These guys are trustworthy and do carefully detailed work. Jacqueline kept me up to date with what s going on with my Lexus and when I got my car back, it looked brand new and spotless clean on the inside and out. It did take 4 months but that was because one of my car parts was on a national back order- to no fault of their own. Keep up the great work guys!!

I ended up not getting my car repaired since it was considered salvaged for very minor damage. They charged me $500 and didn't put my car back together. Missing screws, sub-woofer and trim.

Had front bumper replaced. They found a little more work that needed to be done but car was finished on time and pricing seemed reasonable. Jessica was excellent to deal with.

Brought my wife's Lexus here to swap out the grille. Work was performed in a very timely manner and with high quality care. Staff was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process as well. Would definitely do business here again.

This is a great body shop for collisions! This is my second time going to this body shop. I hate getting into accidents, but this shop makes the process less stressful. They also guide their customers through the process and let you know through text message the completion date.

I would say it was okay but it took over 2 months, I got alerts my car doors were being open at midnight on a Friday bc they never re locked my car. All of my ray bans that were in there are gone. Either the person snooping the lot took them When they didn t re lock my car, or the people working did either way, not cool and loss of money . Don t recommend.

Let me start by saying that the repairs done seem to have been done correctly. This was bodywork for a small dent and scratches on the driver side door and for hail damage to the hood and top of the car. I m thinking they knew that I had 30 days of rental car coverage. It took about 35 days to complete the final work, which seems really unreasonable. I wound up paying about $300 out of my own pocket for the rental car. Maybe it s just me, but if I charged someone $7,000 for work done and had their car for 5 weeks, I would have at least painted a small scratch that was on the front bumper and would have detailed the car as a courtesy. I won t use them again.

I dropped my car off and I must say their customer service was great. My car was there for awhile (about a month) but they explained this to me when I dropped it off and let me know there was a shortage on some parts which could cause a delay. Each week, I would receive a call with an update on the status of my vehicle. I was very pleased. My issue was when I picked up my car. At first glance everything looked good, but when I got home I noticed a scrape mark close to the hood of the car on the opposite side that the damage was on. It looked like it could have been the chalk they used to write on windows while in repair, so I immediately took it to the car wash before I called about something that could have easily been wiped off. After my car wash it was still there. I called them and they told me to bring my vehicle in because they take pictures when vehicles come in, and they said they d take care of it if it was something caused by them. I will admit, I never went back because I didn t have the time to leave my car with them for days to fix a minor scratch. I was upset about it because, it doesn t matter what damage is done to my car that I caused, at no point should a place that I send my car to for repairs be the cause for another scratch (even if it is small).My next issue was, a few days later, a coworker (who had no idea my car was being repaired) asked me if I recently had work done on my car. I said yes and he asked was I satisfied, and told me it doesn t look bad but he wanted to show me something. The sun was shining bright and with the car being extra clean from the wash he showed me how the paint on my bumper (which is what they fixed) didn t match the paint on the rest of my car. It was not as vibrant as the original color. Again, I was upset, but didn t bother to call, and I just realized that their quality of work is horrible. I ve included pictures that I took the day I received my car (for the scratch they did) and a few days later (for the paint not matching). Too bad the work doesn t match the customer service that the women in the front office provide. I would not recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They are very professionally , very transparent on the price . I went to another collision center and they didn t have any appointments available till Nov and Dec 2023 , I was able to get my car fix in a timely matter. Thank you

After checking multiple repair shops that could not fit me in for the paint recall coverage, I was directed to Roswell Nalley Collision Center and the entire process was excellent. They originally scheduled the repair a few months ago but had to reschedule due to something on my end and Natalie was so polite in working with me to not only get rescheduled but to let me know the timeframes I could work with. I was very impressed with consistent communication from Jessica and Natalie through phone and text. They were very patient in answering my many questions when calling in. I also had to deal with a claim for additional repair. When talking to Natalie regarding it, there was less stress and I became confident that it would get taken care of with how the collision center had previous experience handling it.They even made the process with obtaining a rental very smooth. They communicated with me the ins and outs and what to do in case anything came up. When there was a decision to be made regarding an option during the paint process, Jessica not only called and explained it to me but she showed me the results and she did not have to do that. When I picked up my vehicle upon completion, I was very happy with the result. It was almost like going to the lot to purchase the car years ago. The technicians did a stellar job. This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with any car service, thanks so much to the entire Roswell Nalley Collision Center Team.Service: Painting

