Joseph had a friend covering for him while he was away, I ve had Joseph work for me in the past and always gave me a more than reasonable price while finding a way to make it all work out. His friend was slammed and getting calls left and right while on the job, but stayed communicative the entire time even if he had to be late to an appointment due to unexpected issues. Any bad review of unprofessionalism in my opinion is garbage and they should go to a brick and mortar shop instead of supporting their local business owner trying to help their community, if they can t take a moment to understand how busy and extensive the job can get.Overall these are some great guys who really want to help people out give reasonable prices and make their customers happy, all while earning an honest living. A+

Had an awesome experience with Joey he fixed my alternator on my 2012 Honda civic gave me a great price and did an awesome job and had me back up and going very quickly. Will definitely be calling him again when needed.

I went online to book him based on his rating. I spoke to him at around 9:30 am. I needed to get my o2 sensor removed and changed. He said he would do it and 1st stated it would be around 1 pm, as well as he was only 10 mins from my location. Then I spoke to him at around 11:00am and he stated he had time that freed up so he could come immediately. Spoke to him around 12 or 12:30 and stated he left his jack so he had to go back and get it. Looked up and it was 2pm. I called to see when was he coming, and he stated he got caught up and couldn't come. I asked him when was he gonna call me back and let me know? Then gets an attitude with me for being upset that he waisted most of my day waiting for him. I promise, I'm tired of these "so called" self employed business people that have no clue of how to conduct correct business or how to treat customers!

Made us waste a whole day cause he showed up, took the ripped alternator belt off, then said he was going to run to the gas station to grab a drink, 45 minutes later said he had to grab more tools and to give him 20 min, then 40 min, then give him about an hour. All day of waiting just to find out he didn t know how to do it .

If I could rate this a zero I would. This has been a complete nightmare for me. Not only did he NOT fix my car he wasted 2 days of my time attempting to fix my timing belt. His. Communication skills are horrible!!!! Once he said he was finished fixing my car, my car wouldn t even start. He then told me he needed another hour n a half after having it for 2 whole days. I was fed up at this point and had my car towed elsewhere. Upon having my car towed somewhere else the guy fixing it now said he never even changed my timing belt, that the old one was still on my car. Please if it s not something basic like and oil change or changing a tire I definitely would NOT recommend this guy! He will end up costing you more money. Now I have to buy a new tensioner and God know what else for what he messed up.

I ve never met anyone quite like Joseph. Hands-down, one of the smartest people I ve ever met, and the nicest. In this situation, I wasn t able to call my Dad for help. But calling Joseph freese mobile mechanic was just as good of a decision. Not only was he able to save me and the fam from a horrible situation, but he was incredibly genuine at the same time. I will forever be grateful. Forever a customer. forever a friendship that I cherish. Thanks Joesph!

Joseph came late night and fixed my starter for me to make it to work in the morning on time. Not only did he let me use his discount to get the part cheaper but he charged me a more than fair price for labor as well. If you re someone who is in a pinch and needs assistance with your car at last minutes, he is your guy to call. Thanks Jason, I for real appreciate you homie!

Very unprofessional. I had to call a mobile mechanic on saturday 12/16/23 because my car wasn t starting and my roommate gave me this guy s number. I do appreciate him for sending me info on how to get a cheaper part for the car but I didn t want to pay for the part in the first place because I wasn t expecting to have car issues so I spent my last little bit of money until I get paid on that part for the car just for the mechanic to take hours to arrive. He is terrible with communicating in a timely manner and did not get the job done. He left his jack under my car with his tools promising to come back the next day to finish the job but never showed up and stopped responding to my texts messages also I woke up before 9am because I was anticipating his arrival but he didn t contact me until near 12pm yesterday 12/17/23 and then this morning I wake up to get ready for work and check outside on the car and all his things he left are gone and he never responded to my messages and I wasted nearly $200 on a part for the car that I can t get a refund for because I don t know how to get the part off my car. Very disappointed in this service.

I had AAA come out five times to assist me with my battery issue and NO ONE could figure it out. I was given the wrong advice from AAA to buy the wrong battery and ended up wasting money. Joseph came and immediately told me what the problem was in five minutes and fixed it in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! He truly helped me out because I was out of a vehicle for three weeks.

Editing my original review as I will show grace because I don t know everyone s situation. My advise is better communication especially if you re unable to make the original time stated, things happen. Though way later, he eventually showed up, and it still stands he s a nice guy. Communication is key

After replacing 2 flats in Charleston, I drove to visit family in Atlanta. I became concerned when my Ford Focus kept "click-popping" every time I turned the wheel. MOST SHOPS in the area said No Way could it be ready to drive by today. JOEY FREESE WENT ABOVR AND BEYOUND! HE offered to first take a look and then showed me why my Lower Control Arm was making that noise and explained in a way I could REALLY understand just what my options for fixing it and the safety concerns about driving so far at high speeds without replacing it mag be. JOEY HAS extensive mechanical knowledge, genuine care for Safety, Finances, Timeframe of Customers! Now, Everything sounds great and runs perfectly smooth! Joseph SAVED THE DAY!! He is very knowledgeable and cares about truly helping anyone! My vehicle would not start and we found him on Google. He came right over the same day and replaced my starter and even came across another issue (broken engine mount) and he replaced that as well in the rain. He did not complain and got the job done. His prices are also very reasonable! This is our only vehicle so he took us to the auto store to purchase the parts as well. I definitely recommend him and will keep him for future jobs. Thanks again!

Well where should I start !!This was the WORST ever !!! This man is a LIAR and def NO mobile mechanic..This started when I called Joseph and he stated he could do a Power Steering pump on my Mercedes Benz C300There was nothing wrong with the car other than the power steering pump .. This man took 2 days stayed until 12 am both nights and did nothing besides cause a disaster !! First off he showed up at my house with no tools no jack no nothing !! he had the nerve to ask my husband if he could give him money upfront so he could go buy tools ... first red flag !!then it took him 2 days to get the part off !! after he tried getting the part on there is now oil all over my engine bay and he says he doesnt know where its from !! Then has the balls to say he doesnt have a ride home which is over 30 mins from my homeand asked to be dropped off at his home ... i told him no i would drop u off at the train station !!This man texted me at 1am to say he has no money and is stuck at the train stationthis went on till almost 2amnow he wants to cry cause hes not getting no more money !!go play games with someone elsecause messing up peoples cars is wrong !!PEOPLE DO URSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLOWN

My car was diagnosed with a bad A/C Comp @$1300! Called Joseph, he came same day, re-diagnosed, found real problem, went and got parts, fixed it all for under $300.
