This is the best auto parts shop hands down. Bruno is an awesome person who not only helped me choose the right headlamp but also installed it when asked his help. He really went above and beyond his responsibilities to take care of the customers. I really appreciate it and will be promoting this to others as well. Thanks again Bruno. I called multiple shops around but always O Reilly always has all the parts needed as they have vast inventory and reasonable prices.

I had a great experience with an employee named Bruno! He went above and beyond. From my initial phone call, I could tell he was very knowledgeable. Very detailed and answered all my questions thoroughly. Then, when I arrived, he was even more helpful. He s a star and really made our car challenges a lot easier to resolve. Very thankful for his assistance!

I stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts in Roswell to figure out the thread sizes for a street 90 brass fitting. David warmly greeted me at the front desk and did his best to assist me. When he needed more information, he reached out to Larry for additional expertise.Larry determined the size within a couple of minutes!Thanks Guys,Kenneth

Staff are great!! My partners and I have been working on some cars recently and when we get stuck on something the people here have helped us out. If you need help finding a specific part, have them look it up for you and avoid wasting a bunch of time looking for it yourself like I definitely did

Absolutely terrible customer service! The night of June 5, 2017 I called in 20 minutes before they closed to verify if they had what I needed. He confirmed that they had them in stock, so I raced down there from exit 6 before they closed. I made it there and the same guy I talked to on the phone tried to help me find it... because he didn't already have it up at the front counter waiting on me. They ended up not even having it at all and when I asked him if they might have some in the back, he literally said, "That's a possibility, but we close in like a minute." NEVER AGAIN!

Came in to get parts for my project car and spoke with a young man named daniel. Absolute worst experience ive had in a parts store. The guy acted extremely bothered by me simply asking for help looking for a part. Guy obviously didnt know much about auto parts or cars in general but seemed to be quite confident in selling me the wrong fix. Very unprofessional, i will say the other young man bryce was very helpful and trying to make himself usefull.

Always stop by O'Reilly's before stopping by my dealership. Excellent staff who are always knowledgeable and helpful. If there is a way to do it yourself, they will point you in the right direction.

Whoever was working today @2:10 PM on 4/23 were not attentive at all! I walked in to get a bottle of refrigerant for my car. Just needed to pop in and out, so I grabbed the bottle and waited at the register next to another mother and son and waited for 15 minutes! They never acknowledged me or the others, never came to check us out, NOTHING. Granted they were helping other customers, but they were carrying on conversations and just talking. Neither of the 2 boys said anything to us. Honestly, that's horrible customers service and gives me enough reason to let everyone know to look for another auto parts store aside from this one. Checking me out would have taken 3 minutes. I ended up not even purchasing what I needed because I couldn't even be sure when they would look our way. 1 star service, would not recommend.

The staff here is SO nice! I wasn't really sure what I needed when I walked in today but they made sure I had exactly what I needed when I left. Not only did they help me find the right filter, they were nice enough to help put it in for me. This kind of kindness is so rare these days so I just wanted to say thank you!

Great customer service!After having a hard time dealing with the Advance Auto parts down the street I decided to go to O'Reilly and was shocked at the customer service difference from one place to the other.Melissa assist me so pleasantly and provided me with the most profesional service I've received from an Auto parts store.Highly recommended and will be returning for all my car needs. Thank you!

Horrible service, guys were unprofessional. Told me it was an alternator problem when it was actually a battery problem. Caused me to buy a mechanic to install an alternator when it was as simple as replacing the battery. Had vulgar language and unprofessional attitude the entire time he checked my car. Would not recommend this shop to any one. Drive extra miles to find a different O'rielys or just go to a different shop like AutoZone. Edit: Changing the review to 3 stars after my 2nd visit because of the employee Chris. He apologized for the previous experience and changed my car battery for me, was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing.

Wonderful location and employees! My radiator hose busted and I needed to drive home to SE Atl from roswell, they made sure it was the correct hose and helped me get my car fixed so I made it home with no problems!

Very helpful, I just had some starting issues with my car it takes a while to turn over and start at times, but they checked the battery and the alternator and everything was fine.Bonus, they did this all for free. But most auto parts store will do this. It just happened to be conveniently located where I lived.

Some one else mentioned cool and calm employees, unfortunately they are too cool and calm. You can't get anyone to take your money. I went in and shopped for about 15 minutes I got everything I needed so I got in line. 15 minutes later I was still in line. Two employees were helping the same customers that they had been helping when I entered the store. There was another employee that I had seen milling around the store while I was shopping. He was no where to be seen while I was in line. He finally showed up and spoke to one of the other employees. Then disappear again. Since they apparently don't need to make sales I left.I would get it if they were busy but up until the end there was only me and the two customers at the counter in the whole store. Who knows how long those poor people are going to be there.This had happened several times at this same store. I don't know why I keep going back. I will not be making that mistake again. I'm glad other people get good service but that's not what I've experienced. Maybe I just go when the bad crew is working.

Worse customer service today (6/9/19) from the employee working mixed with a bit of racism. Trying to show my son who is a new car owner how to look for and purchase an item that we already knew was sold by O'Reilly after watching a O'Reilly O'Reilly video my husband decided to take my son there as we usually shop Advanced Auto and Pep Boys who has always been over and beyond helpful. This employee woyldnt even look at the item on the phone or look up the model of car to see if item was in stock which I knew it was because I called but sent my husband and son in to purchase. Please provide your employees with better customer service because at the end of the day its about numbers business and sales and your team on the FRONT LINE.

I would like to give 5 stars but I can t. I gave 3 stars at best because at least they gave me a refund. I went in for a fuel pump and they gave me the wrong part TWICE! I checked the part number and at least the number on the box matched my car unfortunately the part inside the box didn t. When I went for my refund the cashier asked me if I am sure what year model I drive. When I responded with yes, I know my year model he tried to contradict me and ask why someone put a different year model in their computer. Well I don t the answer to that because I don t work there nor do I have access to their computer at the register but making the customer feel stupid because of someone else s incompetence and mistakes just isn t how you get a client. That s how you get one time customers at best.

I like to use O Reilly for turning rotors. Not all locations have experienced people to handle it and sometimes their lathes are down. I had already struck out at two locations I called earlier in the day so I was glad this location said it would only take a couple of hours to turn four rotors.When I arrived about 30 minutes later, there were a guy and a girl working there. The girl told me the lathe was down and was surprised the guy I talked to would tell me they could handle it. I told her I called and the guy who answered the phone said they could do it. She wondered if I called another O Reilly so I showed her my phone.Thanks for wasting my time and gas.Kelly at the East Cobb O Reilly got all four rotors turned in an hour. Even though they are farther away that might be my new favorite location.

When shopping for Auto Parts make sure you take a good look around O'Reilly's! Their friendly staff will be sure to order any items that are out of stock to fit almost all makes and all models of cars in existence. No need to shop around this is a One-Stop shop for Automotive Excellence!

I went in to check a fuse, and 2 young men were extremely helpful. Turns out I didn't need a fuse, and they helped me figure that out. I will go back when I come back to Roswell.

Super fast turnaround time getting oddball part from the warehouse and usually have parts at the store anyway. Some competition still won't let you order parts on the web site for store delivery. This is 2017. Their loss - O'Reilly's gain.

Poor staff/customer service. Straightup refused to help me and then ignored me. If youre looking for a specific part they're fine. But they seriously need to work on their social skills.
