I have gotten my car serviced at this location multiple times, and I always have an excellent experience. Matt and Remy are so professional, kind, and helpful. The customer service and work ethic at this shop is outstanding. I have recommended them to family and friends. Will come back again whenever my car needs maintenance!

I wish I could rate 100 stars! 100/10 is what they deserve! Drew is the BEST! He saved me so much money, and was very helpful and friendly. The whole team is excellent. They ALWAYS pick up the phone and are happy to help! This location is the very best. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!

I took my 2006 Pontiac GTO to Matt and Chris for two front hubs and an alignment after I was told by other shops they couldn t do it. They were confident they could get the job done. I dropped it off on Friday afternoon and got a call Wednesday morning that my car was ready. They even came and picked me up so I could get it before the holiday. I highly recommend them. Fast and friendly.

great shop. came in as a walk-in and they did everything i needed them to do (full service and new tires). ended up being cheaper than i expected too! manager was very nice and helpful. will come again and recommend to others.

10am appt for a tire rotation. That took well over an hour. Once they finally took my car back they never took off the tires! I know technology has come along way......but.

I dealt with Remmy your Manager on duty. He was excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable about tire options and products. I hit a piece of steel in the road rupturing both sidewalls on drivers side. It was less than an hour before closing time, he did not try to stall me off until the next day. He was more than courteous, and saw to my replacement, mounting,and balancing of all 4 tires, in what I would consider less than what most companies would have done just the to damaged tires. You have excellent products and fast courteous employees! The employees and products are number one in my book!

Mr. Tire Holcomb Bridge road Matt, the manger is very knowledgeable and very helpful!!I have taken my sons 4 runner to this location many of times and the work and price is always top notch!! I would highly recommend Matt, and his team for your next vehicle repair needs!

I got a bolt in my tire and was losing pressure when I pulled into Mr Tire on Tuesday around noon. They were able to get my tire repaired and I was back on the road in under an hour. I really appreciate their kindness and efficiency because I was on my way to a medical appointment that I really needed to get to and I arrived on time with their help. Thank you so much for your excellent service!

Single mom here...had a flat tire in a 15 year old sedan that separated at the seam. I had it towed here and was told that all the tires needed to be replaced. I took the advice and $875 later I had all new tires on the little sedan. Two days later one of the brand new tires ripped at the seam? I had it towed back. I was told that I had to have hit something hard for the tire to do that..... and we absolutely DID NOT hit anything...the tire blew on it's own. I asked if there was any other reason for a situation like this and was told no. It was due to our poor driving skills. I immediately had the car towed to another location and after research and guidance learned that there was no puncture whatsoever to the tire that it was either a manufacturing defect or it hadn't been installed properly and started deflating and was driven on with low pressure. I understand that mistakes are made but accountability is as important as anything when running a business. So if you get lucky enough to have your work done properly at this establishment you might be ok...just don't expect them to take accountability for any mistakes made or even try to make them right or to research and explain them to your properly. Extremely costly situation for me that I would hate to see anyone else have to go through.

This place charges the most ridiculous prices (almost 3x) for parts they get from their vendor across the street. I needed a new battery and they quoted me $580. They said this price didn t include installation. I went across the street to their same vendor and bought it for $234. Insanity- do not trust these guys.

Mr. Tire - Holcomb Bridge Rd. BEWARE!!Charged 3x the price they paid when they walked across the street to purchase a new alternator and replaced a new battery with another new battery ( which was dead bc of alternator failing). When I called to ask questions they figured I knew nothing about, they hung up on me. Lucky for them my daughter and her dad picked it up and paid before I could explain they Were BENDING us over. Had original alternator price confirmed by Auto Zone too. With 320$ labor cost (which only takes 3 bolts). Robbed of 1300$ total.Now all lights are on, chemical gassy smoke coming in the interior of the car making my 18 yr old daughter sick, and undrivable. Told us there's nothing they could do and even let her drive away from their store knowing how bad the vehicle was ..and blocked me. I'm not the first.Will be up there first thing in the morning. I don't think I can write exactly what I feel about Mr Tire without post getting deleted. Stay clear y'all! &KAdd a comment..BTW this is my post from Nextdoor. This post received 35 messages from other Roswell residents who all had similar experiences!!!!

Everyone here is so kind and honest! They always make sure your car is in great condition, and are happy to help out in any way. I always feel super welcome when I come to them. I love an hour away, but these are the only people I allow to look at my car!! Highly recommend to anyone to come and see them!

This is a zero star reviewI offer a strong negative opinion of Mr Tire at 1574 Holcomb Bridge RoadRoswell.Engine was overheating, I, knowing a little, asked for analysis, including compression test.Compression test not performed, Claimed that they did coolant system flush, and replaced a connector to the heater hose, no such connector exists on vehicle.I asked for the old part, they declined.Claimed that on the flush it made the mechanic want to vomit - extremely unlikely given the gallons of water we put into the cooling system, and the fact that the worst thing in a cooling system would be congealed or crystalline stop leak, rubber and rust.Told us to install viscous coupled fan, when vehicle had only electric fan from factory (confirmed with dealer, using VIN)Cost $700 (not including fan), result less than nothingEventually I replaced the engine (a mate did most of the work)There was evidence of water entering the cylinder as the engine cooled and when hot ... ie head or head gasket failure (evident by a corruption in the head gasket) that would have been picked up had he done the compression test we requested.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MR TIRE (Representives name withheld by author)

Came here for the first time today because my car was stalling due to low oil pressure. While waiting for a manager to come out I spoke with another customer who said the technicians here are amazing - always a good sign. Sure enough they took care of my issue immediately and I lost no time getting back on the road and home before my kid s nap time. The service was a great value too, more than fair. I ll definitely use them again and feel lucky to have found a trustworthy mechanic in the area.

