Just got my 2005 Ranger back from Perfect Performance and the company name definitely fits. They do great work. They use high quality parts. The work was done quickly and expertly. The people are wonderful and are wonderful communicators. I had a number of things going on with the truck and they broke it down between safety, performance and other so I could make an informed decision. I ended up having all the work done and I'm glad I did. Perfect Performance rocks!!!

The guys did a great job on my van. Been here a bunch & they always do excellent work! My van has new shocks, gear box & some new bushings & drives like a dream. I trust these guys and that s hard to find in the auto industry. Highly recommend!

Amazing! This might sound dramatic but these guys (and Tim) restored my faith in humanity. I have taken my car and my parents here for years. My father was told by someone else that he needed expensive work done and these guys said #1 not to worry and they could fix it for less. If you want an Honest Mechanic that will treat you right, you ve found them!

These guys rock. They ve worked on my 98 Silverado, 13 Silverado and 19 Vette, flawless work. Can t say enough good things about Ken, Mike and the rest of their crew. Will be doing business here again.

Mike helped me right away. He was patient and very kind. I was bringing in someone else's van with a pancaked tire from a screw. He took time to talk with me and then call the owner and discuss what his recommendations were.Special ires not in stock. Going back tomorrow for four good quality new tires and alignment. Dropped my car off after picking up a razor blade in a tire. They explained in detail why they may or may not be able to patch it. It turned out that I did not need a new tire, and they were happy to share that news with me. So honest, kind, and professional. I'm a customer for life.

Came here based on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. The first sign that I knew I was dealing with pros is when they asked if I wanted a regular or track alignment on my GT500. Quick and professional service, I would definitely recommend them!

Great, quick service. Reasonable prices with very good communication. Drove over an hour just to get an alignment. Especially come if your car is modified/has unconventional suspension. Will come again for all alignment needs

I have never had a more honest and kind experience than I have had with Perfect Performance. This is a shout out for Mike who just really was the cherry on top of the experience very flexible and knowledgeable. I will never go to another auto mechanic ever again. I live a solid hour away in West Midtown in Atlanta and it s completely worth the drive!

They came to the rescue and solved my brake problem that the dealer couldn't. Friendly efficient, professional. Highly recommend.Another great experience! Needed new tires. Not only did they give me a great quote, when the tires were late that same day, they went and picked them up so I could get them installed. Super work, great knowledgeable team. My go to place.

Seems like a good spot for a alignment. They did all 4 wheels on a 2014 GLK and were in spec and saved me $. from other clowns. Taking the Audi there these guys are straight up!

Great shop. Ken was very helpful and s pleasure to work with. Professional service. Prices are fair. I would recommend them over the big chain tire stores like Discount Tire. I had a new set of wheels installed on my Tesla, and everything was handled professionally. No scuffs or scratches. They also do alignment which is great to get everything dialed in to your or factory spec.

It seems difficult to find a reliable auto shop that you can trust- I have found one in Perfect Performance. I've never met a more honest group of automotive professionals. They do reliable, well-priced and consistent work every single time. Plus, they are always friendly and enjoyable to do business with.I live 30 miles south of Roswell now, but take my car up to these guys for every automotive need because I know I can trust their opinion. That's hard to come by.As an example, I took my car there recently for a full brake replacement. They called me in under an hour to tell me I don't need one yet, even though I told them I wanted them replaced. Rather than taking the $500+ I was fully ready to spend with them, they took the honest route of advising me to wait. And for that, they have earned my business for as long as I'm within a reasonable driving distance. Couldn't recommend these guys any higher!

Took my car here after a big chain store completely screwed up my alignment after installing new tires. They were very professional and fast and did a fantastic job. I should have taken my car here from the beginning. Lesson learned. Highly recommend.

What a great shop! Went for an alignment, was in and out in less than an hour and the car drove great on the way home.. These folks are friendly, organized and efficient and they do excellent work at a reasonable price.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Made an appointment to review a possible axle seal leak for my 2011 Civic.After reviewing and finding the leak, the shop promptly made the repair at a fair price.This shop has a friendly and knowledgable staff, I would highly recommend Perfect Performance. I found these guys about a year ago. They had the best price on new tires for my car. They did a great job with that service, and I've taken all of our family vehicles back ever since. Service is always timely and courteous. They've even told us service wasn't needed that we thought was - saving us money. I had a rotate and balance done this morning - in and out in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

These guys are great. Prices are fair & service is excellent. Just had brake & front end work on my old '99 BMW 323i convertible & very happy with the results.They've also done A/C work on my Scion xB. Again good work, excellent service. Loving the cool A/C.I Recommend.

This is a long overdue response to Perfect Performance's care of our cars' tire needs. Repeatedly, they are fantastic with their service and in not nickeling and diming when it comes to tire needs such as repair. We have used them for over ten years now and every time we come in, they've been great and usually exceed expectations. Glad they're nearby and consistently excellent.

GREAT! Been getting my alignments and tires there for years. Like working with local business and they are not just sales clerks, they know tires. Also a great place to order wheels for a little customization. The are price competitive and if you have a car that a bit high strung, they know how to dial it in for no vibrations and optimal handling. Started with my Porsche's there but take all my plebeian autos there as well.

I had an after market front camber kit installed and some after market rear adjustable control arms adjusted on my MK5 GTI. The alignment is great! Ken listened to what I wanted and the camber is near perfect to what I described. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys have taken care of my cars for 7+ years. They are comfortable working on wheels, tires, steering systems, suspension and more for anything from a lifted Hummer to a Bentley, Benz or Ferrari. The prices are great and the work is done quickly. I've never had to come back for sloppy work and that means a lot. I recommend them highly.
