My experience with my recent auto repair at Rocco's was wonderful. Due to the age of my vehicle, the Rocco's team had to search globally for the replacement part needed to repair my vehicle. They stayed laser focused on the search until the replacement part was found. The team kept me apprised throughout the process until the repair was completed. Rocco's is one of the most knowledgeable and professional repair organizations I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I can not say enough and praise the Rocco's team enough for going above and beyond the normal scope of what was needed to repair the vehicle. If you own a European vehicle that requires maintenance/repair, go no further than Rocco's to have your vehicle serviced. Rocco's is the absolute best in the business at what they do. I had a great experience at Rocco s. This is the only location that works on older vehicles and they got me in and out relatively quickly and I haven t had any issues thus far with my repair. I had a new transmission installed, and have been having no issues on my daily commutes. Also backed by a 2 year/24,000 mile guarantee.

I recently had my Audi serviced at Rocco s and I am super happy with the results, their customer service and price. Given that it is so hard to find a great mechanic shop these days I am glad I found Rocco s! I would highly recommend using them over any other shop and even the dealer.

I wish I could give this group more stars. This is the way that customer service should be everywhere! Johnny, Grant, Chris and the rest of the team are the best of the best.I called late in the day asking for a pre-purchase to inspection and these guys found a way to get me in before they closed. They were very thorough with their inspection and made sure I was abreast of every issue with the vehicle. The technicians are very knowledgeable and ensured that I understood everything. I will only take my vehicles here from this point forward!

Timely completion and communication was spot on. Had quote and approved all repairs, and upon check-out, it was a little less (can't recall why). They didn't have to pass that savings along to me but they did! That earned them a very loyal customer.

This place is a complete ripoff. I took my 2016 BMW X3 here to see why my check engine light was on. They told me I needed to replace the valve cover. They charged me over $500 for the parts and $1k for the labor. I picked my car up on Monday afternoon. On Tuesday (following day) the check engine light came back on, not even 24 hrs later. I took my car back to them and they basically said we missed diagnose your car and it s going to cost an addtl $1200 to fix. The crazy part is they knew what they did and refused to fix unless I paid the cost. They didnt even off to pay half. They said when the diagnostic only shows the new codes which is a bunch of bull. They ripped me off and tried to do it again a second time. If I could give them no stars I would. I will never take my car to this place or any other Rocco s. They over charged and like to ripoff you off. Now I m wondering if they even did the work.

A virtually touchless experience from scheduling online to pickup. Even texted me the estimate to approve. Only slight drawback was that I would have liked a detailed rundown on all of the points inspected on the car upon pickup, but otherwise a smooth experience.

Great to know I can take my 98 Jaguar to Rocco s. I can schedule my work in a timely manner and keep my car in top shape. Rocco s also helps me stay on target for future service before it is required.

Terrible communication, had to call multiple times just to make sure they emailed me an estimate, problem with car was never properly fixed as it was misdiagnosed. Cody seemed to be the only one there who was understanding and wasn t talking like they were above me, the rest just came off as arrogant and not very enjoyable to talk too. Also when I brought in my car my wheels were in fine condition but taking it back one of my front hubcaps was damaged and eventually came off?? Had no issues with it prior to that unless it had been damaged while being towed. Just take your vehicle somewhere else for a better experience

Do not take your car there! Do not even consider doing any business with these people, you will regret it. The other reviews are not real, they must be friends and relatives because these guys are real good scammers. I made the mistake of sending my son there for repairs and not only did they not do the repairs correctly where I had to get it towed there twice, they never acknowledged their mistakes and continued to charge fir other repairs. I don t believe in coincidence, these guys clearly know what they are doing to scam unsuspecting prey. Brian, Kyle, Cody, all were involved in their scheme but little do they know who I am in the car industry. I will contact the BBB, and the local news network for this story. They should be shut down immediately and I am possibly going to pursue litigation, even if it ends up costing me more than what they stole from my son.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Brakes

Brian and Cody were great in explaining the details of my Mercedes's parts, codes, install and other repair nuances, also important to note, is how they tried over and over in locating the code fault until getting it right, they were quick in communicating the costs and alternatives for the repairs. I also trust my F-Type to them, everyone a professional. Excellent service.Thank you.

I was referred to Rocco s by a co-worker and she spoke so highly of them, i decided to take my 2017 Volkswagen Passat to get work. My car went into the shop on August 11th. I was informed by Kyle of their policy after days of service is completed and the charges that would occur. GOD is so good. Rocco s garage worked with me and allowed me to do partial payments, (2) and waived the garage fees. I am forever thankful for the grace that was extended. Thank you for being honest mechanics. The only one I trust is my FATHER lol but thank y all so much

I drive a 1965 RR SC3. In the past I have used 2 other garage services in the greater Atlanta area. One did some minor repairs and tweaks and was very reasonable in terms of cost. The other was astronomical with their pricing and didn't seem to care if they got my business or not. Not wanting to use the latter service group again, I reached out to Rocco's in Roswell.They immediately set up an appointment to fully inspect the Cloud. I then received a very detailed overview of everything they found that needed servicing including the steering issue I wanted fixed. Although the cost was not cheap, I was given the opportunity to do as many or as few of the repairs as I deemed necessary. I agreed to all of their recommendations. They told me that day that I could pick up the car 3 business days later. About lunch time on the third day I received a text that the car was ready. It's early in the game yet but so far I am very impressed with the service, professionalism and being treated like an important customer instead of a nuisance. If the car is truly running right, and it appears to be, they have definitely gained a new customer! Great work, service and a delight to do business with! Thanks also to Brian and Rocco. I would definitely recommend Rocco s. I m very particular about who works on my car much less my family s car. Brian and the team at Rocco s were great and very thorough. I brought my 1998 Mercedes Benz SLK in which needed a good amount of work to be performed and they did a fantastic job. They treated the car with care as if it were their own. Brian and his team are great to work with. I have a 1990 Sl purchased in 1990. The vehicle was experiencing transmission issues, convertible top was not operable and various engine issues and fluid leaks. (other then a new paint job the vehicle had set idle for 8 years.)Rocco's did a full diagnostic of my vehicles issues and gave me a point by point assessment and cost for repair.They are honest fair and dependable. I give them my full endorsement. Brian contacts me personally to up date me on the progress and goals for my beloved SL. We still have some minor issues to address but overall you cannot go wrong with this shop.

So happy my dad referred me to this place! I have a 2020 Porsche Macan with only 22,000 miles. The Porsche dealership told me I needed the 4-year service and it would cost me $4700!!! I was speechless. I went to Rocco s and Brian the manager was great. He told me my car does not need that at all yet because it has so few miles. They did the oil change, filters, checked the whole vehicle and had me out the door for $320. I will continue going here for my service needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance
