They are the best service provider that we deal with on a regular basis. Not just the best repair shop, but I m talking about everything. They are honest, well priced, and they do great work. If the rest of the world functioned this well, it would be a much better place. Thanks guys!

Vehicle Purchase. I saw a vehicle online and decided to call and see if it was still available. Josh answered and advised me that it was. When I got there, the car was freshly detailed and glistening. We went for a test drive and the car was in amazing condition. We got back and I decided to purchase the vehicle. He was able to get me approved based on my credit and down payment; even though my credit is not ideal. The vehicle was fully detailed and had a full tank of gas when I left. I am completely happy with their service, staff and assistance. Thanks.

It was a great experience, except that one item was not addressed. I had a small cover that is on the bumper and covers an opening in the bumper. The cover does not stay in place and keeps on coming out. I requested it to be fixed, but it still is coming off. However, overall, this is a fantastic service department. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. The loaner process is very effective and easy. I have been coming to this dealership for 10 years as both my sons also have Infiniti s .Service: General repairs & maintenance

I love getting serviced at Roswell Infiniti because they are super friendly, fast, they have excellent wifi so I always bring my laptop to work while I wait, offer free carwash, they have good coffee and snacks, and they are very thorough in their maintenance check so I know what areas I need to keep and eye on and can budget for when larger fixes need to occur (brakes, etc.). If I have errands I need to run, they offer me a very nice service vehicle! Top Notch Service Department!Service: Oil change

They misdiagnosed my car, they admitted it, they didn t fix the car and they took my $1800, and refused to refund my money. Instead they wanted me to pay another $8000 within 48 hours of their screwup. The highlights are in the screenshots attached. See for yourself the scam called Roswell Infiniti of North Atlanta.
