I worked with Danny and he was amazing. I drive a Honda and usually take it to Honda for everything but there was cosmetic damage to my front bumper due to someone backing into my car. I was definitely nervous about taking it anywhere else but they did an amazing job. It looks brand new! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and Danny will definitely give you a great deal on repairs.

I dropped of my car in last week of February after few communication's by email they informed insurance got approved for repair and car will be ready by April 6th but no communication from them later on tried to reach by phone and emails but no one answered my calls. They left me in dark now i don't know how to get my car back.

Danny you need to return my phone call and give me an update on my car. I have come to the body shop twice and no one was there. Calling every day for 2 weeks now.I have stopped by 3 times now and no one is here. I have to wonder if they have gone out of business?

They received my car February 10th. On February 15, they said they will start the repairs and quoted me 9 days. March 6th, the very last communication I've had with them, I was told the car would be ready on the 8th or the 9th. Called on the 8th, no answer. Went by the shop on the 9th. No one there, and I could see my car, still not completed. Since then I have called everyday, no answer, nothing. It's April 2nd, They still have my car. Now have law enforcement involved. Literal theft.

Worst s communication I ve witnessed from a business. They don t answer the phone when they have your vehicle. My car left there and the parking sensors weren t put back and I haven t been able to reach anyone since my car has left there. I have showed up to the actual location during business hours and the door remains locked. Nobody answers the phone or will come to the door. DO NOT bring your car here.

Do not use. I think this place has gone belly up. The shop used to be good, but no one answers the phone and no one is available at the shop to finish a job. I've filed a complaint with the BBB.

Had a problem, but Danny resolved it1. They did a great-looking repair of a driver's-side mirror, and window, and repainted the door, but they incorrectly reconnected the door handle such that the auto-unlocking feature was disabled and a warning light and message were displayed while driving.2. I brought it back, and they examined it, but could not figure out what was wrong. They suggested I take it to a dealer to get it fixed.3. I went in for a consult for some work to be done on my car. I was so pleased with the professionalism of the staff, especially the woman at the front desk. I felt like they really understood me and what my needs were. I ll be going to National Collision group exclusively for my car needs in the future.

My interior was almost brand new except the glove compartment was messed up because of the weather change so the adhesive no long hold it together and I brought my car to them to replace the back bumper in the back. Got my car back where mileage increased by 25 miles, my inside leather was all scratched up, one piece on my chair drivers side was broken, they tried fixing the glove compartment but it was all scratched up and discolored, the trunk had a bolt that was missing. This car was my baby and I had told them but they really disappointed me. i told them what happened and they said to bring the car back so that they can clean and fix it but after what the car has been through, i cant trust them.. they re not toiching my car again . worst experience ever! and i was so considerate with everything regarding how i would call over 15 times and never hear back and text and not hear back for days and i never gave them a hard time.

Experience was very good. Carbon fiber hoods are not the easiest to paint. These guys did an amazing job and completed before other paint shops even returned my phone call.

Danny and the rest of the team are some of the most professional and understanding people I ve dealt with. Danny helped me out when my BMW got wrecked in a car accident. Not only did he let it stay at his shop for an extended period of time but he did not charge me the storage fees that are typically applied. He worked very closely with me during a time of need and accommodated me very generously. If I ever have the need to repair my vehicle, I m definitely returning to this shop!

I had a great experience working with Danny! Great guy honest and fair rates for getting a car that I needed fixed in a hurry. They were very flexible and delivered a great job. Great customer service and over all amazing job. I truly feel like everyone at the shop went over and above to make sure my car was finished in the time frame I needed. Danny was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end! He was very helpful, communicative, flexible, informative, and professional throughout the process. And the work was absolutely gorgeous!!! I had brought my car in because of sun damage to the paint along with multiple dents and scratches all around the car, and Danny and his team were able to bring my car back to looking brand new!! My experience with National Collision Group exceeded my expectations. The quality of their work in cleaning up some major scratches and dents on the side and back panels of my car was so perfect, I thought they had simply replaced the panels. Danny was incredibly helpful. He dealt with the insurance company completely. He fixed my car over the holiday weekend and in the exact time he claimed. Actually he finished it early. I can't thank Darrell, Debra, Danny and the entire team enough for restoring my car to pre-accident condition. They did an amazing job that you'd never noticed it had an accident. I had to get some damaged repaired on my truck. It wasn't extensive. However, when I took it to a repair place I had previously used with great results, I was given a reasonable verbal estimate but they were not going to be able to fit me in for at least two months. I stopped by another repair place and they would not even look at the truck to give me an estimate because they were booked for the next three months. I then contacted National Collision and was able to bring it in within the next hour for them to look at and give me a written estimate, which was less than the verbal estimate I had been given at the first repair place. They were able to put me on the schedule for 3 weeks out. I brought it in on a Monday and got a call on Thursday, three days later, that it was ready. The repair was fantastic! I couldn't even remember what had been damaged. Hopefully, I will not have a future need but I will definitely use them again.Service: Body & Trim

Dealing with car issues is by far the thing I hate most. Whether its the amount of time, money or the feeling that I am getting 'robbed', I've never had a pleasant experience getting my car serviced.The staff at National Collision Group did an incredible job to make me reconsider my perspective. Beyond being friendly and professional, they were considerate and flexible to my schedule. At no point did I feel like they were looking to get more $$$ out of me, and felt like they had my best interest in mind. Driving a Volvo makes trips to the shop scary, but this couldn't have been further from the truth. Their work on my car helped me get that check engine light removed, and I am so thankful for it. Very professional. honest and friendly service. They were able to deal with my insurance, so I didn't have to. My car looks like there was no accident. ! Highly recommended. We love Danny and are so excited that he has opened his own shop in Roswell. We ve been coming to him for years- he has taken care of all varieties of cars our family owns.... Range Rover, Lexus, Mercedes, Audi, and Hyundai. He has the best pricing in Atlanta and customer service is always 10/10. We will never trust anyone else to handle our family fleet of cars!

Great experience for me here. I had some minor aesthetic issues on my Mazda 6. Owner inspected my car and listened to my requests. The replacement headlight housings would cost me over $1000. He instead suggested that they buff them out and that I pick up my own bulbs down the street to save me extra money. Got my car back in short time with the headlight housings looking brand new. He even touched up the paint in an area I had scratched up. Very fair rate, very good, honest experience. I highly recommend!

Danny and the team at National Collision performed a marvelous job on my vehicle and far exceeded my expectations. Their understanding of what was needed to execute the final product was meticulous. Regular status calls from Danny was welcome and set reasonable completion targets.I was so pleased with the professionalism of National Collision, I had them work on one of my other vehicles for rust repair and abatement. National Collision Group is one of the best Body shops around, they got my 2010 Camaro ss on Tues. Replace my front bumper, fender and paint my car. They said it will be done by Tues of next week. Received a phone call from Danny on Friday saying it was done. They got my car in and out back to before the weekend.. Very friendly staff that provided highest quality of service at a reasonable price. Kept me updated on status of the job sending pictures throughout all steps of repair. Very courteous and got the job done well in a timely manner.
