Having sold vehicles myself in the past. I never felt uncomfortable during the entire process. It was the fastest vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Tyler Jackson isn't just a solid ambassador for Nissan, he's a friend.I've never doubted my friendship with him or who he represents. I highly recommend Tyler and Regal Nissan for your vehicle buying needs.Quick service as well!!Service thus far has been great with no long wait. Car wash machine is down though I think but no worries.

I received an unsolicited letter in the mail that had what looked like a legitimate credit card complete with my name stamped on it and what looked like a magnetic strip. I have never been to this dealership and I never will. At some point they obtained my information and sent me a letter. This is predatory marketing and everyone should be aware of the shady sales tactics this dealership is willing to take. I will tell anyone who will listen to stay away from this dealership and I ll also be posting this warning across all of my social media accounts.

I went in for a simple repair and was subject to a ridiculous upsell effort from the customer service advisor. She presented "recommended" repairs well in excess of $2k when the original repair was in the $500 range. She claimed two of the tires on the vehicle had dry-rotted and needed to be replaced. This was simply incorrect at best, if not deceitful. Firestone said the tires are good for another six months. I was tempted to leave at that point. I stayed to have the one repair completed, which took far longer than it should have because there was confusion among the technicians - one of them somehow misplaced the splash shield I put in the trunk to be reattached. The whole visit was a fiasco. I heard another customer service advisor mislead a customer while waiting. He told the customer the dealership has never filled tires with nitrogen. When the customer said she had brought the car in last summer for a nitrogen fill, the advisor changed his tune and acknowledged the dealership does indeed do nitrogen fills. It's unfortunate because I had good experiences the previous times I brought vehicles to Regal for service, but this was awful.

For the past 15 years I have been bringing my vehicles to a trusted shop until they closed down last year. I needed somewhere new to go and have received many referrals on who to see. I have always felt that going to a dealership for repairs was a rip off from past experiences.Getting my mail one day I saw a coupon from Nissan for a service/oil change. I thought OK, let s try it and bring my Rogue in for service at Regal Nissan. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the service. They have a great waiting room, comfortable seating, snacks and drinks for clients. They provided written estimates and kept me apprised of what was going on. The service actually to an hour longer than they estimated but other than that, I will be going to them again to service my Rogue.I

Nice clean well organized facility. The wait time was excessive and their customer service representative was difficult to locate. It appears making an appointment well in advance, arriving early and Regal Nissan knowing we were in their lounge waiting made no difference on wait time. Internal communication between the shop, the customers rep. and the customer could have been much better.

As someone who has previously worked as a dealer master technician (not Nissan) and is familiar with the operations of a service department, I have found my interactions with service advisor Armando Rodriguez to be exceptional compared to my experiences at three other Nissan dealerships. I specifically choose this location due to the outstanding communication and the positive experiences provided by Armando. He genuinely pays attention to what his customers say. I am committed to having all my services carried out exclusively by him!

On Monday March 19,2024 we took my 2020 Nissan Armada into Regal Nissan (Roswell) because our check engine light came back on and the vehicle would not pull. We are from Thomasville Ga. and had to get back home. This issue was suppose to be originally fixed by Thomasville Nissan but it was not. Chris Pruitt and his team diagnosed the issue and went to searching for the part because they did not have the part in house. They located the part replaced it and we were on the road with in 4 hours. We have not had an issue with the check engine light coming on since. Chris and his team was polite and kept us informed on all the progress of fixing our vehicle. Their customer service goes above and beyond.......Great Job!!!!Thanks Sheila

I brought my car in to Regal Nissan today for an oil change. Armando Rodriguez who has been my service advisor for years immediately took my car back and ran an inspection to make sure my car was safe. Along with the oil change I needed new windshield wipers and an in cabin filter. Armando is truly knowledgeable and caring and takes the time to always go over the inspection and answer any questions or concerns I have. Armando also made sure my car was safe and ready before I had to go to work this morning. I am very grateful I have both Armando Rodriguez and Regal Nissan taking such great care of my car. I usually stay away from dealerships but this was a recall repair so had no choice. I was pleasantly surprised by Garrett and the service team though! Check in was easy, all my questions were answered, and the wait area was suitable for work while I waited. Definitely more comfortable switching my service needs to them.

We visited regal Nissan to look for a used vehicle but nothing was found in our price and mileage range so we left our number behind. The dealership looked neat and people were found to be cordial.Later we ended up buying another car from a private seller in our community.Couple of days later got a call from regal and a guy with west asian or middle eastern accent called and without realizing that I picked up the call (after a couple of rings) was saying to someone I couldn t even pronounce his freaking name and chuckling to someone. Then spoke with utmost sincerity and inquired about which car I bought and wanted details about what I actually bought and I said No, Thanks and hung up.Question: why you need sales from people if their names sound foreign?