Worst experience ever, was charged for work that wasn't done. Trying to get a refund was a nightmare, when I confronted management for answers, they said the refund was being processed, which it wasn't. Took going through corporate, and a month and a half later to finally get my refund. This company seems to be completely dishonest, I would highly suggest everyone to double check if the work is actually done before paying.

I can t recommend enough! In from out of town and got a nail in our run flat tire. Brett went out of his way to pick up our tire and had it on within three hours of coming in. They are obviously quick, friendly, and provide great service. I would definitely recommend!!!

Needed to get an alignment done for my car so I booked an appointment online, but had to call them to confirm booking because the original spot I wanted was no longer available. This is located right next to wendy's. Dropped my car off and received a call after 2hrs ish informing me I can come back to pick it up. They were able to provide me a quote at drop off. Alignment and I also got rotation done for my Civic at a total of $120. I did have to wait a few minutes (10+min) when I picked up the car since the shop was busy.Overall I would say it was a good service experience. My disclaimer for this review is I get $20 off my bill for posting it, total bill was $115 after tax

If I could make this review glow, I would! Shawn, the manager, is such a cool, honest guy, and obviously takes pride in his shop and cares for his customers. Been going for years now, and only finally writing this well-deserved review. Whether it's been brakes, oil changes, alignment issues, or even full on inspections, all work has been done with fair pricing, precision, and excellence!

I WENT IN A DAY AGO TO GET MY PASSENGER TIRE REPLACED AND THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED MORE WORK ON MY BRAKE BOOSTER. I did not go in there with any real brake problems. When they replaced my tire, my whole brake wasn t working properly and now when I m driving my right brake is rusty squeaking and at times throttling when I press on the brake. THEY INTENTIONALLY DESTROYED MY BRAKE THINKING I WAS GOING TO FALL FOR IT AND PAY FOR MORE WORK TO BE DONE. INSTEAD I CALLED THE POLICE ON THEM AND GOT A POLICE REPORT SINCE THEY WANT TO ARGUE I WALKED IN THERE WITH MY BRAKES DOING THAT AND I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT. BEWARE. THEY WILL MESS THINGS UP IN YOUR CAR TO GET YOU TO PAY FOR MORE SERVICES. I WILL BE SEEING YALL MFS IN COURT :) ITS FUNNY THEY REALLY THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO GO BUCK WILD AND CRAZY ON THEM FOR THEM TO TRY TO KICK ME OFF PROPERTY NOPE. NOW YALL ABOUT TO GET TF SUED OUT OF YALL FOR DAMAGING AND DESTROYING MY BRAKE.THE MANAGER MATTHEW PAYNE AND THE TEXH WHO WORKED ON MY CAR C. BENEFIELD ARE SLIMY GREASE BALLS AND WILL BE REPORTRD TO CORPORATE ASAP THIS WEEK

I had a nail in my tire and they got me in last minute. They were so nice and helpful and got me the new tire I needed. They did take a look to see if it was fixable instead of just saying I need a new tire.

Horrible experience, DO NOT recommend. We brought our car in for a loud whomping sound coming from our tire, and $2100 later the issue was still unresolved. We had to bring our car back twice to fix issues they created when improperly installing our brakes and installing a faulty CV axel. The manager, Matt, actually admitted to us that his technician couldn t figure it out . Finally brought it to the dealership to find out the root issue was a broken wheel bearing crazy that a tire company couldn t see this immediately. They also attempted to sell us a new tire we didn t need (quickly refunded me for that when they were caught, of course). When I addressed these issues with the manager, he refused to admit any fault on record but told me to bring it back in and they d fix it free of charge . He also refused to offer any sort of refund for the services and sent me down a wild goose chase with their corporate office. Over a week later and hours spent on hold/attempting to connect with them, and I still have not been able to confirm that I ll be receiving a refund. Would give zero stars if I could.

Had my oil changed. Noticed my skid plate hanging on one side a month later. Got under it. Found this. All the plastic twist bolts and metal screws gone. Zip tied. Didn t even bother putting it under the plastic ledge with the holes if you zoom in. Not acceptable.

I don't know what people are complaining about. This place really, really cares about their customers. I have received nothing but excellent customer service from Danny and the crew too (idk why people complain about him but it's simply not true).Feeling like a used car lot? Plz. An oil change is around $22 on my Subaru. Oh and if it was $69 I'd still pay it because they spend time checking out other parts of your car that make sure you're safe, like your tires and your brakes and your filters.And this nonsense about them not doing something for 10 minutes before close? Please. My first time here I had to drive back home in Peachtree City and I noticed that my car was running funny. Turns out I had no oil in my car (and I got my oil changed at another place not a month prior) so one of the techs topped me up just enough, so then I came back in the morning and got my oil changed.Oh and for you other Subaru owners, have a Subaru guy in the shop too. :)I work in the services industry too... I know how hard it can be to please customers, but for real...These guys have it down pat: the service is done right, the prices are great, and the techs are knowledgeable.I've gone here about twice now over a month.
