I can not say enough good things about Regal! Super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff! They helped from the moment I called to have my vehicle towed after an accident through finding out my car was a total loss and then through the purchase of a new vehicle. No pushy sales tactics along the way! The staff even helped move my personal items from my car to my rental car and then into my new car. I will be back for sure, and highly recommend all of their departments from collision, service and sales.

From the moment I first called to set up an estimate appointment to when I picked my car up, Sean and Matthew went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired to high standards. While this collision center wasn t my insurance s preferred vendor , I always get my car serviced at the regular Regal service center and am always pleased which is why I decided to look into their collision center. I continue to be amazed that Matthew & Sean did all of the heavy lifting with my insurance company who didn t make things easy. They also kept me very informed about my car s status & made sure I knew my rights when I wasn t sure how to proceed with insurance. My car looks AMAZING. I highly recommend using Regal Nissan Collision Center!

Hands down one of the best collision repair center. When I brought my car in after an accident they immediately updated me on the process and estimated time line and dealt with the insurance. I was very stress free once they took the car in for repair and they updated me regularly on status etc. They did an excellent job on the repair and even after repairs made follow up to ensure everything was working appropriately and I didn't encounter any issues.

Mathew was extremely helpful during my car repair. He was quick to reply to my emails and addressed any concerns I had. The work was done promptly and satisfactorily. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They worked with my insurance company to make it a stress free experience. It's the best experience I have ever had getting a collision repair. I was recently rear ended by a large truck in which the insurance company did their absolute best to steer me to their in network facility. Having done business with regal for so many years. I knew that I would be in the best hands possible at their facility. Sean and his team walked me through the entire process and made me feel extremely comfortable, knowing what to expect every step of the way. They did an amazing job advocating for my vehicle even when the insurance company attempted to cut corners to save money.