Easily the most stress free, no strings car buying experience of my life. My guy Tyler Jackson is a true professional and a great dude. Regal Nissan made buying a vehicle from over 500 miles an absolute breeze. Cannot recommend this dealership enough.

My car looks brand new after being worked on by the Nissan Regal Collision Repair Team. I didn t pick an optimal time to bring my car in during the holidays which resulted in a longer service time but Sean and Matthieu were very communicative and kept me updated on progress. I really appreciated the time they took to answer my calls and stayed on top of communication with my insurance so that payments were correct and my rental vehicle was provided for the same amount of time my vehicle was in shop. Would highly recommend the Nissan Regal Collision Repair team!

People at Regal Nissan are very professional. They show you the cost of each repair before proceeding so you can decide. I will definitely recommend this place for Nissan services.I want to update my review by adding my recent car buy experience. I bought a certified used car from Regal Nissan, the sales department person (Miguel) was very honest and helpful to answer all my questions and helped me a lot in the decision making. I am very happy with the car I bought from them, a Nissan Rogue 2020. I fully recommend this place to anybody looking to buy a used or new car.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a diagnostic and told them my transmission was shifting funny and going into limp mode after being driven too long. They charged me almost $200 for the diag and I was told I needed to replace my transmission. Come to find out, there was way too much oil in the transmission which they NEVER checked and I even asked could too little or too much be the issue. They went off a video I showed them to tell me I needed a $5500 transmission. I flushed the extra fluid out and no issues. I called for a refund and the tech on the phone tried to justify the bad diagnostic. I ve been waiting for a call back from a manager almost a week now and nothing. This is the second time I ve taken my car to the dealer and they don t know what going on with THEIR vehicle. Won t visit this dealer or any other ever again. Oh and their was a ticking/flapping sound and I was told it was my engine mount making that noise but also told they weren t able to duplicate it because the tech didn t have time to drive it enough. I simply popped the hood and cranked the car just to find air escaping my manifold catalytic. I fixed it with another gasket and no more noise.

Easy, staff enjoyed my jokes, the work wascompleted fairly quickly and returned lightly cleaned/professionally as expected given the extra expense one assumes taking their car to a dealer for care. I don t own a Bentley; I own a Nissan and my experience was above what the general public might expect from the Nissan brand. Wow. Too much coffee this morning!

Mike and the Nissan team are easy and pleasant to work with. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and I ask alot of questions. My car was finished before the given time. It rides like a brand new car..Love it. Biggest thing is I trust and will continue to service my Rogue at Regal Nissan..

WOW is all I can say. I experienced the most seamless, efficient and premium customer service EVER while purchasing a vehicle. Ervin was professional and made the whole process so smooth ( no haggling back and forth). I told them what I needed and he made it happen. Thank you so much for making this experience so easy and fast. I can t say enough wonderful things about Ervin and the Manager Chandler. First time doing business here. Not too thrilled with the customer service. I did not feel welcomed and the staff seemed very despondent. I only came to this location as it was recommended by a peer to provide a quick service on my car key.Perhaps I m accustomed to a friendly welcome and having my needs accommodated and addressed efficiently. Based on this simple experience alone, I have no desire to come back.I hope for future customers - their experience with this business is better than mine.

I have been going to Regal Nissan since 2004- bought cars there, always take my cars there for service. At no time over twenty years have I ever had a problem that was not resolved there. You don t find this level of service much anymore, but because of their high customer service, I keep going there even though there are two other Nissan dealers closer to me. My car was under warranty, so I had some things to get fixed before it ran out. I chose this location every time!Garrett & the team at Regal Nissan were fantastic. I had been to Mike Rezi a few times but got tired of waiting 8 hours on site for simple repairs/car needs. Regal Nissan was a total 180. Appointments were easy to make, and Garrett updated me every step of the way. I was never there for more than a few hours. The team really took care of me and the car! 10/10

I had a great experience here! From the moment I walked in Miguel met me at the door and took great care of me. Purchasing a a car can be a nerve wracking process but no one was pushy and I felt like everyone was very transparent about the process which really put me at ease. I also got a great warranty for a used vehicle that can t be beat!

Car care center response quickly. Work on my car was diagnosed and I appreciate that an outline of concerns were provided for me to approve or not,further repairs. A ride home and pickup provided when my car needed to take some time in the shop. I purchased my car from Regal Nisson,and always return for maintenance. They are knowledgeable,professional,polite and friendly to deal with.
