First time customer of North Roswell Automotive. I was very impressed by my experience. The facility and bathrooms were clean. The team was friendly, fast, and, most importantly, straightforward. There were several costly issues with my vehicle. The team helped me navigate the situation- what needed to be prioritized to get me safely back on the road now vs. noncritical issues that could be put off for later. I will definitely be back.

I just had my first experience at north roswell automotive repair. They gave me a detailed outline of options, I need to have my radiator replaced. They offered to come pick me up at my house if needed when the job was complete. I appreciated that willingness to go the extra mile. I heard them offer 2 other customers that same convince. One of them was a long term customer and again this was my first visit. The other thing I appreciate d was that the kept updating me on the progress and timeline that they would be finished. Thank you!

From my initial interaction, to diagnoses and solutions you feel like you are a priority and that you are being taken care of, honestly, with integrity and at a reasonable price. This auto shop fixed one of our vehicles that didnt pass emissions. They had it ready the next day. They were very knowledgeable about the repair needed to help us pass emissions and explained it very well so that we knew exactly what needed fixed. They were communicating with us throughout the entire process. They had a easy electronic check out process that provided a detail breakdown of what we were being charged for.The team was pleasant and they went above and beyond. They even took the time to add air in one of our tires after we checked out and noticed it was low.They have a fair amount of parking. They are able to service large vehicles. They have a waiting room and a bathroom. They also provide emissions testing onsite. They are located behind a QT gas Station so if you need snacks or anything its convenient.

I used North Roswell Automotive to get my brakes replaced. They did an excellent job. They got the job done under the quoted price and had it ready earlier than expected. Rafael was very good to work with. He kept me informed throughout the process. I will definitely be returning for any future repairs.

At first they did not tell me that it was $300 diagnostic fee. They just said bring it in and let us look and see what you need. After speaking with them about this I have say they corrected this charge to me and made this right. I have been a customer now for over two years and they are a fair and honest shop. If you not satisfied they will make it right just let them know. I will continue to use them for all my car care needs. They have great oil specials too. Thank you North Roswell Automotive!

After trying several auto repair shops in the Roswell/Alpharetta area we've found our go-to. Scott Polito, Raphael and the rest of the crew there always treat us fairly and don't try to get every dollar out of us that they can. We go in for X, X gets fixed and they don't try to scare us into spending another two grand on something that isn't necessary. Sure they'll do the inspection and let us know issues they notice along the way but they aren't pushy about it and that's why we keep coming back.

Can t say enough good things about this place. We own an Camry, Lexus, Avalon. Over the years they have done oil changes, replaced front bumpers, fixed sun shades and replaced brakes with no hiccups. Recently I bought a BMW. Knew the oil changes would be a bit costly. Took it to North Roswell Auto, surprised the cost was only about $100. Nice. They are a BMW authorized service station. Keeps warranty in place. Highly recommend them.

Really frustrated with my experience here. The floor of my passenger seat was soaked and I was looking for a more long-term solution than what had previously worked. I wasn t taken seriously when I mentioned the way I had fixed it at home until I told them my dad had gotten under the car to do it - when they returned my call they realized I had been right! $800 later and the problem is not only still a problem, but I left with 4 additional issues than I had when I came in. Including a nail in one of my tires. When I took it back it to have the wet floor re-evaluated, I was quoted for an additional $1900 repair.I took my car down the street to Tires Plus and they gave me a few other options to try before we could determine the issue and charging me another grand (all options under $100 total). I wish North Roswell Auto would have tried these smaller, more affordable options before charging me so much on potential solutions.I didn t feel respected here and felt that they had taken advantage of me.

$$$$$$UPDATE$$$$$$$After taking my car to a reputable repair shop.i was told that a relatively cheap plastic fitting on the radiator had malfunctiend and I required a replacement. No new hoses required, no new radiator and no new high flow pump.BEWARE............Probably my worst experience ever with a garage. My fiance pulled our Cobra into this garage as there was steam coming from under the hood. They were very helpful and tool a look at the car. We were contacted a number of hours later and told it would need a new radiator, all.new hoses and a new high flow pump. The quote for the hoses l, just to supply was $600. At this point I questioned why and was promptly told to pick the car up, a temp repair had been completed and it was drivable.I got there to pick the car up and was given a bill for over $700. I asked to see the receipt for parts used and was told they didn't use any parts. After some discussion they agreed to waiver the diagnostic fee of $140, leaving me with a bill in excess of $500 for them to tighten hosesI walk.out to the car and the hood had not been secured and if driven would probably have resulted in it being torn off. I tried to start the car and the battery had been flattened.I took the car to a different garage and ge informed me.that it required just one hose, high flow pump and radiator fine.Beware of using this garage, you may be paying for work that is not needed.

