Smith Tire. I will be a forever long customer thank you Smith tire for such a great business experience.

Came here after visting another shop who quoted a much higher cost for a brake job. After completing the work, my car still wasn't right. These guys made sure they got the job done right. They did not charge extra for the additional work or parts. Highly satisfied and will return for honest work at a fair price.

Me and daughter has been coming here since 2008When we moved from Michigan we didn't know who to trust with are vehicles ..They 've took care of all are needs while lived in Roswell then and now currently in stone mountain ( yes I will travel ,thats how I truly them with work on my vehicles ) from my 1971 deuce and a quarter to 2012 Genesis ( also i had few other vehicle in between. )There on point keeping Us First Lady on Road

We came in driving with a shredded spare tire and a tire with a nail in it, even though they had several cars being worked on they had us in and out in under 15 minutes!!!!! Everyone who worked there was so nice and knowledgeable and the price was beyond reasonable! Thank you so much guys!!

Fast and friendly service. Easy in and out. Never feel uncomfortable as a lady in a car shop and that is not always true. I trust them to treat me fairly.
