I took my car in to have some fender damage repaired during the holidays and am very pleased with the results! The damage was fixed in a timely manner (just in time for New Year's), and both the interior and exterior of the car were cleaned. Staff was also very friendly and professional. Gave my Car for door replacement and dent removal on car body. They kept changing their timeline. Finally when car is delivered to me, it has transmission damaged, gas cap was broken and pain stains everywhere inside of my car. When I reported it, they were very unprofessional and never paid attention. All the guy told was we can do it like he is doing me a favor. No, your guys messed up my car and you have to fix it. I will be reporting this business for the damage done to my car.Edit: This place has previously worked on my lexus Is car and they did the job that s why I was happy to give them my Infiniti. I have proofs that I will attach to my review if the business owner disputes my review.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my van in to have rear quarter panel damage repaired after I was rear-ended. L&G had it for 14 days. My insurance company told me they weren't going to cover the rental they had furnished me any longer. L&G didn't even start working on my van until day 11. What a terrible job they did. The left rear of the van doesn't even have the same profile as the right rear does. I was in a bind and had to take the van as it was. After almost a year of back and forth with Gerald, the owner, he gave me back about 1/3 of what I had paid to have the van fixed. The workers are all illegals from Central America. Most don't even speak English. Gerald is a bad business owner. Many of the used car dealers close by use him because he's cheap. He's cheap because he does terrible work. If your buying a used car in Roswell, ask your salesman where they get their body work done. If he says L&G Auto Body, just turn around and run. The paint on my van is now cracking and blistering. The metal quarter panel was not welded where it had been torn open. Gerald's guys just put bondo on it. I had another body shop measure the thickness of the bondo. It's almost 1" thick in places. Save yourself a lot of grief. Take your vehicle someplace else.

Quality is certainly guaranteed. I've been their customer since I've worked for several used car dealerships and I've never been disappointed with the quality of their service. It's highly recommended. Their owner is very friendly and it's always nice to have a chat with him

I recently took my car to Gerald and the guys over at L & G Auto. As a woman, I'm always a little nervous getting my car worked on since I am not at all knowledgeable about auto repair.However, I could not be more pleased with the work they did! My entire right side was pretty badly damaged from an accident, and my car now looks brand new! I always felt that my vehicle was a priority (never had trouble getting in touch with them which has been an issue for me at other shops), and felt I was given a very fair rate for the large amount of damage on my car.Bigger isn't always better for auto repair. I'll be a lifelong customer to L & G as long as I'm in Atlanta.

I had my high end car painted here - worst nightmare of my life. The first time they painted the front clip they took nothing off the car, so there were paint drips and overall it was a horrible job. I gave them one last try to make it right and it came out worst the second time as they painted a quarter panel that wasn't suppose to be painted. It was so bad the paint was peeling when I picked it up. Gerald went back and forth and decided to just pay for the damage but not the original work. My car is still at trusted shop now and they are finding new things they broke that I just couldn't see. Stay away from this shop at all possible. I wouldn't let them work on any car, even it it was free.

Great value for your $$$Had several repairs done and I will keep using them. I have two young daughters and continuously damage their cars.