Jaqueline provided exceptional customer service and was in frequent communication with me from start to finish. The service team did an amazing job and completed repairs ahead of schedule. If I ever need any repairs done I certainly will use them again and highly recommend anyone else to use them as it's rare you find exceptional service like this place provided. Horrible customer communication and service. Took 7 weeks to get my car into their shop when and told repairs would take 7-10 days. After they had my car, they said they needed to perform a further evaluation on the repair necessary (not unreasonable). Delayed in getting paperwork to/from my insurance agency and then further delays getting parts in (was told they had parts on hand). I had to call to get any sort of update or push them on timing. Skip ahead, they ended up having my car for 9 weeks!They then told me via text that their quality engineers had finished inspecting my car and it was ready for pick up. Went over to get my car, signed paperwork, got keys and was "good to go". Getting into the car, I noticed window tint was damaged on both driver side windows. So went back into the building to talk to a repair technician and he said "oh yeah, I noticed that and wanted to discuss it". When??? After I drove away? I started the car after highlighting the issue and got a warning light for my tire sensor. It wasn't reading any tire pressure. So highlighted that. He "fixed it" by clearing the alarm. It came back again 2 miles down the road. I took it back 2 more times to have them fix it before they final said the sensor had gone bad and wanted me to pay to have them replaced. I told them, they were working fine when I gave you the car...how is this my responsibility?They replaced the window tint but won't fix the tire pressure sensors that went faulty while they had my car...again...for 9 weeks!Won't be going back. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. A luxury car brand should know what customer service is and they simple do not.Service: Body & Trim

Took my Lexus 350es in for body repair on the front bumper. Was "promised" by the painter that the paint job would last the lifetime of the car. Paint started chipping and they found an excuse for the chipping. Painter would not discuss directly with me but took the client services person to the back to find an excuse.Next, the sensor replaced by Nalley Collision Center Roswell is defunct. Replaced approximately 2 years ago and the excuse is warranty reasoning. The first rule of business is customer service. Work with the customer. None of that was accomplished on my visit.In all, I would never refer or return to Nalley Collision Center Roswell due to poor customer service, lack of professionalism and the lack of reasoning for their excuses.Service: Body & Trim

Nalley repaired my damaged rear bumper. They inspected it, gave an estimate, ordered parts that were delivered on time, did the work in the timeframe promised and stuck to their estimate. The people are all super friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend Nalley to anyone!

Please don't use this collision shop. Our Lexus had minor front end work and they struggled. The shop is nasty and no care to the car. We picked up the car and month later we are still dealing with issues - headlights flicker, cruise control didn't work, etc. We picked up our Lexus and opened the engine bay and it had a layer of grit on the engine and the entire engine bay was nasty. I had to replace the engine filter, cabin filter, and all windshield wipers just from nastyness of the shop. This was and continues to be a terrible experience. I truly think the car is in worse condition from how it was delivered to them.The staff didn't communicate on work progress and frankly were difficult to deal with. They were not able to go through the work order and show the items completed. This is basic stuff that they couldn't do. They obviously do not have quality control on its work. Headlights flickered and aimed in crazy directions.Service: Body & Trim

