The team at Ozzi's always does the best work at a GREAT price! They keep me updated on what may need attention and advise me on every aspect of proper car care. Ozzi's has taken care of 4 different Lexus vehicles for us -- and all 4 cars have always worked like a charm!!

I had a great experience at Ozzi s. Had an issue identified by the dealer service department years ago as urgent but had it looked at elsewhere and it was not urgent. Years later, I knew it was time to do it so I tried Ozzi s after stellar recommendations on Facebook groups. I was not disappointed. John took care of the long standing issue for about 1/2 of what the dealer wanted to charge. He explained that other dealer recommended items were not close to urgent and recommended I wait on those. Communication was great through the whole process. Definitely recommend.

John and his crew do excellent work for a reasonable price. Scheduling process is a breeze online or over the phone and the work has been done on schedule all three times I have taken my car there. John himself is very easy to talk to and knowledgeable about Lexus and Toyota vehicles. I have had some major services done by Ozzi s and my car has never run better. If you own a Toyota or Lexus, I would definitely recommend you let John and his team take care of it for you. I will definitely be back when my car needs work done.

Ozzi s is my first choice for car maintenance for my Lexus gx 460. Great value, great service and truly knowledgeable about all things Lexus maintenance! John is honest and trustworthy. We prefer him over the local dealer.*** just ran over the other day to get my windshield wipers replaced. John did it very quickly and for the cost of the wipers! He is just such a great guy and runs a great shop. Can t lose it Ozzie s. :)

I recently took my wife Lexus IS 250 to Ozzi s. John and his staff were quick in diagnosis and confirm the necessary repairs. The entire service experience was honest, fast with my repair and fair pricing. I love how John kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. As well the convenience to schedule an appointment when you would like to bring in your vehicle. John shop offers a clean and comfortable waiting room for customers who care to wait while their vehicle is serviced. I will most certainly be bringing my Lexus back Ozzi s again for service.

Can t quite remember the gentleman s name, I think it was John. Regardless, service was great. I brought my LC500 for an oil change. He asked if there were any lingering issues with my car that he needed to be aware of. Very friendly and I never once felt like he wanted me in and out as fast as possible. Shop was right down the street from my workplace. Will def come back. Prices way better than Lexus dealership.

This auto company IS A COMPLETE SCAM, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT do any business with them!!! I chose this auto shop because they are very close to my job in Alpharetta, about half a mile, and the reviews were good. About 6 months prior I went to another auto shop to get an oil change and they only told me one thing that was wrong with my car that needed to be fixed and I got it fixed. When I first called Ozzi s, I needed an oil change and tire alignment. On the phone, they said an alignment estimate is $111, and oil change $80 so I expected to pay around $200. When I got there, they told me I owe almost $300, they then swiped my card and I asked for a receipt breakdown, they then said they charged me an estimate by mistake and I actually owe around $250, because I also needed to change a light bulb. I wonder how many times they OVERCHARGED other people based on estimates. They also printed out a list of things wrong with my car I need to fix. It was thousands of dollars of work they listed, I asked if it can wait 6 months, the owner said yes. I asked which one was priority, it was one related to my rear end light. Suddenly, the SAME day when I m leaving work, before I barely come out of the parking lot, the traction control light comes on and stays on, and I could not control my car, I had to get off the highway because it was wobbling and I could have wobbled straight into another car, another time I pressed my breaks and it took too long to break and I almost hit another car. When I called Ozzi back to find out what happened that made my car WORSE, the owner said I need to pay $400 for this and that and your car was like that before it got here. It 100% WAS NOT, and they refuse to fix what that THEY obviously did and were trying to blame me. My car has never almost killed me until I just left these people!!!! These people do VERY sloppy work, they are scammers, greedy, and horrible customer service. Do not go here!!!!Update 24 hours later since I took my shop there: I went to another auto shop and they showed me a print out of how horribly misaligned Ozzi did my car, and also they showed me that my front tires were worn out, even though I specifically asked Ozzi's to check the quality of my tires, and they said they were good (another lie), that is why the bad misalignment plus worn tires caused the traction light to stay on and my car to be in bad shape. I had to pay the new auto shop to do another alignment 24 hours after I paid Ozzi's. Also when I first was calling Ozzi's: they hung up the phone on me multiple times, the owner accused me of wanting charity work when I asked him to fix what they did, and they refused to give me my money back. After I saw their apology response, I called back to see if it was genuine and they sent me to voicemail. Even their apology is fake. And I 100% believe these 5 star reviews are fake, do not believe!!!

This is my first time using Ozzi s and let me tell you what a wonderful experience it was working with John (owner). John is pleasant and friendly to work with. The service I needed on my Infiniti was done expeditiously and priced right. I would highly recommend Ozzi s to anyone who wants top-notch service.

