It's always a pleasure working with Dominic at Roswell Infiniti. We've purchased 2 luxury vehicles. The test drives are always fun and full of information about all the bells, whistles and top notch technology. The entire team is awesome! They are like family. :)

My wife and I both LOVE the SERVICE Dept. at Roswell of INFINITI! We bring all our cars here for service because they know how to fix any make/model we've ever had from Nissan to Volkswagen. They always treat us with honest direct answers, and never make us feel pressured into fixing anything we can't at our time of our visit say during an oil change or tire rotation. Totally recommend them for no hassle quality customer service from their service staff!

We have been visiting this facility since 2022 and have had great experiences. My service advisor was Fredy and he was courteous and patient while listening to my inquiries and answering them. The express service is equally great. Esmeralda was the advisor and she took very good care of the overall service.Likes: Courteous staff; simple and efficient drop off and pick up process; after service vehicle vacuum and exterior wash; adherence to promised service times; courtesy service; transparency with service/repair cost.Dislike: None so far.

I am happy to say I received 5-star service from Roswell INFINITY. From the moment I walked in, Wendell treated me like a friend he's known for years. My experience at dealerships is usually dreadful, but Wendell approached the sale as an encouraging friend answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns - rather than a pushy, selfish salesman. I had no intention on purchasing a car that day. But I ended up driving home in my new INFINITY.I especially appreciate that Wendell's top-notch service didn't end after the sale; he connected me with their service department who was able to address any concerns I had. Erika, Scott and Mulchan (?) were wonderful as well.Thank you again, Wendell! And thank you Roswell Infinity.

My experience at Roswell INFINITI of North Atlanta dealership was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff who were willing to answer all my questions. The variety of vehicles on display was impressive, and they helped me find the perfect car that suited my needs and budget. The transaction was transparent and without any unpleasant surprises, which gave me confidence in my purchase. Additionally, the after-sales service has been equally impressive, with a customer service team always ready to help. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car with a hassle-free experience and excellent service.I personally want to thank Elizabeth Marshall for the good service she provided me and for her professionalism in explaining everything to me with transparency, honesty and efficiency.100% recommended :)

We bought a grand wagoneer here from Dominic! He was absolutely wonderful! First time we ve ever purchased from a dealer, and compared to the other dealerships, wow what a pleasant experience! We drove all the way to KY so I was nervous, but everything was exactly what they had told me. Matt, the finance guy was also so friendly. We enjoyed the whole experience! Very clean as well!

And the service performed on my seized brake system was done right , at a fair price. I've been at many service establishments in my lifetime. This one is the best.

One of the better, cleaner, and customer service oriented dealerships I have visited. Ask for Fredy Flores when you have your car serviced. He is very informative, provides updates on your car, let's you know of any specials or discounts available, can provide you with insider knowledge and details of your vehicle. This is the best place I've had customer service for my car. The customer service level ranks with the customer service experience at an Enterprise Car Rental, Chik-fi-la, and the Four Seasons resort (Well not to that level due to the hotel industry, but you get the general point). Beverages and snacks are readily available in the waiting area, clean environment, and the staff is helpful, and the loaners are clean. No long waits. Infiniti cars are the best bank for the buck. My Lexus dealership is a close 2nd, but the smiles and customer attention seem more genuine at this Infiniti dealership.

I like Roswell Infiniti, always feel welcome there, I ve been servicing my car there and was always happy with my visits. I like the way they operate. Elizabeth was very accommodating and informative. We bought gls450 extremely clean, and another we looked at another vehicle for son, and it was extremely clean as well I use to detail used cars once, and I was impressed. Great price if as well.

I worked with Jennifer to purchase my wife a QX80 and could not more highly recommend her. She was altogether different than what I expected from a sales person. Kind, friendly, not pushy in the slightest and very prompt in communication. If you are looking for someone to help you find the right car, look no further. I have a 2018 Q50 (that I LOVE) that needed towed for some attention. I called Roswell Infiniti & spoke to Chris H. He was knowledgeable & talked me through everything. The tow arrived at Infiniti & Chris walked out to greet me. He got my info, walked me over to Bianca who set me up with a loaner car & I was out the door in literally 10 minutes. Super efficient service department & everyone was so kind & helpful!!!Update: Chris H. called me first thing yesterday morning with the diagnosis on my car. He answered all my questions & sent me a written proposal. In a very short time he sent me a pickup time-which was under 24 hours of my drop off! The pickup was as quick & efficient as the drop off. Over the years I have been to many service centers-Roswell Infiniti is BY FAR the best experience I have EVER had!! I am excited to find a service center that I feel I can trust to look out for me & not just their bottom line. And did I mention, my car had been cleaned inside & out when I picked it up?!?! AMAZING!!!!

My car's tire pressure sensor light was on despite my tire pressure being fine. I took my car in for servicing and got in right away. The issue was a dead battery in one of my tire sensors, which was replaced. In addition, my car was washed and I was on my way in about an hour. I'm consistently pleased with the service I receive at Roswell Infiniti!

This is a classy place to get your car serviced. They greet you quick, keep you posted on the status, and even wash your car! Today they even finished the job about two hours ahead of schedule. That's a win for me.

I had the opportunity to work with Jennifer Townsend recently at Roswell Infiniti. While l previously used the dealership for service on my previous vehicle, this was my first experience with "sales" at the dealership....I was skeptical due to previous "car dealers" reputations. I didn't want "gotcha" or the usual treatment. Jennifer and her dealership were a pleasant surprise. Jennifer was very helpful, kind and trustworthy. Her professionalism and helpful attitude was refreshing from the "usual" car buying experience. Jennifer was amazing from start to finish. Very honest, told us our options and the closing of the deal was seamless. Overall, buying a new car can be very stressful these days, however Jennifer made it stress free!!! Jennifer even took the time out to show me all the amazing features of my new baby!!!! Dominic is a fantastic, honest salesman and a great representation of Roswell Infiniti. It is quite obvious that he sees and treats you as a concerned buyer, not just a number. He took the time to sit with me and make sure I was getting a deal that aligns exactly with my needs. We just had our brakes replaced yesterday. Everything was wonderful! And our service representative, Esmeralda, was particularly great. She went out of her way to make my experience an exceptional one from start to finish---and I VERY much appreciate it! Thanks again, B. L. We were in a tough situation and she went above and beyond the normal call of duty to get us turned around and back on the road quickly. Jennifer did an excellent job of showing me what was available in my price range and put zero pressure on me to buy. I am very happy with the vehicle I purchases as well as the entire sales experience. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and I won't hesitate to go back next time I'm in the market for a new or used car.I showed up at the service dept. at 8AM with a tire that was low and losing air. They found a nail in the sidewall and were able to replace the tire and get me back on the way to work by 9AM. Fantastic service department!!!!!
