I've had my fair share of cars and have visited numerous mechanic shops throughout the years. However, I must confess that North Point stands out as the absolute best place I've ever experienced. While my family has always had a deep fascination with Range Rovers, and we consider ourselves well-informed about them, I sincerely believe that Fred and his wonderful wife, Sandy, are among the most knowledgeable individuals in the field. They may even rival the engineers at Solihul.Recently, we encountered the dreaded timing chain issue with our L405 Range Rover, and Fred went above and beyond to address every concern. Remarkably, he didn't charge for a significant portion of the labor involved in the repair. Now, our car drives as smoothly as it did when it first rolled off the lot. The combination of their competitive prices, warmth, constant communication, and unparalleled expertise truly sets them apart. They deserve 6 out of 5 stars.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sandy and Fred! They are honest, dependable and provide awesome repairs and service. I will continue to bring my Jaguar to their shop and highly recommend you do too!

Fred is a one of a kind professional great mechanic. Every experience we had was and beyond. We have a Range Rover and they would do our Maitentance as needed by mileage and always on top and never a problem!I live on the South of Atlanta and it s worth the drive to get great service with professional ethics and knowledge!Sandy is a awesome and very well educated on product and service! Sandy & Fred are an absolute joy to work with!Special call out: A cpl years ago, I had just purchased an '06 LR3. It needed a replacement key fob, which I purchased at the LR dealer (but w/o having it programmed). Fred offered to meet me - on Saturday - at their shop to do the programming, for a fraction of the cost. Wonderful!

The absolute best!!! Sandy and Fred treat you like family ;honest hard working better than any dealership anywhere very clean indoor secure bay ;prices are great if u own a Range Rover or Jaguar this is where it should be for any service and repairs hands down

I have used Fred and Sandy at NPM for the past 4 years for my F-Type. They have provided excellent and timely work on each occasion at a fair price. I highly recommend North Point Motors for the service and repair of your vehicle.

A very reliable and reasonable repair shop. Especially dealing with Jaguar and all the expensive repairs that come with owning one. Great customer service and knowledgeable about anything you ask or they recommend you doing. Wouldn t take my Fianc�e Jaguar anywhere else and we live 30miles away from them!!

This place is amazing. The staff is super friendly they treat you like family. I came in from out of town and just wanted to have my car checked after the long drive. They took me in with little wait and had my car checked out in not time. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for great and friendly service especially if visiting from out of town and have a long drive home. You will definitely feel safe and comfortable taking that drive back.