This is the first time I have used Speed Auto Repair, which is only 2 blocks away. I responded because of a direct mail piece that I received just before Christmas.They did a thorough inspection of all fluid levels, filters and other mechanical parts. They found 4 areas of immediate concern, furnishing photos and quotes. I had 2 of the most serious problems addressed and they stayed in touch on their progress and a breakdown of parts and labor costs.I was very impressed with the casual honesty and professionalism of Speed Auto s representatives (SamBaez).

After receiving a quote from a repair shop that I normally take my car to, I thought that I should do my due diligence and call around before accepting their quote, which was pretty high. After calling various other repair shops, I reached out to North Roswell Automotive Repair and spoke with Tiffany Waldrop. I gave her a run down of the issues I was having, she told me to bring it in and they would take a look at my car and see if they could bring that quote down. Well, she did! It was not a significant amount but it was much more palatable, then the other repair shops could do. Tiffany was very professional and efficient and I really appreciated that!Now, the work has not been done yet it will take a couple of days, which I am fine with due to the type of repair needed. Once they are done I will give another review at that time. But so far so good.

Dropped off for inspection. Call that afternoon required repairs and recommendations. No pressure sales here. Guys are straight up. Hummer H2 running great now. Would recommend.

Always helpful! I ve had two tires that have needed patching, and they help out and get you in and out fast. If they see you filling tires at the free air pump at QT they ll come out and make sure your tire is safe and ready to go and send you on your way. Would recommend visiting them for anything you need.

Evan was so nice, kind, and helpful when I needed air in my tire! He even went to the extra mile and checked to make sure all the tires were fine!!!! Scott and Tiffany were at the counter and great!!! I had to come back in the same day because my tire pressure went down again. Tiffany and Tim came out and looked at the tire and found a nail right. They took my car back right away and Justin patched it up PRONTO!!! Overall all of the emoloyees were very nice and personable! They were so nice I could have stayed and chatted all day! GIVE THEM ALL RAISES!!! :)If I could give more stars I would!!!!Ps. They have good snacks too!!!!

Alot of repair shops do not deal with warranty companies but, Tiffany went above and beyond repairing my vehicle. It needed a new engine. She fought for every bit of coverage I was entitled to. If you need vehicle repair. Please. See these people first you won't regret it

The folks at North Roswell are some of the best. I ve been taking my car in for servicing through the dealership where I purchased it. I started experiencing a lot of various noises and I couldn t get the dealership to help so on a whim pulled into North Roswell Automotive Repair.First they really listened to me, then they quickly resolved the issue (it turned out to be a pretty concerning issue that if left unresolved could have been catastrophic) and when I returned for a different concern they adjusted something that was causing my bike rack to make noise. My car is running like a new car and is so quiet!

Stopped because my son recommended this business. Slow leak on passenger-side front tire. They seemed busy,, but took me right away. Raphael was friendly and very efficient. Told me to have a seat and it would be about 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised when he returned with my car in 10 minutes and no charge. I was so shocked that I forgot to offer a tip. I would recommend this business and will consider them despite the 20 mile drive from my home when I need service in the future.

I have a 2012 Jeep Cherokee that I have kept as long as possible because she is bought and paid for. However, the last 3 years she has given me trouble with emissions. The last two years I took it to Roswell Area Center and they had to keep it more than two weeks while I paid for my own rental and they never actually fixed the issue. This year I took it to NRAR and met Scott. NRAR is on point, provide estimates in a coherent form, understands cost concerns and are EXTREMELY professional. I got the jeep back in a few days and Scott communicated with me every day while also being cost aware of the situation. Won't go anywhere else but NRAR as long as I am in Roswell.Thank you, Scott and NRAR!
