I live close by to Kelly & Stan's Automotive and I always saw them on my way back to work however, I never stopped by until today. I had an issue with my left turn signal to which I thought I could do it myself but unfortunately couldn't so I went to Kelly and asked if he could assist me in getting that repaired. I was thinking of leaving my car or to be told to come a different day yet he changed my bulb within 30 minutes and in that moment! No if or buts but immediately went to get it fixed. Not only that but I was ready to pay yet Kelly was more than kind to not charge. I was really hoping he'd take my money but he did not. I really like this shop and they just won a customer! Not only is the location great but this is customer service. I will be coming to them often and people should really check Kelly & Stan's Automotive! Thank you Kelly.

Extremely honest and straightforward. Work has always been high quality. Kelly is a man of faith and it shows. Only place we take our late model German and Japanese autos.

My dad said get a lawyer and a mechanic you can trust. I found the mechanics. This is such a good auto shop. They are booked a couple weeks out which is an indicator.

I love Kelly and Stan s! Kelly is always friendly and helpful. I trust them to give me an honest answer and their work has been good. I ve even gotten referrals for somewhere else when they have been too busy to get my car fixed in a timely manner.

Love Kelly and Stan! I love a shop where you have to make an appointment. That usually means they are good and what they do and that's certainly the case with Kelly and Stans. Will be returning whenever work is needed on my daughter's Beatle and recommending them to others.

OMG !!! Customer Satisfaction !!!Car needed new started. If couldn't fit into already backed up schedule before their 1 week vacation....would have been siting there at repair shop.THEY MADE IT HAPPEN !!!This is loyalty and customer satisfaction priority at its highest level.Reward these folks by giving them even MORE work.

Kelly & Stan's Automotive has to be among the best places in Georgia to service your automobile. I take my 2001 S430, and my 2015 S550 Mercedes Benz to them for service, whenever they have a suitable opening. Never once have I been disappointed with their performance nor felt that their price was not the best to be obtained anywhere. Kelly, is a man of impeccable integrity and at all times, you can count on him to give you the best and most honest advise. I recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service and the best price in the market.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been using Kelly & Stan s for 15 years (+/-) and have only had great experiences with my cars and repairs there. They are the ONLY guys I trust with my Mercedes and BMW! They are so knowledgeable about every sound, squeak, leak, mechanical, electrical issue and anything else I ve encountered with my cars. They can usually tell me what the problem is, how long it will take to complete and the prices they ve quoted are very reasonable. I always feel confident when I ve taken my cars there, even for a simple oil change. Once you walk in or speak with Kelly on the phone his personality and kindness will convince you that you are in good hands. They are always busy but never treat you like they don t have time for you. I had a problem with my BMW convertible s hard top. The BMW dealership told me the repair would cost $6,000. I took it to Kelly and Stan s for a second opinion. They fixed it for $500. I ve been taking our cars to Kelly and Stan s ever since - they re honest, they can repair anything, and they re such nice people. I have been using Kelly and Stan for several years. Always great service and nice guys. The most recent repair though, if I could give more than five stars I would. Intermittent check engine light, they read the codes replaced the sensor, code came back a few days later. They replaced another part and actually refunded me the difference between the two repairs. Code came back again, they replaced several parts, all at no charge and the problem is fixed. They put more in parts then they charged me for the entire repair. This car has 250,000. Miles on it. I can t believe they went through all of this and what it cost them. Best mechanic experience I ve had since my friend still worked at a shop nearby. Great communication, they called me within several hours and didn t go ahead with anything that cost money until they got my permission. Everything was explained clearly and concisely. Because of their proper time management and appointment scheduling, everything was done in less than 24 hours, making it worth the one month wait for my appointment.Due to a miscommunication with my friend, the car I borrowed (and didn t even need to borrow, because they were so fast) was left in their lot all weekend. Instead of just towing it, they contacted my friend directly to see what was up. Very nice of them.

