Ty is the best! I will be requesting him by name the next time I come in for an oil change or emissions check. I have been using Roswell auto since I bought my first car and had an inspection done. I have always have a nice experience with hardworking and honest people who always leave my car in better shape than when I brought it in. But Ty blew me away with his customer service and the time he spent going above and beyond. I had been avoiding spending my weekend at the auto center so when I had a short wait time for an oil change and was able to get in and out on a Saturday I was more than appreciative. But what blew me away was when I got my keys back from a simple oil change,Ty mentioned he had filled my tires after he noticed the light was on and even helped me get a paint swipe off my car! I have never had better service at any company and I hope the owners and Ty s superiors know how amazing he is and how rare it is to find hardworking young employees who care about their jobs. Thank you Ty!

One of the last places you can trust for quality affordable work. They take the time to address the issue correctly and fairly. They're always nose down and getting it done.I do allot of my own work but when it's over my head or I'm just too lazy they get the job. I use to shop around but have found that they mainly beat everyone. I send many people to them.Thank you to everyone at Roswell Auto Center for being a "customer care" kind of place

Hands down the best auto shop in the area. These guys are honest and professional. Unlike North Roswell who tried to rip me off, Randall was kind and honest. Not only was the price right, but the work was done correctly. He saved me about $1200 from what the other shop quoted. THANK YOU GUYS KEEP IT UP

My experience with Roswell Auto Center was exceptional. Carl was honest and even though he was not able to repair my issue he told me exactly where to go. I will be bringing all of the family cars to Roswell Auto Center in the future for maintenance and repairs.

These guys are AWESOME!!!! We walked in at 4:30 the night before Thanksgiving - DESPERATE to get a headlight changed. Literally 4 of them jumped up to help.Done in 5 minutes. They are Knights in shining armour!

Roswell Auto has been a huge relief for me. Their customer service is above and beyond. They don t try to sell me services I don t need, and they give me options when I m in a bind. I am very pleased with their service. Their emissions and oil change is also open on Saturday which is very convenient. I definitely recommend.

The most honest car repair shop I've ever dealt with. I've taken my two cars because other shops said I needed to have very costly repairs done and several reviews here talk about how honest these folks are. Roswell Auto looked closely at my car and explained very clearly why it did not need the expensive repair. They also didn't charge me for checking the car. In another instance, I took my other car because of an oil leak. These great folks looked it and noticed that it was coming from an axle replacement that I had done by another shop and alerted me about it so I could take the car back to the folks that installed the axle; sure enough, the other shop recognized their mistake and fixed it.

I have been taking my cars to Roswell Auto for over 20 years. From basic oil changes; tire rotation and emissions inspections to larger repairs, I have never been surprised, the workmanship is excellent and prices are fair. They always have kept their commitments on price and time. I highly recommend Roswell Auto for all of your car repair needs.

Robert and Carl are great. They re always very practical about repair options and explain technical issues in a way that anyone can understand. Randall does a wonderful job up at the oil change center as well.

My family and I have been coming here for years - not just for oil changes but for both minor and a few major repairs. They're knowledgeable and happy to explain exactly what they're doing and why. Even better, they never push for repairs or services you don't actually need. I've had them tell me multiple times that there's not need to get something done right then. Excellent service!

I come to this mechanic shop time and time again just because they have the best customer service as well as the best rates in town. They are willing to look at your vehicle and give the most honest review, and it won't completely break the bank. Not to mention everytime I've had to bring my car here they always seem to be able to get all the work done within a day or two. These guys are amazing 100% can't recommend this place enough!!

Reliable and trustworthy team! You can be assured that you will receive the best price and an honest opinion here. Recently we came in for what we thought was an auto issue and after a thorough inspection, Carl told us there s simply nothing out of the ordinary and the unusual sound was just due to the age of the car and should resolve itself after continuous use. Not only was Carl right but he didn t charge us for the inspection / diagnostic exam either! This would ve never happened elsewhere and we would ve likely been charged an exorbitant amount to fix a non-existent problem.

Reliable, trustworthy, fair-priced and efficient. I trust and rely on them and they've never let me down. I deleted my previous review as it was getting too long; every time they helped me I'd add another paragraph. This place is the real deal. They are fair and honest and will be in touch with you every step. Can't recommend highly enough. 10/5 stars. My family has trusted this service center for decades and will for decades to come.

They take care of you and your cars regardless how old it is.I have a 93 Accord that's acting up. The belt squeaks from time to time. I took to the shop who installs it, TWICE. They couldn't fix it and gave me an attitude. I finally gave up on that shop and decided to give Roswell Auto Center a try. They fixed it the first time.The best part is that they don't up sale you anything. Accord's steering wheel is a bit funny, they told me it's not worth it to get it fixed and it won't be a problem for day-to-day driving.My other car needs brake service. I took to a shop close by. They want to replace both the front and rear and complete set, not just brakes pads / discs. I came to Roswell Auto Center for a second opinion. I immediately fall in love with them. They are quick, responsive and work with you not taking advantage of you.No wonder they are always busy!The wait, if you have to, is definitely worth it!

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Roswell Auto Center for about 20 years. They are always honest and transparent and their prices are reasonable, certainly better than taking your car back to the dealer for service and repairs. Take it to Randall in the front for oil changes, emissions inspection, battery testing/replacement. Take it to Robert and Karl in the back for bigger repairs. Overall, a great place to do business with.

Shout out to Roswell Auto for their honesty. My family (parents and now my husband and I) have been going to them since 1994 and we just love them. My husband brought his car in the other day and when they found the problem they opted to tell us where to get it fixed for free (there s a recall on the part) instead of fixing it themselves and charging us $400. If you ever need car service and live in the area, please consider using them.

I've been bringing my cars to Roswell Auto Center for years. I recently used them for break replacement for my land rover. They finished ahead of time and budget. I was most impressed that they called to check on their work 2 weeks after the service to make sure I was happy. 5 stars from me.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They could have sold me the kitchen sink, but they didn't! In fact, it was quite the opposite. Here is my experience:I recently bought a Suburban with about a billion miles. The check engine light was on when I bought it giving me codes indicating that the air/fuel mixture is running lean. I changed various sensors myself hoping it would fix the problem, but had a strong suspicion it was the fuel pump. After nothing I could do myself worked I took it in and spoke with Carl.Carl is very professional and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions and did not rush me off the phone. Him and his team provided prompt service testing and confirming my fuel pump is bad. They replaced it quickly, setting realistic time expectations, and sticking to it. I also asked them to look at some other areas of my truck, which they did, and said things are in tip top shape. That was the point at which he could have told me xyz needs replacing, but he didn't. Instead, Carl proceeded to explain little things I can do myself to prolong the life of my vehicle.It's never fun dishing out hundreds of dollars to fix a vehicle, but the team here made the experience very pleasant. On top of that there was a very clear sense of honestly which is extremely rare these days, especially at almost any dealership.Thank you Roswell Auto Center, I will be back!

Roswell Auto Center is always friendly and dedicated to great service. Call first to see if they are busy if you need to be in a rush, as they don't have appointments. Prices are reasonable and they only do what needs to be done. They will help you with a tow if you need that. They specialize in keeping your car moving for as long and inexpensively as possible.