Had a great experience with Ozzi s Autmotive. John was great, provided timely estimate and was able to get repairs completed with cost being exactly as quoted. No surprise charges. Definitely would take my car back.

John and his team are awesome. Great dependable work. They are reliable. work always done professionally. Very friendly staff. Have been using Ozzi's probably for about 8 years. Has taken care of all of out Lexus' and very fair pricing. A mechanic you can rely on. I called Ozzi s today needing my brakes to be inspected due tobumping and shaking when braking. I was on a time crunch since I m leaving Sunday for a road trip and needed this handled. Even during the holidays they fit me in today and I dropped off the car around noon. I got a call 2 hours later and he explained what the issue is, what they need to do to fix it, how much it will cost, and how long it will take. I was amazed to have picked up my car a couple hours later at 5pm the same day and the issue was completely resolved.These guys are not only quick and knowledgeable, but they are also honest. The issue turned out to be minor warping in the rotors. They could have easily told me that all the rotors and brake pads need to be replaced and the bill would have been much much higher. They didn t, they told me the truth and that they can simply shave off a very small amount of metal off the rotors to make them smooth again and not have to replace them or the break pads.This will be my go to shop for any needs I have in the future and I would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you have a Toyota or Lexus.

If you have a Lexus of any year take it to Ozzie s. I ve never had an experience like the one I had with their service. My 2015 ES350 hadn t been serviced in three years - not even oil change. Only has 19k miles. I know the dealer would have been hundreds of dollars if not a thousand to give the car (and me) a going over. Ozzie s: $64. What else do I need to say? No reason to go to a dealership ever again.

My 2007 Land Cruiser had a coolant leak that got into the engine. I took it to John at Ozzi s And they replaced the entire engine, which was not easy with all of the rust my truck has. They did an exceptional job and now I m smiling every day as I drive around this classic truck with complete confidence In their work.

I have been coming to Ozzie s for 5 years and have always been pleased with my service . He and his team are professionals ,polite ,and on time ! I trust them completely. I have a Lexus RX and Infinity Q. Ozzy s is the place! If you have a Japanese vehicle, do yourself a favor and take it to Ozzy s for service. They are honest and fast and don t try to oversell you unnecessary repairs. They are reason enough to make me consider only buying Japanese vehicles, so I can keep coming here!

September 2023. 2.5 years after using Ozzi's and had to change from 5 to 2 stars. Nice people that can do decent "maintenance" on Lexus vehicles. In my case too many instances where they ASSUMED they knew what was wrong as they say "it's always this" and in many cases it was not. They let you supply your own parts if you choose as I did a few times but at your own risk and that is fair. But in my case they do not do any quality checks and just install and send you on your way. Replaced my rear airbag suspension in my 2004 GX as it had a slow leak for two years. They NEVER checked the pipes or lines at all! They blindly replaced the bags. Still leaked!!! Came back and the reservoir had the pipes and clips broken off and held on with plastic cable ties from the previous owner! Asked me if "someone else has been up under there". Wow! This demonstrated they never noticed or checked something so obvious when you saw it! They took two hours to "patch" it up and did not charge me any more than the $500 or so for the job. But it started to leak again soon after. I found the diagrams for them and showed them the parts and pipes needed with new clips. They never followed up with a quote and a plan to fix their clear mistake and oversight. I moved to Marietta and went over a large speed bump and the bags were deflated from the leaks. One came loose and wrapped around my axle and tried to inflate again. Super dangerous and like a carnival ride. Totally stretched out. Found a new mechanic who helped me with good advise and I removed the airbags and put in 4Runner stock suspension. Told me it was dangerous and to not drive it or little as possible until repaired. Then they showed me the rear shocks and front struts that were rusted through on the covers and all worn out. The stock from 20 years ago! Seriously! I brought My GX in for maintenance for 2.5 years and never a word! See? They are simply NOT thorough! Just enough to get by! So I had this work done last week and a total of $2300!! My GX has NEVER been this smooth in the 3 years I have owned it! I also had a window motor Ozzi's was "sure was bad" so I bought a new motor and regulator from Advance Auto. They installed and I drove out and instantly got stuck and screeching with just a couple ups and downs. Took another half day off from work and they put the old Lexus regulator with the new motor. And they charged me double for the labor that Advance paid me back for! No more screeching but guess what? Still will not open at times like before! And streaks of grease on my windows that keep coming back months later. See the pattern here? They are comfy with maintenance on Lexus vehicles but are not thorough with their checks. BEFORE and AFTER their work. This has NOTHING to do with supplying my own parts. That is clear. Not a place to go for major or complex repairs IMO. Thank God I found this place that knew exactly what to do and perfect! If you use them make sure you test what they did or get a second opinion as they are not checking as they should. My situation after 2.5 years proves that. Ozzi's literally put me at risk! See pics of my one stretched airbag next to my normal one and another of my 20 year old rear shock with the cover rusted through! Mounts rusted solid too! So much for looking after our older cars long term!Original Post from 2 years ago below....Top notch Lexus Service. Friendly. Great communication. Fair prices. No surprises. I came to Ozzie's because of the reviews. People mentioned how much they saved, and I found this was true as well. My previous mechanic said I had a blown head gasket. Ozzies refuted this theory and found out all I needed were new spark plugs and a valve adjustment. So, instead of paying thousands of dollars, I paid $600. I have my new shop. Thank you, Ozzies.

