I have been a customer of Roswell Auto Tech for 16 years. The company changed hands as the previous owner stepped down and sold the business to focus his attention on a health problem. The new owner refuses to honor the 5 year warranty on an engine replacement that was done at this shop. My engine seized again. The new owner says it is not his problem. I am Now stuck with the responsibility to buy a new car when I thought I was in good hands. Surprise. The way this new owner treated me during this tough period is a direct reflection of his personalIntegrity and willingness to helpA long term valued customer find a solution. I even offered to pay for half of the new engine. He refused to meet me in the middle. Very disappointed and would Not recommend this shop to anyone. No one deserves to be treated this way. Good luck with the new shop. If you don t put customers first with kindness and compassion, you will not have customers to worry about.

I recently have been having issues with my brakes. I called them at 10:40 in the morning, had my car there at 11:30 and by 12:45 they had an exact idea of what was wrong with it. Topped off and bled the line by 1:30. Very considerate management as well.

Roswell Auto tech practically rebuilt my whole car. I've had an engine failure, brake failure, power steering failure, and 2 break-ins this past year and couldn't have asked for a better shop to handle all the repairs. They've *always* done a fast, top-quality job at the fairest price. Super simple drop-off too, if they're closed you can park and leave your info on one of their envelopes with the key inside. Highly recommend!Services: Engine repair, Auto brake replacement

I would highly recommend going to this place. Lee was able to fix my leaks on my old muscle car at a very reasonable price. His crew did the job in a day. Now I know why there are so many cool cars at his shop all the time.

Roswell Auto Tech replaced the mechanical fuel pump on my 1965 Shelby Cobra replica. They did an excellent job, were careful to take care of the bodywork, paint and carpets and got the job done while I waited. Great folks, great service! I'd noticed that there are always cool cars in their forecourt in for repair - now I know why!

Relatively new to the area so don't know many people to really ask for mechanic suggestions, so I took to Google and after reading many reviews for multiple shops in the area and getting a few other quotes, I decided to give Roswell Auto Tech a call. I'm so glad I did, this busy little shop is a gem! It may not be a big, modern, fancy chain, but Lee and his staff at this 'old-time' shop were very welcoming and accommodating. I needed a brake job done right away and they got me in and out of there relatively quickly and at half the cost of every other mechanic I had previously gotten quotes from which, me being on a limited income, sure was a plus. If you're looking for an honest mechanic who won't try to up-sell you on unnecessary parts or repairs, this is your spot! They'll definitely be getting my business for the forseeable future. I have finally found a mechanic shop in Atlanta that I can trust. I took my car to Mavis originally to be looked at and they wanted to charge me about $2000 for things I did not even need. I was skeptical, So I left Mavis and came to Roswell Auto Tech based off of a friend's recommendation and I could not be happier with their service. They told me that Mavis basically lied and that I did not need all of that work done. They fixed my car up and now it is running great for $165. Roswell Auto Tech has gained a lifetime customer. I will be telling anyone who will listen that this is the place to go for great, quick, fair-priced service.

My family has been going to Lee for 26 years now. Great ppl. Trustworthy mechanics. They get the job done quickly and they do it right. It s the kind of place where you walk in and they know your name, I love that!

My car broke down, Mr. Lee helped me get it to the shop and the awesome thing about it is: my car was repaired, running and ready the next day, seeing it didnt get to the shop until thirty minutes before closing, the day before. Man, it was up and running the next afternoon. I was rolling, rolling, rolling. Roswell Auto Tech 'ROCK'S!'

My car was stolen after they left my keys in the car in an unsecured parking lot without telling me. The worst part was that the perpetrator was related to one of the mechanics. The repairs are good and cheap, but things have changed after a shift in management. You get what you pay for.Service: Auto engine tuningService: Auto engine tuning

Lee and the guys at Roswell Auto Tech are as honest as they come. I had a rusted stud pulled and with their help I was able to get my classic up and running after months of sitting. they definitely wont overcharge you for work done no matter what the job is. If you want the experience of an honest old fashion mechanic shop with knowledge on every car possible this should be your go to mechanic.