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS.Ive trusted Nalley Collision to repair my Lexus RC twice before on two separate occasions. The work was done at the second Roswell location, however, this review is to caution and WARN potential customers from making the same mistake as some of us.My coupe needed extensive work done unable to drive after two collision hits back to back. I paid out-of-pocket to have my car towed from a different state to this shop in Ga thinking it was the same one that did my previous repairs. Had no idea there were two Nalley Roswell locations. Following picking up my car, I noticed my cruise control wasnt working which was odd as I never had that problem before any accident. I told her the molding from the repair job wasnt sufficient as I could still easily manipulate the car lining. I told her there were scratches left on my passenger door[These scratches were not there before my car arrived at this shop]. Regardless of how the scratches appeared, they should have been seen by a technician and not the paying customer as she is called to pick up her fully repaired vehicle.I had Lexus look at my vehicle, and the brakes were left unrepaired. Not even a note to me as a customer or anyone from the shop reaching out to my paying insurance company to include this on the estimate.Then, i look my fender lining is still torn. Mind you ALL of these ADDITIONAL damages are mishaps or mistakes that should have been all repaired the first time while my insurance was paying for a rental vehicle until ANY & ALL REPAIRS ARE DONE AND I CAN SAFELY DRIVE MY VEHICLE.THIS SHOP LET ME TAKE MY CAR OFF THE LOT AFTER A 25,000$ repair job while my car WAS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. I had to pay out-of-pocket to have a tire repaired that blew out on me that the shop should have caught. I COULD HAVE DIED. I tried nonstop calling the adjuster at the shop even speaking to THE MANAGER AT NALLEY COLLISION. She did not take my concerns seriously. She said the fender lining being torn is not a safety issue. Did not have any empathy nor ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE SHOP s mistakes/less than quality repair.PLEASE LISTEN TO OTHERS DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT. I will keep everyone updated on how the shop handles these concerns now that Im making things public. My car is an investment, and despite having to rush back from surgery recovery (injuries sustained from 2nd accident) to pick up this vehicle so I wasnt charged extra The car was not ready to pick up nor safe for me to get behind the wheel. I am extremely disappointed in Nalley collision as Ive been a loyal customer over the years choosing them for my repairs when I could go anywhere. Wow wow wow you would think with a name lexus you would get some customer service wow do not I Repeat do not take you vehicle close to this place the general manager basically told me to pound sand they had my car for 72 days they put me in enterprise rental car that the at fault drivers insurance company was responsible. They paid for 20 days which was the time it should have taken for repairs .my car sat on there lot for 3 weeks before I called them to check status and it had not been touched the whole time I m in rental car they assured me insurance would cover it then I get text saying car is going into paint and another 3 weeks goes but and I get another text saying car is going in to paint I finally get my car after 72 days and stuck with a $ 2118 bill. Nobody at nalley wanted to try an solve the issue there are many autobody shops it Atlanta don t let the name Lexus full you like it did me.

I just had white Toyota paint peeling issue done. Beforehand, I also visited another location to get it repaired but I was told to check out another location since they were fully booked until summer and couldn't even put my name on the waiting list, which was frustrating. So I booked an appointment with Nalley Toyota collision center to see if they have an opening for me. I luckily met Stephanie, the director and she did a quick inspection of my car and helped me get an appointment for repairing service. Throughout the entire service, the receptionists, Natalie and Angele were so helpful with getting a rental car and notifying me the process as well. My car came out perfectly like a band new car. Thanks for the technicians who did a wonderful job painting my car too. Thanks for your team to make it happen because it had been so frustrating to drive the paint- peeled car for the last few years. Highly satisfied overall.

Took my VW Golf R there for some front end work. Had the front bumper replaced and rock chips in my hood fixed. They did a great job. And the customer service was great. Would recommend.

Brought my car here through Nalley Lexus to have a warranty paint defect repaired. My car had 675 miles on it and was a 2022 GX. They parked it next to cars with bumpers falling off scraping my car and left the hood open all night to get water inside the engine. They do not respect customer vehicles and I ended up just picking my car up the next day because I don t trust them with the repairs if they are willing to treat my vehicle this way even before the repair! Avoid this place there are much better repair places out there.

Natalie and Jaqueline are true professionals! Our vehicle got backed into and the dealer recommended this center. From the first meeting to the last, they were courteous, kept us well informed on the work, and helped handle the rental with ease! They even worked with the insurance company to get all repairs paid for in full.