Do honest mechanics exist? Yes! I know, it seems utterly impossible. I assure you, Kelly and Stan are stand up guys. I've been trusting them with my cars since moving to Roswell a few years ago. They do quality work at a fair price with no hidden agendas.Their approach is very simple: diagnose the issue and prescribe the fix. Whether you're in need of a repair or getting regular PM work done, you won't be given a laundry list of additional "problems" that need to fixed.Kelly is like the fun and entertaining front man of your favorite band while Stan is the lead guitarist. The rest of the guys in the shop round out the balance of the talent.Great garage, great owners and great service. Important to know: they only work on foriegn cars.

Can't begin to say enough how great it is to have an automotive repair shop run by good, honest people. I have taken all of my vehicles to Kelly for years and have always been given great service without getting taken to the cleaners! They are also very quick to admit when something is out of their wheelhouse (very rare) and will give good advise as to where else I can take it for repairs.

Honestly I can say enough positive things about Kelly and Stan s. Every time I get work done, they exceed my expectations. Work is done right the first time, always a fair rate but most importantly, they are the definition of honesty and trustworthy.Thank you Kelly and Stan for everything you have done for my family over the years and THANK YOU for taking care of us and our cars!

Referred by a good friend who has all his 80s Mercedes serviced here.They helped my 04 BMW X3 along past 250K miles until the repairs cost more than the car.Now they service our small fleet of Honda CR-Vs (a 2007 and a 2012) and are well worth the hour plus drive and any wait to get an appointment (they stay busy because they are the best in town, heavy lies the crown )If it s German or Japanese, bring it here please.

Have been there twice now, and each time was fantastic. I left my Mazda there, expecting it to be worked on the next day or two, and I received a call a couple hours later saying it was done! They also assisted in diagnosing my front end catalytic converter problems, and gave me some pointers for handling that, will absolutely be going here from now on with my Mazda. Absolutely love this place.

I do not know what my Mercedes would do without Kelly and Stan. Always accommodating last minute maintenance requests. They are the BEST!! and epitomize what other mechanics should be -- professional, honest, fair, and above all -- trustworthy. I heard great things about this place on Nextdoor so I took my car in for a repair last year, and couldn't be happier with my decision. Kelly (because I never met Stan) is an honest person who will do due diligence and not overcharge.Recently I took my car for exhaust fumes issues, he diagnosed the issue AND informed me that BMW is currently fixing this very same issue for free, and suggested I take it to them first. Needless to say he saved me 800 dollars by his honesty, I am very thankful to nextdoor for helping me find this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called on Monday morning to see if they work on Minis. They do! I told Kelly the problem via phone and he seemed sure they could fix it but could not look at the car until Wednesday. I appreciate being told that up front. But, the car was unusable so I decided to get it to them on Monday since I had a ride arranged already.I met Kelly in the office and we spoke about the problem with my car. He listened and offered his thoughts. I left the car with them Monday early afternoon.I was very surprised to get a call from Kelly on Tuesday morning at 9:00. He said the car was fixed and ready to go. I did not expect to hear from him until Wednesday afternoon, if then.When I arrived at the shop Kelly knew who I was and which car was mine. (1st time I have used this shop) My car was sitting out front ready to go. I paid what I think is a very reasonable price for the repair and I was on my way. The car seems to be fine now.There is nothing fancy about this place (but they do offer wifi) and they could really use some more parking. But, an honest, fast, effective and reasonably priced mechanic is a delight. Well done Kelly and Stan!

The best service I have EVER received. Knowledgeable and honest!! I had an estimate completed by a different shop and was amazed that Kelly and Stan's estimate was more accurate and less expensive. I will go to them for all my mercedes needs going forward

Honest, professional and relational. After spending too much time and too much money at dealerships, Kelly was recommended by a friend for work on my A4. I will never go anywhere else. Very knowledgeable and professional. I don't get to use the word integrity as much as I would like - but it describes Kelly & Stan's Automotive.

Awesome team. My whole family use them. Very honest and thorough. Example: brother's ancient VW had to be towed there. They replaced a small under $10 part with almost no labor cost...My 17 yr old Honda Odyssey I thought had a dead transmission issue that would result in a search for a new car - nope they fixed the issue for less than $1K and I'm on track to hit my 250k mile goal. They work on all of our cars...Honda, Nissan, Subaru, Audi, Mercedes... And they are great guys. Not open on the weekends an appointment needed.
