Keith and his team are great! I m always hesitant of getting my car service, but this team makes it a comfortable experience and takes their time to explain what service is needed and why. I ve now had my car serviced here twice. I will definitely come here for all my future car maintenance needs.

Very happy with the service that I was provided at Mavis. Keith and his Team members are great. They were able to work me in and do great service on my car. I would definitely recommend them as they are fast and reasonable. I also have a lifetime warranty on my pads isn t that great!

Thank you so much for Javier and Keith for taking care of me when I got a nail in my tire. So nice although it was the end of the day they serviced me like I was an early morning customer. I love how they take care of all of my family's vehicles. I don't go anywhere else! Thank you MAVIS!

We are impressed with the great service of this Mavis location. We'd had a mishap at another location which closed, and this Mavis swept in to help us, and honored all promises from the other location with greatest kindness. We've bought tires from this location also, and they were fast, efficient, less expensive than we'd anticipated, and I just can't say enough good about them.

Quick accurate service. After driving my Ram truck a few weeks will say the technician did an excellent job on my front end alignment. It is the best set up since I have owned the truck. EDITING POST for a 2nd & 3rd visit: I took my daughters newly purchased used car last week for 2 new tires and an alignment. They recommended rear shock, font struts and provided me a quote. After research, the quote was a good price and I went through the car and decided it was not only needed but was my next priority to get the car ready. I returned for service this week. Keith and his staff did an excellent job and the car is set up perfectly and no more rattles.

Super great experience, called near closing time because I couldn't book an appointment online for the same day. They told me come on down and got me situated at a good price and even helped me get a much needed oil change. Javier at the front was kind, personable, and a great help.

I came in for brakes and to have the suspension looked over, since my usual shop did not have the parts over the weekend. I knew I had warped rotors. The store manager lied to me and said I did not need brakes, even though I knew for a fact the rotors were warped. He also tried to get me to replace all four shocks, which my truck did not need. I immediately left and waited for my usual shop to get the parts. My usual shop replaced the brakes and a ball joint, fixing the clunk sound I had been experiencing. Keith is blatantly deceitful. I advise against going here.

They both showed the highest level of professionalism and were committed to addressing the problem in a timely manner for which I was very grateful. Thank you both for your help today. I had a really good experience here at Mavis on Marietta Pkwy next to canton st in roswell. I called in and they said they had guys waiting for work so come right down. Steven helped me out and really gave me his personal input on what i should do with my balding tires and tire alignments. I went with new tires today because of the deals they had. on top of that my oil change was due and they discounted that as well. He was a no BS kind of guy which was really refreshing. they were super quick too. will definitely be coming back for brakes/tires/alignment service needed on my car in the future. 6/5 stars for me.

Tyon who was one of the managers made my experience getting a new tire a breeze. His customer service was impeccable and he did everything he could to ensure I got the best price possible. Go there and ask for him.

They replaced a tire and when I left, I noticed they kept my Mercedes rim center cap. I don t live in the state so the manager promised to mail it to me. I ve called several times and each time they just confirm it s in the manager s desk. It s been a month now. It s ridiculous that I paid nearly $400 for 1 tire and they couldn t do the simplest thing and ensure the car was back in tact. At the bare minimum, mail it to me.

At first I thought they were very helpful and patient when one of the mechanics at their Coleman Village location told me that he couldn't get the tire lock off my wheel because the tire lock key was not in my car. The guy even said that he went to another Mavis tire and picked up a whole bunch of different tire keys, only to find that none of them worked. So after waiting over 2 hours, the head mechanic finally comes over and gets the bolts off the tire immediately - his comment to me was that the other guy didn't look hard enough. So I take my car to the Volvo dealer today to get the tire locks removed (to switch out for standard bolts), only to be told by the service manager at North Point Volvo that my tires do not have locks! There are little pop-on silver covers over the bolts that pop right off. There are no tire locks on my car!If a guy who changes tires doesn't even know the basic information, ie, Changing Tires 101, that is downright scary, and unacceptable. I will not return.

Scammy. Brought my car in to get tires rotated and to see why my back left tire kept going flat, they said that I needed to buy a whole new tire, that there were no nails or holes in it, only that it was ruined because I apparently was driving on it for too long while it was flat which wasn t even true. They didn t even bring it back into the shop to look at it so I knew it was suspicious. I brought it to Discount Tire instead and they showed me the nail in the tire and that it only needed to be patched. No new tire needed. Mavis just wanted to scam me into buying a new tire from them. Shady place

Guys at Mavis came in clutch with a trailer tire replacement. Tire machine would not take the tire off so they manually took it off. All the other local tire companies turned me away!!! TAKE YOU VEHICLES TO MAVIS!

I have had work done at different Mavis locations in Cobb County. This one saved me as a customer! I would not take my car to any other Mavis in Cobb County other than this one!