Had my car repaired here awhile ago. Was lied to about the origin of the parts installed on my vehicle. When caught in their lie John refused to take responsibility and passed the burden of paying the difference for the work I originally requested to me. When I refused because I should have had this done in the first place as it was what I was told would be done, the cheap alternative parts they installed failed in a catastrophic manner, nearly resulting in injury. This was the only positive interaction, John agreed to replace the affected part but it was again replace with a cheap alternative which resulted in further complications. As a final solution John suggested that I pay a difference of over $1000 to correct the issue they caused or I could take a $400 (not even 1/2 the original amount) refund as hush money and agree to move on. When I got back to John to come up with a solution I was met with complete silence and the company left me in the dirt. Today I received an automated message from their business asking to schedule another service appointment.I hope this place goes out of business, honesty and integrity are not known qualities in the automotive industry and it is because of shops like this make this a reality.

I want to give a shout-out to the Team at Ozzie's Took a Toyota Tacoma in for some refresh work on the water pump, belt & shocks ..... in advance of shipping it back to my home in SW Mexico Hit some unexpected (& fairly complex) snags on the suspension work due to excessive rust / corrosion underneath (vehicle was purchased in Ohio ..... go figure) Candidly, I was a bit worried about #1) whether this Automotive shop actually had the know-how to adequately address the messy structural work required underneath the vehicle ..... & #2) what was the bottom line 'hit' going to be on my pocketbook due to these 'unexpected surprises' Refreshingly, not only did Ozzie's have the deep technical expertise to correct the various suspension issues (Thanks to one of the Teams' top shelf mechanics ..... That be Bobby), but also the final price tag was very reasonable & fair..... all things considered Most auto shops would have probably exploited this 'surprise situation' to the hilt on the final bill. The owner (John) did not do that There is obviously a reason why Ozzi's Automotive receives extremely high reviews in the local area. John & his Team are very 'straight up' with their customers ..... & they are ethical / truthful I can't say enough good things about this automotive shop experience Roswell & Alpharetta should consider themselves fortunate to have Ozzie's Automotive as a "trusted & capable' option as it relates to automotive maintenance & repairServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

I am new to the area and needed to find a mechanic. My 2008 Lexus RX 350 need a new water pump. I read Ozzi s automotive reviews on google and liked what people were saying about Ozzi s and the owner John. So I decided to stop by and talk to John in person. John was very professional and knowledgeable, he took the time to listen about my concerns, gave me competitive estimate and he answered all of my questions. By the end of our conversation I felt really good about Ozzi s automotive. So I scheduled an appointment with John to do the water pump. I picked my car up from John with no issues. He is very thorough he said there was a wrong type of bolt installed on one of the pulleys done by a different shop. John installed the proper bolt and also put a new serpentine belt on. John did a perfect job and is honest about his work. My car runs great with no issues after picking it up from John. I am really happy that I found John. I definitely recommend John at Ozzi s automotive. My entire family and I will be using John as our mechanic for now on. Thank you John for providing excellent service.

I found Ozzi's online. What spurred me were their great reviews, and I'm so glad I contacted them to replace the broken handle on my Kia Optima. The price was reasonable and they did a great job finding the exact replacement part and installing it. It also helps that they have a very comfortable and nice waiting area for their customers. I highly recommend Ozzi's. John was very helpful and very quick to respond to my emails.

We brought our car to Infinity for rear brakes and the price was outrageous! My son said take it to Ozzi s and it was 1/2 the price! Great schedule, service, cost and follow up! We will now bring it back for other services needed!Oh, an they are friendly too!Service: Auto brake repair

Ozzi s Automotive is in a class by itself! The mechanics are excellent, the customer service is great, and they are honest. During a routine service at a local service center we were told that we needed several expensive repairs complete with photographic evidence . We made an appointment with Ozzi s, made the 45 minute drive, and were assured that our car is in excellent shape. . Ozzi s is worth the trip for everything from routine service to major repairs.
