I've been going to Regal Nissan for about 5 years now, and while my experience has always been great, it has gotten better with each visit to get my car serviced. The staff is consistently courteous and willing to discuss my specific vehicle's needs. The entire service process is transparent, with progress updates available on your phone. They provide a detailed report and thoroughly explain everything before obtaining approval for the work. This most recent visit was my first time working with Jasmine, and she was particularly efficient and adept at clarifying any confusion I had through logical explanations. I was in and out in record time with a clean car. I wholeheartedly recommend Regal Nissan to all my friends and coworkers; they're simply the best!

Quin Parham was a delight to speak with. He was very professional. Plus, it was my first time having my vehicle serviced at Regal Nissan. I will continue to take my vehicle there for service. The lounge/waiting area was very comfortable. I love the fact that you can work if you need to. It was clean and well stock with beverages and snacks.

Armando Rodriguez and Regal Nissan are Amazing. I brought my car to Regal Nissan as my car started to sound like a diesel truck. Armando immediately took my car back and found the problem. My car is running so smooth and quiet now. I had a new engine mount, rear brakes and a rear exhaust manifold shield put on. Armando opened my hood and showed me everything that was fixed and answered all my questions and concerns. Armando Rodriguez has been my service advisor for over 5 years and is the only one I trust with my car as well as Regal Nissan.

Awesome experience!! Quin was very helpful and explained what needs immediate attention and what can be delayed as far as maintenance of my car. Waiting area was nice with snacks and coffee . This is my second time I did service at at Regal since I moved to Georgia and will be happy to continue with them for future services as well. Thank you

My experience today could not have been better From the minute that I arrived, my Nissan and I were treated wonderfully!!The staff, and especially Quin, were attentive, professional, respectful, timely , friendly and thorough. I was driven home and picked up in a spotless Murano, so I didn't have to wait around for hours. I have been a happy customer of Regal Nissan for many years and can't imagine going anywhere else

The team was super nice and welcoming. I walked in the wrong door at first (Sales) and the receptionist was so helpful and nice with getting me to the right door (Service). Once I made it to the service department everything was communicated to me perfectly. The waiting area was clean and equipped with snacks, drinks, and wifi which helped me get comfortable while doing my school work. They have a text system that I thought was remarkable because they send you a video of your inspection along with all recommendations that you can either approve or decline without even having to get out of your seat. Super convenient!

Regal Nissan is always the best at Car Service. The young lady who was our Service Advisor name Jasmine was so sweet, nice, and friendly. I will ask for her when I come again. Regal Nissan, keep up the good work!

I absolutely love that place Regal Nissan , I have much closer dealer , but I am rather drive almost a hour to receive excellent service a specially Armando Rodriguez he is a very knowledgeable and professional and he is always have a personal touch very pleasant person who explains you pro and cons , nothing hiding frome you. And I live portals where they send you all details of findings and all prices are listed. I have knowing them 9 years over that time I have never disappointed . Keep it up Regal Nissan team P.S. also they have doggie play ground with toys and water fountain for dogs. . Thank you !!!

The only dealership I have ever been to that keeps it word on appointment and how long it will take for completion. Will always come here for my Nissan service needs. The level of customer service is top notch and well informed.

Great experience on my last visit. They found the cause of the problem I was experiencing very quickly and let me know the cause shortly after dropping off. They suggested other things to be done but were honest if they were urgent and not pushy about trying to get it done. I was able to get it serviced and picked up in same day. Highly suggest using this service center and Justin is always very helpful!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Armando is always friendly and honest regarding the suggested Nissan services for my vehicle. He is one of the reasons I keep going to the dealership for service rather than another place that might even be cheaper. If you re looking for a honest reliable car or service look elsewhere I ve been dealing with them for a couple months about my car I bought in December of 2022. I call and they always tell me to bring the car i stay a couple hours away so it s not that simple to just bring it and I ve brought it back twice for them to just misdiagnose after I tell them what s wrong with the car, I call again they tell me they are going to call me back and get back to me at this point I just want to drop the car back off and leave it with them. I asked was there anything wrong with it any wrecks or anything before i purchased I was told NO I take the car to a trust worthy tech and it s undercarriage damage the car was in multiple wrecks there was an oil leak which caused the alternator to go out not even a month after having the car terrible business they let me leave off the lot with a death trap and I ve tried to get in contact with someone after they said they were trying to contact me in a recent review which was a LIE.