We moved to Roswell 6 months ago and found Lee's shop. We are amazed at the honesty, price and quality of work. Lee has now worked on my 2000 4Runner and my wife's 2014 Mazda. He is friendly and treats us like old friends. This is a small town shop with all the resources to do a big job. Great shop!

Lee, while also being interesting and fun to talk with, is extremely trustworthy. My first, but not my last, experience included quick diagnosis, work completed and priced right.I ll be back and will feel great about supporting a local business owner.If you need auto work done, call Lee!

I used Roswell Auto Tech to replace the clutch in my 2003 VW Passat. He gave me a price before he started the work. It was 30% under the best price I had received. My beautiful bride can be very hard on service providers because she actually expects you to do what you say you are going to do. Here are her words..."Local peeps, I can't say enough good things about Roswell Auto Tech. Lee and his team are honest, reasonable and provide unreal customer service. Like, jaw-droppingly so. Roswell Auto Tech is by far the best car repair shop anywhere around. Lee is honest about what repairs need to be done, his mechanics do excellent work, and he beats everyone else's prices too! If you don't need certain work done, Lee will tell you even if another auto shop has told you differently. We have gone to Roswell Auto Tech for well over 20 years because Lee is of a very rare breed - someone you can really trust. He stands behind all of his work and has never let us down. Without question, finding Roswell Auto Tech was the best thing that has happened to our family and our friends in the field of auto repair.

Lee and his guys are honest and trustworthy! I travel over an hour to get all my repairs from them. They do great work and are reasonably priced. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest mechanic.

These guys are great to work with...needed to repair a side mirror and they ordered the part, put it on and had me back in business very quickly. The best part was the money I saved by not going to the dealer. Lee and the guys are easy to work with and honest. Exactly what you would expect but rarely seem to get these days. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them to others.

This is The best place for auto repairs. Lee is the owner and he's not going to sell you anything you don't need. Straight up and down. I have lived around to he corner from his shop for 34 years. He was established before I moved in 34 years ago. Only open M-F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but we'll worth the extra working around. Thanks Lee for taking care all of my cars that have had over 250,000 miles. You have kept them running! Reesa

My husband & I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. The owner has always been extremely honest with us. We own a 2013 Nissan Armada & the dealerships have just been scammers. Not only was the owner, Lee, of this establishment honest but saved us a bunch of money right now and we truly appreciate it more than he can ever know.

We ve been going to Roswell Auto Tech for years. Lee is one of the most honest guys you will ever meet and always does repairs for a reasonable price. We recently moved from Roswell over to Milton/Alpharetta area but will happily drive the few extra miles to have Lee and his team work on our vehicles!

My mother in law brings all her vehicles to this place. They are constantly having issues with every vehicle this place has touched, as well as the issues that they were paid to "fix". They just got a brand new set of tires earlier today, they were told $89 a piece, then see that they were charged $1000, and one tire was flat shortly after getting the vehicle back home.

Its easy to be "taken" and charged for unneeded work......NOT HERE!I tell everyone about Lee at Roswell Auto Tech. His has workers that have been there 30 years. Im treated with great respect, they explain in detail I can understand about my car repairs. Its like a real home town family store.YOU WILL NOT REGRET WORKING WITH ROSWELL AUTO TECH

I never review anything because of the number of idiotic chumps who seek self-validation by bashing companies and industries about which they know nothing. However, I created an account just to blast out to the back row how incredible Roswell Auto Tech is. These guys always pick up the phones and are communicative, perform stellar work, never up-sell nonsense, are personable, dependable, and honest.Roswell Auto Tech has replaced my transmission, belts, and tires, and their work is as reasonably priced as it is expedient and transparent. While mechanics and auto shops carry a negative stigma, Lee, Mike, and company exude professionalism and candidness without leaning on fear tactics to invent problems in order to drain customers bank accounts.As someone always skeptical about mechanics, take your vehicle here. These dudes are unbelievable and I ll never take my car anywhere else.

Never took my car here, but when I called 5 minutes before they closed, Lee was very helpful and nice even though he had customers in front of him. He took his time and was very very pleasant. Not typical in this line of work especially at closing time.
